| 金門北山古洋樓賣店標租 可吸引大量觀光客

【顏嘉瑩／台北報導】陸客自由行，觀光帶動金門地區發展，地價連年飆漲，連墓地都有人插旗，也讓金門觀光休閒產業前景一片看好。金門國家公園「北山古洋樓賣店經營管理標租案」即日起至7月22日開放投標，未來可經營賣店，吸引大批觀光客。
此案採1次公告，分段開標，標的物為「北山古洋樓」雙落大厝部分，得標人可在原址經營賣店，坪數52.03坪，每年最低標租金為14.1萬元。金門國家公園管理處副處長盧淑妃籲，投標人若有意願，要把握機會盡速投標。
「北山古洋樓」是金門旅遊景點之一，雖參觀免門票但民眾不得入內。未來若規劃為賣店，當地業者預估可吸引大批觀光客。

【楊永盛／苗栗報導】台六線公館鄉吳開興陶藝館前今天中午發生重大傷亡交通事故，69歲男子劉宏溪駕車，載著65歲妻子劉吳懷玉、高齡96歲老母劉詹鳳英和外勞共4人，陪伴老母就醫，中午返程距離住家約500公尺時，原因不明突然失控高速衝撞楓樹，雖然樹木僅表皮剝落，但疑似都未繫安全帶，釀成劉男夫妻、 老母送醫到院無生命跡象，送醫搶救都宣告不治，外勞傷勢較輕，家屬悲痛趕赴醫院處理中，肇事原因正由警方調查中。

代PO -------------------------------------------- 公司 A(本土商) B(歐洲商) 職務 業務 業務 產業 印刷業 家用保健類FMCG 地點 台北市 台北市 月薪 兩間的底薪+津貼大約都落在30K~32K(B較高),但獎金的話, B公司頗優渥的,底薪+津貼+獎金往往可以讓每月收入落在 45K以上,反觀A公司,獎金就大概只有A的一半 工時 這點就不說了,畢竟是業務職,所以大概也只有上班時間都是 9點是固定的,下班時間應該就.....(不過都周休二日就是了) 通勤時間 騎車40mins 開車20min 優點 母公司為國內知名集 B公司是一間外商公司, 團,而A本身也在這個 有配公務手機,在FMCG 產業內就是龍頭廠商, 非龍頭但業界都知道該 所以算是有一定的利 公司,而且FMCG才是我 基在! 朋友的興趣 缺點 薪資較B低 一定要開車上班,保養 可能會增加開銷! 結論: 我朋友原本比較prefer B公司,薪資上面也比較高(但其實朋友的看法是 覺得兩間的底薪其實都有達到自己的標準,加上年紀還輕,所以想找的比 較是可以學到東西,也方便日後往上爬或平行移動的工作),加上對FMCG真 的是比較有興趣!!!不過B的缺點就真的是開車之後的開銷會比較大,日常 保養或出什麼狀況很可能就會馬上把薪資差異拉近了!而A公司,他的母集 團真的是說出來全國都會知道是哪一間的那種(B的話要業界才知道),而且 在A自己的產業裡面,A作的不是印象中那種路邊髒髒破破的印刷廠,是技術 更上一個層次的印刷(我朋友很重是產業是否有創新或附加價值),所以難 題就來了,不知道該如何選擇~還請各位鄉民賜教!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.27.213
