| 【李國修病逝】文化部讚「國民藝術家」 申請總統褒揚

【陳威廷／台北報導】屏風表演班藝術總監李國修今凌晨病逝，文化部長龍應台今天表示，李國修是她心目中的「國民藝術家」，每天守著一方菜圃，灌溉台灣的表演藝術，得知李國修病逝，第一時間以簡訊向王月致意，並啟動機制申請總統褒揚，預計周四於行政院院會中審議，以肯定他對台灣表演藝術的卓著貢獻。
她指出，李國修是華人世界公認的全方位創作人，集編劇、導演、演員於一身，並堅持原創，只搬演這片土地上的生命故事，尤其看到「西出陽關」這齣戲，她深受感動，更發現「處理《大江大海》這種題材，李國修整整早了我20年！」龍應台說，今年4月曾見過李國修，那時他看來脆弱，可是精神很好，看起來很高興。

| 若期限前未達協議 埃及軍方擬架空穆希

【綜合報導】埃及軍事消息人士今天告訴路透社，如果埃及總統穆希（Mohamed Mursi）未能在期限之前與反對派達成協議，軍方打算架空穆希，並解散穆斯林主義者主導的國會。
路透社指稱，武裝部隊最高委員會主席塞西（Abdel Fattah al-Sisi）將軍設定的48小時期限將在今天（3日）傍晚5時到期，軍方打算成立過渡委員會治理國家，直到修正版憲法草擬完成，而過渡委員會主要由各個政治團體的代表和資深技術官僚組成。但不願說明如果穆希拒絕下台，軍方打算如何處置他。
與埃及軍方關係密切的退休將領史威蘭（Hossam Swellam）向埃及國家新聞社證實了這則報導。

| 「好痛啊！」停車場收費員疑遭潑汽油縱火燒傷

【林建鋒／台中報導】今天凌晨一時許，台中市姚姓男子（約四十餘歲）在五權路一家停車場輪值夜班收費管理員時，疑遭一名精神異常的婦人潑灑汽油並點火燒傷，姚男被燒得皮開肉綻，痛苦倒地，不斷哀號：「好痛啊！」婦人還跑去隔壁速食店「借水救火」，速食店員聞到婦人身上有汽油味，感到詫異，但還是立即拿著水桶衝到現場協助救人，目擊的計程車司機與美容店服務生，也趕緊拿乾粉滅火器將火勢撲滅，並通知救護車將傷者送醫，傷者到院急救後，送進加護病房觀察，目前意識昏迷，有生命危險。
小夜班停車場收費員表示，下班前有看到這名婦人蹲坐在地，看起來似乎精神異常，還問排班計程車司機：「汽油要去哪裡買？」隨後依指示騎著機車跑去買汽油，姚男接班後，叫同事趕快下班休息，不要理她，案發後計程車司機聽到哀號聲，還以為只是男女吵架，沒想到竟然有人被燒傷，現場瀰漫濃濃汽油味。
警方封鎖案發現場進行採證，除發現傷者被燒毀的上衣與一雙拖鞋，地上還遺留寶特瓶與打火機，經多方追查，已將涉案婦人帶回派出所偵訊。林姓計程車司機表示，「姚哥」單身無子女，多年前因車禍受傷，雙腳不良於行，但平日工作認真，在停車場服務將近十年，遇此橫禍，與他交情不錯的運將都感訝異。
