Saberhagen 是過去的強投少年 但是現在已經沒什麼人認識了 忍不住要幫他介紹一下 20歲上大聯盟就拿到10勝 21歲拿到賽揚獎兼世界大賽MVP 25歲拿到第二次賽揚獎兼勝投王 防禦率王 完投王 27歲拿到110勝 比起現在的虎王根本絲毫不遜色 如果照現在很多分析文章, 可能會推估他之後有多大的成就 可惜離開皇家之後伴著傷痛就只能不斷流浪了 內文提到的1994年 這一年拿了14勝, 四壞球只有13個 創下了勝投比四壞球多的紀錄(不知道現在有沒有人在達成過) 終生四球率1.65排名35名, 但如果只看近代的投手, 算前幾名了 只輸 Tewksbury 和 Radke , 但是這兩隻三振能力就弱很多了 後來名人堂票選, 他很屌的說就算選了也不會去, 因為 pete rose 應該入選名人堂 結果, 第一年就落選淘汰啦 : 先前Wainy個人單季最佳的SO/BB比是在10年創下的3.8，去年則是3.54，沒想到今年竟直 : 衝上9.5！（先前還曾一度超越11...真是天文數字） : ※單季SO/BB比排行榜（僅列前十名） : 1.Bret Saberhagen：11.0000（1994） : 2.Cliff Lee：10.2778（2010）←現役 : 3.Jim Whitney：10.0000（1884） : 4.Jim Whitney：9.8571（1883） : 5.Curt Schilling：9.5758（2002） : 6.Adam Wainwright：9.5000（2013）→現役 : 7.George Bradley：9.0000（1880） : 8.Pedro Martinez：8.8750（2000） : 9.Greg Maddux：8.8500（1997） : 10.Henry Boyle：8.8000（1884） : 過去聯盟單季最佳的SO/BB比正是11，由Bret Saberhagen在1994年創下，最接近這個記錄 : 的則是2010年的「小李飛刀」Cliff Lee，那年他的三振四壞比高達10.2778。 : 究竟Wainy有沒有機會改寫這般難得的紀錄呢？讓我們看下去！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.20.3.180

| 服貿協議談話惹議 藍中常委邱復生力挺管中閔

【何孟奎／台北報導】經建會主委管中閔近日為捍衛兩岸服務貿易協議引發爭議，國民黨中常委邱復生今天在中常會中力挺管中閔，表示他非常敬佩管中閔勇於捍衛政府政策的決心與意志，他並呼籲政府所有官員與黨籍立委應堅定支持馬英九總統的開放政策。
邱復生說，服貿協議大陸對台灣承諾開放80項，已超過世界貿易組織（WTO）的規範，台灣應將心比心，體會大陸的善意誠意。他認為，立法院應比照兩岸經濟協議（ECFA）的表決方式，採「逐條審查、全案表決」來審查兩岸服務貿易協議，否則將造成整體協議執行困難，也會影響台灣未來和他國談判的時程。

【大紀元2013年07月02日訊】（大紀元記者王文穎綜合報道）香港北大嶼山公路周日發生3車連環相撞致命車禍，涉及一輛城巴機場巴士及兩輛貨車，造成1死37傷，其中城巴司機傷重死亡。
事發在下午1時許，肇事輕型貨車沿北大嶼山公路往東涌方向行駛，近小蠔灣車廠對開，懷疑切線跟一輛中型貨車相撞，尾隨的城巴E22號線機場巴士收掣不及，撞向貨車車尾。巴士車頭嚴重損毀，部份車頭撞至飛脫，零件外露，上下層車頭座椅撞至變形，車頭玻璃及車頭燈散滿地上。現場路面留下近40米巴士煞車痕。
車禍造成38人受傷，包括14男24女，其中有4名小孩，分別送往4間醫院治理，當中城巴司機送院手術後不治，另一名42歲女傷者送往伊利沙伯醫院時陷昏迷，情況危殆，其餘7人情況嚴重，29人穩定及滿意。現場多輛救護車到場，部份傷者擦傷手部，坐在地上等候救護員治理。巴士乘客表示，事發時車速正常。
警方表示，車禍不涉及醉駕，初步相信是有車切線。
死者太太在醫院表示，她趕到醫院時，未能見到丈夫最後一面。一家4口包括兩名子女，住在九龍坪石邨，死者是家庭經濟支柱，家中經濟即時陷入困難。
城巴表示，出事城巴車齡14年，去世的司機97年入職，駕駛E22線多年，公司對司機及傷者家屬，致以深切慰問，公司會向死者家人提供協助。◇

自由 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/jul/3/today-south21.htm 〔記者洪臣宏／大寮報導〕鳳山水庫優養化嚴重，水芙蓉繁殖快過清除速度，綠油油的湖 面，讓民眾不禁憂心飲用水質，鳳山給水廠廠長阮東隆表示，鳳山水庫供應工業用水，不 影響民生用水，並已發包辦理清除水芙蓉工程。 鳳山水庫水面上，近日滋生好幾處綠色區塊，民眾好奇查看，發現竟是水芙蓉。戴姓居民 指出，他長年都在鳳山水庫運動，從未見過如此景況，直指這是水質優養化嚴重的徵兆， 憂心水質不佳。 鳳山給水廠廠長阮東隆說，鳳山水庫確實優養化嚴重，雖然持續派員清除水芙蓉，仍趕不 上它的繁殖速度，不過已經發包，將於近日全數清除，以免民眾產生疑慮。 阮東隆表示，鳳山水庫水源取自東港溪，而東港溪匯集許多畜牧、家庭廢水，養分充足， 以致水芙蓉繁殖力強；他說，水中植物有淨化水質功能，但太多了也不好。 鳳山給水廠從民國七十四年開始進水，已經使用廿八年，主要供應林園、大發工業區工業 用水，單日供應量約卅萬噸；近年為解決水荒，也從大樹區抽取高屏溪水供應十八萬噸民 生用水。 阮東隆表示，鳳山給水廠有雙水源（東港溪、高屏溪），高屏溪水都直接抽到淨水廠內， 不會與鳳山水庫混合，用戶無須憂心飲用水質，出水的水質都在標準範圍內。 水公司已委請顧問公司辦理「一○四年原水生物處理改善水質計畫」，初估斥資二、三億 元建置處理東港溪原水水質設備，阮東隆表示，屆時也會一併改善鳳山水庫優養化嚴重問 題。 -- 真 愛 無 國 界 Welcome to CCR enjoy more fun! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.150.138.24 ※ rocfrank:轉錄至看板 Daliao 07/03 09:44
