LOL英雄聯盟這款DotA遊戲由代理商Garena引進之後也已經有了約兩年的時間 ，當中經過多次的改版來到目前最新的3.8版本，也就是俗稱的”厄薩斯版”，除了伺服 器的因素之外，每次大型改版之後或多或少都增加了一些對電腦硬體的負擔，這次就要針 對4000~6000中價位的顯卡進行英雄聯盟的遊戲效能測試，以作為選購用的指南。 ‧本次測試顯卡以及平台如下: 1. nVIDIA GTX650Ti 1G (320.18版驅動) 2. nVIDIA GTX650Ti Boost 2G (320.18版驅動) 3. AMD HD7790 1G (12.101版驅動) 4. AMD HD7850 2G (12.104版驅動) CPU: AMD FX8350 RAM: DDR3 1600 4G*2 MB: GA-78LMT-USB3 OS: Win7 64bit ‧本次的測試設定如下: 測試解析度共三種分別為1920*1080 http://i.imgur.com/Tm9d6Ij.jpg

| 上午高溫午後有陣雨 未來一周持續悶熱天氣

【張勵德／台北報導】今天各地天氣與昨天類似，白天持續高溫炎熱，午後可能有短暫陣雨，中央氣象局預估，台灣西半部地區高溫約攝氏34到35度，東半部地區約攝氏33度，沒有下雨的時候仍然相當悶熱，提醒民眾外出要記得做好防曬準備，並適時補充水分以免中暑。預估未來一周全台各地都會持續這種天氣型態。
氣象局表示，今天中部以北及宜蘭、花蓮地區都有出現午後雷陣雨的機會，降雨區域仍以山區為主，但也可能往平地方向擴散，降雨時間可能持續到入夜之後，尤其對流發展旺盛時，很可能出現局部性大雨，請民眾留意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風甚至是冰雹。

| 18歲女肖想吻獅子 險遭獅子拖進籠內

【綜合報導】南非摩荷洛河羅野生動物復育中心(Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre)，日前發生一名18歲女性志工蘿倫法根(Lauren Fagen)，嘗試親吻獅子時，遭獅子攻擊，企圖將她拉進籠子內，所幸其他志工及時搶救，保住一命，不過法根身受重傷。
法根6月開始在復育中心擔任志工，當時她正忙著清理獅子的籠子，看見籠內的5歲公獅杜馬，靠著欄杆磨蹭自己的臉，法根心血來潮想親吻一下杜馬的毛髮，沒想到杜馬隨即伸出爪子，想將法根拖進籠內。
法根事後受訪時表示，她沒想到杜馬可以把爪子伸出籠外，她很可能當場被撕裂失血過多致死，所幸住院治療後，現在已無大礙。

【綜合報導】彰化縣八卦山區的天空昨天晚間上演一場氣勢磅礡的閃電秀，黑矇蟄伏的夜色中，突然傳來隆隆聲響，霎時雷聲大作，須臾間一道網狀閃電畫破黑夜，瞬時又回到寂黑，數秒後天色再次照亮呈紫黑色，隨之而來數道閃電點綴天際，為天文景觀更增神祕氛圍。
該影片作者「k08063」昨天在網路論壇「MOBILE01」貼文，他以5d3+16-35 16端用錄影，分享拍攝到的天文奇觀，他表示，如此拍攝條件得要天時、地利、人和，「我只拍到一半而已，頭上的那一半拍不下，早已爆框」。

【綜合報導】繼美英爆出監聽國民和他國情資後，法國世界報(Le Monde)也踢爆政府也有法版的稜鏡計畫。
報導指出法國外國情報局(Direction Generale de la Securite Exterieure)有系統地收集國內電腦和電話的電子資訊，包括所有電郵、簡訊、通話和臉書及推特的發文等，這些資訊被存放在情報局地底碉堡裡，不過情報局收集的是通話或簡訊傳送的時間、地點和對象，而不是內容。
這個資料庫估計多達數千萬GB，法國所有情資單位都可進入，這套監聽系統是透過間諜衛星，竊聽法國領地或是前殖民地的站台，並利用海底電纜收集情資。
情報局方面對此項指控尚未回應，不過法國議員表示法國的監聽系統，和美國比簡直是小巫見大巫。

