| 管理員餵食 遭老虎撕裂生吞

【綜合報導】義大利北部圖寧(Turin)，一名高齡72歲的動物管理員馬洛拉格德(Mauro Lagiard)，2日幫老虎餵食時，遭其中一頭公虎從背後攻擊，他被拖到一旁空地，遭老虎撕裂分食，管理員73歲的老婆，在籠子外眼睜睜看著慘劇發生。
這個動物園其實在2010年因經營不善早已關閉，但拉格德和太太相當熱愛園內的貓科動物，將老虎和美洲豹留下自己飼養，每次餵食時，拉格德總是直接進入籠子內餵食，身上也沒有穿戴任何保護裝置，2年前他也遭同一隻老虎攻擊過，住院8個月休養，不過當時他表示是因為自己身上的味道，讓老虎困惑才會攻擊他，就連這次被老虎撕裂吃下肚，他的妻子也沒責怪老虎。
這起不幸事件發生後，園內老虎已轉由獸醫照顧，攻擊拉格德的老虎，將可能被安樂死。

英國威廉王子夫婦的孩子本月即將誕生，雖然還不知到嬰兒性別和出生日子，但芬蘭已送出禮物，當中竟然還有安全套。
芬蘭政府表示，禮盒內除了一般人會送給新媽媽和寶寶的禮品，包括雪衣、連帽浴巾、嬰兒連身衣、連環圖、褲襪、嬰兒護膚霜和玩具，還有送給新爸爸新媽媽的保險套。對於芬蘭政府的心意，肯辛頓宮發言人表示感謝，指威廉夫婦會對禮物包內容很感興趣。

| 【短片】結束深圳行 謝長廷：替民進黨爭取到另一條路

【張麗娜／台北報導】行政院前院長謝長廷下午結束5天香港及深圳行程，謝在機場受訪接時表示，此行有一些創新與突破，是一次很成功圓滿的論壇，「這次是積極自信去講，也是替台灣人民想解決問題，也替民進黨爭取到另一條路，另一個可能性」。
謝說這次有三大突破。第一項突破是昨去看台商，20年來，沒有民進黨的黨職人員可以公開去關心台商，台商也是我們的選民，家屬也在這裡，所以中間就存在很多誤會，我們也不能服務我們的選民及家屬，這次我們堂堂正正去台商協會坐談，去聽取他們的聲音，也由他們官方陪同，替我們安排，這是一個大的突破，證明我們也可以處理問題。
第二項突破是，我們自信積極的跟他們交換意見，雖然不是一下子有共識，但我們講出自己的主張自己的主張自己的方法、想法，「過去中華民國、中華民國憲法都在台灣講，這次是跟對方講，而且我講得很清楚，兩岸政治分治的現實是根源於歷史問題，必需回到歷史的現實，承認兩岸憲法秩序的現狀，我認為以憲法現狀來處理兩岸問題是最自然、變動現狀最少、最多元的方法。我們都表達得很清楚」。
第三、關於民間意見我們也公開表達，「台灣人民對政治一中是相當焦慮，認為政治一中就是中華人民共和國，就是會併吞到台灣，對於兩岸服貿協議，我們也講清楚，立法院要求實質逐條審查，這不是民進黨而已，是整個立法院、國民黨同意才能做到」。
謝說，從最基層理髮店小姐聲音，到一般學者聲音，都有反應，我們這次是充分表達我們自己主張，也達到對話，因為我們在這裡講，他們也不見得聽得到，也不知道問題在哪，我們這次是積極自信去講，也是替台灣人民想解決問題，也替民進黨爭取到另一條路，另一個可能性。

餐廳名稱：麻辣風暴 消費時間：2013年/7月(例：2010年/7月，必填項目，違者刪文) 地址：雲林縣斗六市中山路420號 電話：電話:05-5330206 營業時間：16:30~1:00 每人平均價位：279 +10% 服務費 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：否 推薦菜色：昆布+麻辣鍋 分享一下吃了兩年的麻辣風暴 前幾天去沒想到他改裝潢了 記得兩年前才220 沒想到兩年後變成300有找一點點 物價上漲的也太誇張 薪水呢QQ 不過他的CP值與台北相比依然是蠻划算的 學生吃到飽的好選擇 (話說斗六好像也沒別間了 希望不要再漲價了QQ ) 好歹我也是常客阿 貢獻了五千也有了吧 希望他有VIP可以打個折之類 老樣子 昆布+麻辣 湯底 個人很愛他的辣湯配油條跟科學麵 肉是現點現切的，要自己去把桌上的夾子丟到後面的選肉區 服務生就會送上來 圖是牛肉跟雞肉還有雪花牛 吃過很多次 牛肉有時候超好吃 有時候就一般般 牛肉推薦丟麻辣鍋 雞肉品質比較穩定 QQ的 煮昆布鍋不錯 他肉片都不是很厚的那種 但吃到飽我覺得這種價位可以接受 冰是杜老爺 還有外面夜市賣的那種25元的冰 自己擠 超快溶化 飲料有一般汽水機 還有爆米花 兩款冰沙(芒果那款不錯) 還有四款當季水果 跟一些蛋糕 不過蛋糕就是工廠生產那種薄蛋糕 所以就沒特別拍 看到新的東西 南瓜起司 看起來很可愛 吃起來 恩 一般般 火鍋料還有蔬菜區 有兩櫃 還不錯 青菜都很新鮮 空心菜高麗菜大陸妹 昆布鍋煮青菜超好吃 還有海鮮區 不過就比較依一般般 我幾乎沒來這區拿東西 肉燥 恩 沒吃過 看起來有點油 不過吃到飽 這不是重點 醬料區 比較值得一提的是他有花生糖粉 可以煮西北小丸子的麻糬燒跟花生 算是甜點吧 湯底蠻多種的 他的龍骨鍋有人也蠻推薦 還有南瓜牛奶鍋很特別 不過吃來吃去 兩年吃下來心得 昆布配麻辣還是吃最久的組合 CP值蠻高的囉 我的重點大概都只吃肉還有青菜而已 對於旁邊的配件東西是不大在乎啦 麻辣鍋鴨血豆腐服務生會來問要不要加 還算不錯 圖文版 http://alive0620.pixnet.net/blog/post/132202090 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.233.195.10

| 中籲日妥善處理歷史問題 否則和鄰國關係沒有未來

中國外交部發言人華春瑩今天在例行記者會上，敦促日本慎重妥善處理歷史問題，切實尊重歷史，承認歷史，深刻反省歷史，否則其和亞洲鄰國的關係不會有美好的未來。
記者問，日本首相安倍晉三今在朝野黨魁辯論會上，拒絕就日本是否曾在二戰期間侵略鄰國作出明確表態，中方對此有何評論？
華春瑩說，日本軍國主義發動的侵略戰爭給中韓等亞洲國家帶來深重災難，鐵證如山，歷史不容翻案，正確認識和對待歷史是日本同亞洲鄰國發展關係的重要政治基礎。
她強調，誠信是立國之本，一個國家特別是政治領導人只有誠實地面對自己和歷史，正視現實，尊重事實，才有可能給這個國家創造未來，帶來希望。中方希望日本認真傾聽國際社會的正義呼聲，本著對歷史負責、對國家和人民負責的態度，切實尊重歷史，承認歷史，深刻反省歷史，慎重妥善處理歷史問題。否則，日本和亞洲鄰國的關係不會有美好的未來。
