| 台積電除息 股價平盤下震盪

【科技組／台北報導】台積電（2330）今天除息交易，股價表現平平，以平盤107元開出，盤中還一度小跌1元，達106元，早盤股價多在平盤之下狹幅震盪，並沒有市場期待的強勢填息表現。
台積電去年每股純益達新台幣6.41元，每股配發2.9995522元現金股息，股息總金額高達777.73億元。
台積電今年第2季受惠智慧手機及平板電腦等行動裝置市場需求強勁，28奈米製程產能持續滿載，業績可望創下單季歷史新高。

※ [本文轉錄自 ask 看板 #1Hqn5jqY ] 作者: stillbanana (蛤) 看板: ask 標題: [請問] FB上面的交談真的有隱私嗎? 時間: Wed Jul 3 01:44:11 2013 此篇為代PO ~~ 日前申請FB帳號 不知道為什麼 打真名字卻一直無法通過 後來只好試其他的名字 (被逼迫編名字) 後來編了XXX 終於通過了= = 這陣子都加了2個人 用得還OK 就看看文章 結果 昨天加了一個朋友 因為怕他不知道我是誰 就傳了訊息跟他說 我是某某某 因為FB一直不讓我的真名通過 說我的真名是假的 所以只好亂編名字 終於通過了這個 結果 我繼續使用沒多久 突然被登出 無法使用了 接著重新登入FB 打了密碼都登不進入 FB畫面說 因為我被懷疑非用真名 所以要進行"電話驗證" 這時候 我突然覺得非常噁心 我用訊息告知我朋友 我的 名字被迫用編的訊息沒多久 FB就被強迫登出 還強迫我用電話驗證 我跟我朋友非常要好 他沒有舉發我之類的(確認過 當然也沒必要騙我) 那為什麼FB突然說我非真實名字 就在我傳訊息告知我朋友沒多久之後??? 但是我安然使用已經一陣子了 也有跟我其他朋友交談過 我合理懷疑 有些關於隱私的可能性 請問大家有什麼看法?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.97.249

【綜合報導】南非前總統曼德拉病情危急，家族因覬覦他的墓園勢必帶動可觀經濟利潤，不惜對簿公堂找法院裁決如何安葬曼德拉。
曼德拉的孫子，同時也擔任姆維索區（Mvezo）酋長的曼拉曼德拉（Mandla Mandela），於2011年未經家人同意下擅自將曼德拉3個子女的遺骸移回他的轄區，迫使曼德拉百年後也必須跟著下葬於姆維索。家族長老對曼拉的這個舉動相當感冒，以致兩造不惜對簿公堂，幾乎撕破臉。

【政治中心／台北報導】民進黨立委許智傑昨天趁著立法院休會期間到澎湖度假，今早他在臉書貼出一張他在跨海大橋旁「劈腿」的照片，展現身體柔軟度。許說，他的筋骨比較軟，所以沒有特別練也能劈腿。
許智傑表示，平時跑攤、開會幾乎都沒時間運動，他會做「橡皮筋運動」，就是拉筋，讓身體各部位的筋骨伸展，「一定要拉一拉，不然會鬆掉」。許說，他上次到澎湖已是10年前的事，能在忙碌工作之餘到澎湖漁港呼吸帶有魚腥味的海風，「也是一種幸福」。

| 日女酩酊大醉走馬路 遭3男集體性侵

【綜合報導】日本一名32歲女子，在今年1月4日凌晨1點多左右，喝得醉醺醺走在路上，隨後遭到3名男子集體性侵，昨日警方將3名嫌犯身分公布。
警方表示，這3名嫌犯分別為21歲上班族能勢秀幸、32歲電力工人桑原誠，以及27歲派遣員工義元得憲。警方指出，3人在事發前一天與女子認識，並相約一同喝酒，但是在隔天清晨，這名女子在喝得酩酊大醉、毫無抵抗能力之下，竟遭到3名男子集體性侵。
事發後警方逮捕3男，但3男皆否認性侵，表示是男女雙方同意下，進行性愛活動，不過現在警方仍將全案移送法辦。