【何軒憶╱台北報導】烏克蘭名模瑞莎昨天試裝差點熱昏，幸好午後的通告是受邀到哈根達斯(Haagen-Dazs)試吃新款冰品，她大呼過癮，「我超愛吃冰淇淋，這真是最幸福的工作」
她直說愛吃冰淇淋，「我可以什麼都不吃，只吃冰淇淋。」，難到不怕熱量太高影響名模身材，她理由充份的說：「吃別的東西也有熱量，只要不要太晚吃就好。」
她近來被拍到跟身價上億元的鞋業小開Mike在冰淇淋店約會，她聰明回應：「沒有約會，就是偶爾跟朋友吃好吃的東西」。不願鬆口承認Mike是男友，她保留空間說：「交朋友要相處久一點，我要多一點安全感，確定了會告訴大家。」

| 沈富雄：謝長廷的主張就是「九二共識」

已退黨的前立委沈富雄下午出席民進黨華山會議，他在會後受訪時說，今天很少人提到行政院前院長謝長廷的憲法共識，只有立委管碧玲花了比較多時間為他修飾。沈也說：「依據我的看法，謝長廷的主張是那兩個相交圓，就是『九二共識』」。但他也說，共產黨是把「憲法共識」跟「九二共識」做比較，比較結果老共默許九二共識，認為「憲法共識」比「九二共識」差。
媒體追問是否曾說謝長廷的憲法共識是「山寨版」的九二共識？沈說，「你去問老共那個講的人，我不好意思跟你講是誰」。沈也說，其實前總統陳水扁時代，他也是跨黨派兩岸小組成員，某次跨黨派兩岸小組會議做出的四點結論裡，其實也講「憲法一中」，阿扁也接受，但發表後，第二天就被老共罵死。

link http://chinese.vr-zone.com/71695/ Intel 將會在 9 月釋出不少處理器，不論是桌上型電腦，或是行動裝置方面，無一不缺。 9 月對 Intel 而言，將會是一個相當熱鬧的月份，因為除了 IDF San Francisco 將舉行 外，同時在處理器方面也會有不少新品陸續登場。 Intel 這幾年已經漸漸從桌上型處理器轉向行動裝置市場，但市場對於 x86 處理器需求， 還是擁有一定市場，因此該公司新的 Ivy Bridge-E 確定會在 9 月中旬登場，同時還有 部分 Haswell 處理器也將在 9 月初開始販售。 而這只是 Intel 上市處理器的其中一個部分。 Atom 將會成為 Intel 轉向行動裝置一個重要武器，雖然它屬於 x86 架構，但在 Android 運行上並沒有任何太大問題（偶爾有小問題當然是沒辦法避免的）出現，至於功 耗表現，Intel 自認為有機會與 ARM 和 Qualcomm 相互抗衡，出貨量方面，目前大部份 都是傳統 PC 廠在買單。 現行的 Atom 將會被 22nm 的 Bay Trail 所取代。 在代號 Bay Trail 的產品線中，Intel 將會推出 T、D 和 M，分別歸屬不同的應用，其 中 Bay Trail-T 確定將會在 8 月底至 9 月中旬（原先是在 8 月中至 9 月中旬）正式 登場，而以 Celeron 和 Pentium 為架構的 Bay Trail-M 從原本的 9 – 10 月，變更 為「after PRQ」狀態。 另外 Ultrabook 和 2 in 1 裝置使用的 U 系列 和 Y 系列處理器也將會在 9 月 1 日 解禁。當然在這些處理器之外，也有供筆記型電腦使用的標準電壓版本，如尾數為 HQ、 H 以及 M 的 Core i5 和 Core i7 等級處理器也將在 9 月 1 日解禁。 從這份資料來看，消費者若想要選購 Haswell 世代的 Core i5 機種，最快可能得等到 8 月底或是 9 月上旬以後。同時，我們也推測這或許也是為何 Apple 遲遲未將 MacBook Pro 更新至 Haswell 處理器的原因之一。 看來在度過安靜的 7 月之後，8 月份將會開始熱鬧到 9 月結束啊。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.35.61
