| 全球股市失血賣壓重 日本一夫當關續吸金

美國丟出QE退場時程，讓全球市場上週再度面臨資金重度調節，唯有日股一夫當關，仍維持資金淨流入5.44億美元，連續23週淨吸金。投信業者認為，雖然日股近期波動擴大，不過安倍經濟學顯然頗具魅力，預期未來可望持續吸引國際資金進駐。
根據EPFR統計，截至6月26日當週，各類型新興市場股票型基金，合計遭資金淨流出61.31億美元，是2011年8月美債遭降評以來的第3大流出量；成熟市場方面，美國、歐洲分別遭賣41.3億美元、2.36億美元，過去一週僅有日本股票型基金獲5.44億美元挹注，累積流入金額來到313.43億美元。
摩根日本首選50基金經理人井村大堀(Ryuske Ohori)表示，日股已連續23週淨流入，即使在日股5月以來呈現漲多回跌期間，資金加碼態勢不減，反映市場仍看好安倍政府可望在9月推出第二輪更全面的經濟成長策略，也就是推動日本「第三支箭」的藍圖將更為明確。
井村大崛進一步指出，日股自去(2012)年低點反彈波段漲幅高達7成，現階段震盪修正仍屬良性回檔格局，而後市走勢將由企業獲利與經濟數據等基本面行情所趨動，未來觀察日股的關鍵，仍在通膨變化與改革政策是否合乎日本銀行與投資者的預期。
德盛東方入息基金經理人允卓德(Stuart Winchester)分析，現階段日本受惠政策、資金與結構等面向加持，相對較具吸引力，可持有較高的比重，但在市場波動較大之際，建議不重押單一國家股票基金，以區域布局的方式較佳；除了日本安倍加倍的題材之外，中國未來具有重新評價的空間與機會，再適度配置在具內需題材與利基公司的南韓部位，是目前參與日股安倍行情較佳作法。
富蘭克林坦伯頓日本基金經理人史蒂芬．多佛則認為，日本5月份工業生產月增2%，優於預期且連續四個月走揚，零售銷售也較去年同期成長0.8%，顯示安倍經濟學效應於實體經濟面已有所發酵。而就企業獲利而言，MSCI日本指數今(2013)年度獲利成長率高達45.8%，遠優於全球股市企業表現，預期企業獲利動能回升，可望為日股中短期走揚提供進一步支撐。

【高堂堯／南投報導】信義鄉隆華國小民國98年莫拉克風災時，因地基掏空嚴重傾斜、無法繼續使用。南投縣政府指出，當時針對全校教職員和學童進行三階段安置就學：首先於神木社區活動中心復課，隨後當年10月19日，師生遷入神木社區新組合屋教室上課至今。
第三階段覓尋安全適合學校用地進行重建，最後定於台大實驗林30林班地桐子林段106號地，由中華民國紅十字會總會、中油公司共同認養的重建工程於今年完成，預計7月5日落成啟用。

【何孟奎／台北報導】經建會主委管中閔近日為捍衛兩岸服務貿易協議引發爭議，國民黨中常委邱復生今天在中常會中力挺管中閔，表示他非常敬佩管中閔勇於捍衛政府政策的決心與意志，他並呼籲政府所有官員與黨籍立委應堅定支持馬英九總統的開放政策。
邱復生說，服貿協議大陸對台灣承諾開放80項，已超過世界貿易組織（WTO）的規範，台灣應將心比心，體會大陸的善意誠意。他認為，立法院應比照兩岸經濟協議（ECFA）的表決方式，採「逐條審查、全案表決」來審查兩岸服務貿易協議，否則將造成整體協議執行困難，也會影響台灣未來和他國談判的時程。
