搭公車露鳥把玩　怪伯認罪獲緩起訴

【黃哲民、實習記者蔡承祐／新北報導】新北市56歲蔡姓男子今年4月上午搭公車，趁車內通勤人群擁擠，掏出自己的生殖器不斷撫弄，被一名男大生通知司機報警，依公然猥褻罪嫌送辦。蔡男起初狡辯揉肚子，經勸說後認罪，新北地檢署今准其緩起訴1年，罰款1萬元。

蔡男今年4月23日上午7時許，搭公車途經新北市新莊區，逕自露鳥把玩。一名長相清秀的男大生瞥見忍住不吭聲，等公車開到台北車站附近快靠站，才大叫通知司機報警。

蔡男起初辯稱腸胃不舒服，用手搓揉肚子時「不小心」露鳥，但有寬大外衣遮住。但因男大生指證明確，蔡男改口招認，當庭寫好悔過書換取緩起訴，另須支付國庫1萬元。
