【簡威弘／新北報導】「搶劫！不准動！」2名分持刀、槍的歹徒今天上午10許衝入新店安和路的郵局，喝令所有人趴下後，搶走櫃檯百萬現金逃逸。民眾行經看到這些驚險畫面，嚇得跌坐在地，回過神來想報案，就見到警方獲報趕抵，立即封鎖現場採證，並積極追捕搶嫌。經警方說明，才知這是新店分局的防搶演練。
2名歹徒是由正港的刑警擔任，平時習慣抓壞人，突然演歹徒事先預演還NG笑場多次，不過正式演練時，1次就OK，其他同仁看了開玩笑說：「逼真到比壞人還像歹徒！」

【大紀元2013年07月03日訊】（大紀元記者謝月琴台灣宜蘭報導）「2013宜蘭國際童玩藝術節」即將於7月6日登場，宜蘭縣要讓您在食宿遊玩上更安全盡興。
宜蘭縣政府秘書長陳鑫益表示：童玩節在宜蘭是旗艦活動，2013年以「轉」為主題，希望能翻轉出樂趣來。今年並且與高鐵、台鐵、台灣好行合作，希望能讓遊客在行的方面更方便。此外餐飲工會也準備摺頁，並秀出宜蘭縣優良餐廳、餐盒、烘培業者名單，讓大家吃得更安心。童玩節是宜蘭縣的活動，而不只是宜蘭縣政府的活動，希望鄉親一起動起來，共同做主人。
今年活動期間除了結合國立傳統藝術中心（傳藝66夜）、縣內各觀光產業、高鐵、國道客運首都、葛瑪蘭客運及計程車業者提供童玩節各項食宿優惠、交通套票、特色行程及便利的交通措施外，更加強食品安全監督、查驗與取締，使遊客來到宜蘭盡興的玩、安心的吃。
童玩節活動期間各項好康優惠外，在宜蘭各鄉鎮更有各項觀光文化活動，如蘇澳冷泉文化季、頭城海洋文化觀光季、羅東藝穗節、宜蘭情人節等週邊活動，還有很多在地的休閒農業區，也準備了各項的體驗活動，詳情請上宜蘭縣政府網站查詢。

穿著入時西裝、操著流利英文，來往東南亞各國、42歲韓國籍Kwak Ho Young（音譯：郭鎬永），模仿電影「神鬼交鋒」情節，以假身分「Moon Dusang」（音譯：文督尚）偽造護照，入出東南亞各國40餘次，騙過許多國家的查驗官，3月24日在台灣搭機被移民署桃園機場移民官識破，並查出郭鎬永是韓國通緝的重大經濟要犯，不法獲利高達1千735萬美金以上（折合新台幣5億2千萬以上），今（4）日下午1點25分於桃園機場遣返回國。
移民署鑑識調查隊長康慶年指出，郭鎬永身材修長，身高超過180公分，提著名牌皮箱的型男打扮，與一般商務旅客排隊接受護照查驗，刻意挑選中午通關人數眾多的時候試圖闖關，查驗官翻開他的護照，照片神似韓星李秉憲，他神態自若微笑以對，但查驗官在查護照時，發現護照號碼雷射穿孔部分，用手摸卻相當不平整，細看為人工鑽孔，有使用染劑仿製燒灼的痕跡。
康慶年表示，當查驗官再以高科技設備進行護照鑑定時，在紅外光的照射下，發現應該消失的特殊油墨卻沒消失，同時在韓國出境章的仁川機場字樣「INCHRON AIRPORT」中，真章第一個英文字母是暗記「1」變為「I」，第五個英文字母應為E，沒有仔細觀察很容易忽略。
移民官發現郭鎬永持偽造護照後，立即予以盤問。郭鎬永一開始還試圖掩飾，但因跡證明確，在移民官多番查問之下，終於突破心防，承認持有偽造護照。根據郭鎬永護照上的查驗章，移民署發現他在2009年9月7日出境韓國的第一顆章是假的之外，其他40餘顆蓋的章都是真的，顯然騙過許多國家的查驗官。
康慶年說，郭鎬永有兩本護照，在使用正本出境後，隨即丟棄並使用假護照出入東南亞，足跡遍及澳門、香港、泰國、新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼等地區。他主要以韓國友人所在的馬來西亞為根據地，而各國停留都在簽證效期內就出境，記錄良好沒有逾期狀況，來去自如通行無阻長達3年半。
郭鎬永坦承，他所持偽造護照是在馬來西亞透過韓國朋友幫他購買的，因為在2008年自己開的公司倒閉，擔心在韓國因犯罪被抓，因此持偽造護照先去香港躲避，再轉去馬來西亞韓國朋友開的公司幫忙，來台灣則是幫朋友處理公司業務，順便探訪友人。
據了解，郭鎬永在母國涉嫌數項經濟罪嫌，包括：詐欺、侵占及違反信託等，涉案金額高達1千735萬美金以上（折合新台幣5億2千萬以上）。移民署表示，郭鎬永持假護照一案，已經桃園地方法院簡易判決，以刑法第210條偽造私文書等罪，處有期徒刑5個月得易科罰金，業經執行完畢，移民署依法將其遣返。經過多次與駐韓台灣代表處及韓國法務部聯繫，移民署將於今日下午12:25分於韓航KE692班機的登機門前，由台韓執勤人員進行通緝嫌犯的交接作業。

（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓3日專電）美國總統歐巴馬今天對埃及局勢發表聲明指出，美國不支持埃及特定人士與政黨，他要求軍方盡速將政權交還給民主選出的政府，避免逕行逮捕總統穆希及其支持者。
歐巴馬表示，埃及革命後，美國支持反暴力、保護普世人權與推動改革，回應人民合理訴求等基本原則。美國不支持埃及特定人士與政黨，但保證對民主程序與法治的支持。
對於埃及發生的變動，美方要求各方合作以解決人民提出的不滿與合理訴求，遵循民主程序，嚴拒暴力與動用武力。
美國密切注視埃及動盪的局勢，相信埃及的未來只有埃及人民能夠決定，不過美方高度關切軍方罷黜總統穆希（Mohamed Morsi）與凍結憲法的決定。
歐巴馬要求埃及軍方盡速行動，以包容及透明的程序，負責任地將政權交還給民主選出的政府，避免專斷逮捕穆希及其支持者。
歐巴馬已指示美方相關部門機構，檢視美國法令，對埃及政府予以援助。
美國國務院今天向民眾發出延緩前往埃及的旅遊警示，並呼籲留在埃及的美國人盡速離境。國務院同時下令非處理緊急事務的官員及家人離開，前往其他地方。1020704
