| 名醫吃火鍋中毒 名店判賠740萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】新光醫院睡眠醫學權威醫師江秉穎，前年12月間帶兒子與闕姓等朋友共12人，至台北市萬有全涮羊肉火鍋店消費，江等5人卻在包廂一氧化碳中毒送醫救回一命，台北地院今天判決火鍋店應賠償江等5人共740萬餘元；店家表示，會與律師研究是否上訴。
法官認為，江等人中毒後，造成腦部血液回流不足等後遺症，會有疲勞及暈眩情形，還得擔心日後腦部是否會病變，因此判江等5人各可獲賠精神慰撫金10萬至100萬元不等。
此外，因店家未提供安全用餐環境，再加計一倍懲罰性賠償，連同醫藥費，5人共可獲賠740萬餘元。

【綜合報導】今日中華少棒隊對上身材壯碩的塞班球隊，經過兩天的適應，小選手們的狀況調整得相當好，終於以12比2於4局提前結束，贏得2連勝，明天將對上強敵韓國隊。
今天排出的先發陣容為1棒烏凱恩，2棒鐘少華，3棒藍懷謙，4棒周士哲，5棒俞景烽，6棒葉東樺，7棒李晨薰，8棒黃兆維，9棒游騰堯。中華隊後攻，1局下半首位上場的打者烏凱恩擊出三壘方向滾地安打上壘，又趁著投手暴投站上二壘，3棒藍懷謙則是靠著選球，獲得四壞球保送，跑者分站一二壘，此時打擊輪到5棒俞景烽，一支右外野方向深遠安打，將壘上兩名跑者送回，率先得到兩分。
第2局下半，全隊火力大開，總共打了11個人次，李晨薰擊出兩支安打，烏凱恩和鍾少華也分別擊出安打，在加上藍懷謙的高飛犧牲打和對方投出兩個保送，一口氣攻下6分，將比數拉開到8比零。3局下，上場代打的王騰玉擊出右外野方向滾地安打上到一壘，鍾少華擊出中外野滾地安打時，以極快的速度一口氣跑回本壘得分，鍾少華也上到三壘，接著周士哲再擊出中外野安打，再得1分。
4局下半，中華隊只差兩分就可以提前結束比賽，這時塞班的投手似乎也感受到壓力了，接連兩個觸身球，跑者分別站上一二壘，可惜9棒游騰堯打擊，擊出游擊方向滾地球，游擊手接到球後觸殺了往三壘跑的跑者，中華隊此時兩人出局，跑者分占一二壘。棒次輪回到第1棒烏凱恩，一支中外野方向安打，將二壘上的黃兆維送回，接著鍾少華上場後，在2好3壞的情況下，經過仔細的選球，擊出中外野方向安打，為中華隊取得提前結束比賽的1分。
投手部分，先發上場的游騰堯，投了2局，讓對手吞下4次三振。中繼上場的葉東樺和李晨薰表現也都可圈可點，除了在第3局一顆偏高的失投球被擊成全壘打外，僅讓對手擊出2支安打，幾乎完全壓制塞班的打線。賽後總教練表示，球隊的狀況已經調整得差不多了，對於明天要對上強敵韓國，相信只要能夠好好發揮實力，應該可以取得勝利
