工廠訂單成長優於預期　激勵美股早盤走揚

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國5月工廠訂單成長2.1%，優於市場預期的2%，顯示美國製造業成長動能趨穩，激勵周二美股3大指數早盤走揚。

美國商務部公布，5月工廠訂單成長2.1%，4月數據也由原估的成長1%上修至1.3%，顯示在汽車熱銷、房市成長等強勁內需帶動下，抵銷了出口市場疲軟對美國經濟的影響。

另外，美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）負責銀行監管事務的理事塔魯洛（Daniel Tarullo）透露，Fed將在未來幾個月針對大型銀行研擬規範，目前考慮的措施將影響到摩根大通、美國銀行、花旗銀行、富國銀行、高盛、摩根士丹利、道富集團與紐約梅隆銀行。

今天晚上，本來跟女友一起約要研究某個製圖軟體 因為她自己本身不會，希望我可以幫她先研究好 加上本身沒有碰觸過那個軟體，所以很擔心自己弄不好 過了一個小時，好不容易稍稍有了一點眉目後 這時候女友卻把電腦搶過來，說：「借我看一下臉書啦。」 弄到一半突然被搶走電腦，可能是我太急，臉有點臭 這時候女友就不爽了，整個發飆對我說：「讓她用一下臉書是會怎麼樣?你臉在臭什麼阿? 這時候我就跟她解釋說，因為我用到一半，突然被打斷，所以會覺得很麻煩 怕等一下可能又要重用(對於那個軟體我真的從來沒碰過) 於是後來就吵起來了，但我跟她解釋我臉臭是因為我真的求好心切，希望能以把基礎的先研究好，再讓她用。 可是她就是聽不近去，因為她自己本身對於這項工作也很急,我只希望可以快點幫她 後來就開始冷戰了 我知道我自己有不對的地方 但是我真的不知道該怎麼辦才好....... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.146.68

北京規定手機軟件叫車每單收費5元

新京報訊 昨天起，“手機叫車”軟件全部納入北京市統一電召平台管理，手機叫車變相加價行為將被叫停。每個手機叫車軟件都要綁定一個電召平台，乘客用手機叫車，也將按照北京市電召服務收費標準支付費用，即時叫車每單5元、預約叫車6元。

新京報訊 昨天起，“手機叫車”軟件全部納入北京市統一電召平台管理，手機叫車變相加價行為將被叫停。每個手機叫車軟件都要綁定一個電召平台，乘客用手機叫車，也將按照北京市電召服務收費標準支付費用，即時叫車每單5元、預約叫車6元。

《北京市出租汽車手機電召服務管理實施細則》(下稱《細則》)昨天試行。《細則》明確了手機電召服務商納入全市統一電召平台、在出租汽車行業開展手機電召服務的準入和退出條件。

叫車軟件不與電召合作將被叫停

去年初開始，手機叫車軟件如雨后春筍般湧入市場，據不完全統計，北京市場上已成規模的叫車軟件有12種，此次統一納入電召平台的大約有8種左右。

《細則》明確，手機電召服務運營商應用軟件須經北京市出租汽車行業主管部門備案，獲得授權許可，接入行業統一電召服務平台。

目前，北京市場有4個官方認可的叫車電話，96106、96103、96109、96033，由不同公司運營。其中，96106為北京市出租調度平台，可統一調度全市出租車。叫車軟件將分別與這些電召平台合作，共享出租車資源和叫車資源。“能不能跟電召合作，成為手機軟件公司繼續在市場上活下去的第一道門檻。”一位業內人士告訴記者，主管部門召集電召軟件公司負責人開會時，強調了這點。

據其介紹，手機叫車軟件與電召平台合作后，乘客使用任何一種叫車方式，信息都將在一個平台上共享。

叫車軟件執行統一電召收費標準

另外一個重要變化，是取消了手機叫車軟件“小費”功能。《細則》要求，手機電召服務費用不得違反北京市出租汽車電召服務收費標準，否則將不能繼續在北京開展電召服務。按照現行標準，提前4小時以上預約收費6元，4小時以內預約每次5元。也就是說，手機叫車軟件今後也將嚴格執行這個標準。目前，手機叫車軟件並沒有向乘客按次收取叫車費用，部分軟件有“小費”功能，乘客可以自願支付額外的費用給司機。

《細則》明確，北京市出租汽車行業主管部門將對手機電召服務運營商統一管理，對電召服務質量低劣、違反行業統一聯合電召規則等行為進行監督處理。

今天晚上大概19:40左右，經過基隆大武崙麥當勞前那個路口， 被一台神A從左側車道，用它的右側車頭頂撞過來… 以下是發生的影片跟前二十秒… http://youtu.be/QSnwsBGFd0o

我懷疑他是看到他內側車道前方有要左轉的車，有想換車道， 但他已經慢到要停下來了，所以我按喇叭後就直接過去， 沒想到在經過路口的時候就被碰到了， 而且因為是行進間，被擦到也不可能當下立即直接反應踩死煞車， 又想說有行車記錄器，所以就再往前一點點立刻靠邊停車… 對方下來就是一個歐吉桑跟兩個歐巴桑， 一直說我要超車，我說我又沒變換車道，何來「超車」?? 事後就報警處理，跟保險公司聯絡，然後用LINE傳照片給我常去的保養廠大概看一下， 第一張是左後輪上面http://ppt.cc/ewHH 第二張是左後門http://ppt.cc/7uBa 第三張是駕駛座門http://ppt.cc/7bo8 先初估報價開7000給對方，要不要和解一句話， 對方竟然說「兩千啦…」囧，我只好說「好，那就保險公司處理」， 接著就筆錄做一做酒測吹一吹(雙方都零)，就閃人了… 結果一回汐止馬上衝保養廠，師傅一摸…掯…門都凹了， 說門邊內側有個樑，有傷到，要鈑烤通通弄一弄說可能要破萬，囧rz 只好祈求肇責在對方多一點囉…雪特!! 不知道這影片看起來…我責任大不大…!?!?!? 五樓你覺得呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.136.188 ※ 編輯: johnsonmika 來自: 49.159.136.188 (07/02 23:22)
