| 比爾‧蓋茨棕櫚灘870萬購房

【大紀元2013年07月03日訊】 （大紀元記者黃雲天傑克遜維爾綜合報導）據gossipextra報導，比爾‧蓋茨在棕櫚灘郡的惠靈頓（Wellington）購置了一處房產，以870萬美元現金一次性付清。
據報導，蓋茨全家在惠靈頓的兩個馬術季期間，花費了近110萬美元租賃房屋。其買下的房產就是他們在2013馬術季租賃過的有4個臥室的住宅。 該房產佔地約7000英尺，並擁有4英畝的草場，障礙跨越訓練場和可容納20匹馬的兩個馬廄。蓋茨的大女兒，16歲的珍妮弗（Jennifer Katharine Gates）正在接受培訓，要成為世界級的障礙跨越馬術騎手，她參加了惠靈頓的冬季馬術節比賽。
蓋茨在惠靈頓的住宅區僅有13個住戶，他的鄰居包括現任紐約市市長彭博（Bloomberg）和前職業棒球隊洛杉磯道奇隊的老總麥考特（Frank McCourt）。
棕櫚海灘郡的惠靈頓位於棕櫚海灘市西20英里，曾經是世界上最大的草莓種植園，而現今已經發展成為國際馬術運動中心，是任何參與馬術運動的國際社團、名流和商界人士必須涉足之地。每年一月至三月在惠靈頓舉辦的FTI冬季馬術節是全球規模最大，時間最長的馬術賽事、表演及馬展，被視為國際馬術各類項目的終極。

【綜合報導】美國著名珠寶公司蒂芬妮（Tiffany & Co.）一名被裁員的前高層涉嫌偷竊百餘件鑽飾，得手後轉售獲利逾百萬美元。
46歲的蕾德哈絲（Ingrid Lederhaas-Okun）原本擔任的是公司產品開發部副總經理，她涉嫌在去年11月至今年2月期間，從Tiffany紐約旗艦店偷走165件首飾， 包括鑽石手鐲、耳環、吊墜等，部份轉售給某國際珠寶商圖利，不當得利約130萬美元。為了避過公司檢查，蕾德哈絲每次只偷價值10,000美元以下的首飾。
蕾德哈絲周二在康乃迪克州的家中被捕，被控詐騙和跨州運送贓物，若兩項罪名都成立，她將面臨30年的牢獄之災。

不知道大家知不知道 婚紗街附近元大銀行旁有個小空地 很多人會在那裏停機車 因為不用錢不會被拖吊 但是那裏沒有燈其實蠻暗的 是的 我今天就在哪裡被騙了!!! 說來也是我太單純 沒戒心 我平常對那種路邊搭訕推銷都是非常狠心直接說不要 絕對不會回頭或停留 但我今天居然還是被騙= = 今天快九點一個約莫35歲的男子 在元大銀行前面 說他車子被拖吊了 問我拖吊場在哪裡 我跟他說要坐計程車才到的了 他卻很堅持要用走的 說現金都在車子裡面 身上只有一張信用卡跟鑰匙 (他身上有一點酒味) 後來我跟他說要走大概30分鐘 他很驚訝說怎麼這麼久 他趕時間 說他小孩在南崁保母哪裡(他號稱他是桃園人) 要趕去接小孩 然後跟我借電話打給他朋友 打了兩次都沒接 再打一通說是要打給老婆 老婆在工廠上夜班 當然老婆也沒接 (這裡合理猜測 那些電話都是假的也都不會有人接) 之後說要打去拖吊場問可不可以刷卡 要多少錢 我也很好心的幫他打去問了 這裡我就太沒戒心了 根本應該問拖吊場他的車牌的車到底在不在拖吊場 如果沒有這個車號就知道他是騙人 但我當下真的沒想這麼多 只覺得他好像很需要幫忙= = 之後他想了很久要怎麼辦 就說要跟我借錢 (當然以他當下的處境是需要借錢幫助) 我借了1000給他 他說可不可以再借500 可能要加油什麼的 (這裡我應該聽出來是唬人但我聽不出來 加油根本可以用刷卡) 而且我錢不夠去提款 想說去7他就說他趕時間能不能在元大這邊提款就好 現在想想是因為7太亮了而且有攝影機的關係 總之我就被他騙了1500元 他有留姓名 身分證字號 (但後來去165查說身分證是假的) 說兩小時後會還我 想當然是沒消息 我覺得那邊很暗好像蠻危險的 可是我自己在那邊停車停了六年都沒事 直到今天被騙 覺得當下被怎麼樣了我好像也不會被發現= = 可是...中壢晚上本來就蠻暗的 而且那邊也還算熱鬧說... 如果他要搶我 我覺得我也就會這樣被搶了@@ 我也沒想到我會被這種賣愛心的爛技倆騙了 只能說我難得的愛心想要幫助人太相信對方 就被騙了吧? 對方的人格就值1500元 真的.... 下次大家一定要小心! 因為那邊剛好很暗又有提款機 感覺也沒監視器不會被照到.... 這1500就當我的學費了 下次若真要幫 應該強迫幫他照一張相 說若沒還錢會去報警吧? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.0.211.29

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】埃及抗議行動擴大、葡萄牙政局生變，對金融市場產生衝擊，紐約原油期貨價衝上每桶100美元，而歐洲股市則開低走低，其中葡萄牙股市下挫超過5%，其他英國、法國與德國股市下挫幅度也超過1.6%。
葡萄牙10年期公債殖利率一度衝破8%，凸顯出投資人懼怕該國債務危機重演的恐懼心理。
葡萄牙外交部長保羅•波爾塔斯（Paulo Portas）周二宣佈辭職，以抗議政府的財政緊縮政策，導致葡萄牙政局陷入混亂，也引發國際市場投資人拋售該國股票與債券。

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天凌晨0時許，一名家住台北市東園街的14歲少年墜樓，附近鄰居聽到巨響出來察看，見少年躺在地上正掙扎著起身，鄰居趕緊報案請救護車前來，警消抵達後隨即將少年送往台大醫院急救，所幸少年僅多處擦傷、臀部淤傷，無生命危險。
警方表示，少年疑有夢遊症，事發當時家人都在休息，因此未注意少年夢遊症發作，可能因此不慎墜落。

| 最老老爸長子失蹤 父憂恐被綁架

【綜合報導】現年97歲的印度男子瑞姆傑拉格夫(Ramjeet Ragav)，2010年長子誕生，創下全球最老老爸紀錄，但現傳出現年3歲的長子，5月6日被媽媽帶去看醫生後失蹤，至今依舊尚未尋獲，拉格夫相信孩子應該是被綁架，賣給當地幫派。
媽媽表示那天兒子發燒去看醫生，他們搭車到30公里外的醫院，她因為太累在車站椅子上睡著，15分鐘後醒來，孩子就不見了，她找遍所有地方就是找不到兒子，回家後報警，警方展開搜索至今仍無斬獲。當地幫派常傳出利用孩童從事賣春或乞討的工作，拉格夫相當擔心，誓言一定要找回兒子。
去年10月，拉格夫60歲的太太，再度產下一子，拉格夫刷新自身最老老爸紀錄。
