圖文網誌版： http://vivawei.pixnet.net/blog/post/4291522 餐廳名稱：米食 Rice Kitchen 消費時間：2013年07月 地址：台北市內湖區環山路一段24巷2號 電話：02 2799 6225 營業時間：週一 - 週五: 11:30 - 14:00 、 17:30 - 20:00 每人平均價位：135 可否刷卡： 否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色： 勃根地紅酒燉牛肉 和風米食炊飯 香柚蘋果沙拉 官網： https://www.facebook.com/pages/米食-Rice-Kitchen/544554278910184 雖然出門前已經先用Google Map看了一下大概的位置， 沒想到到了這附近以後我又迷路了啦， 而且我還一直經過這邊耶 其實要找到『米食 Rice Kitchen 』真的很簡單， 就在西湖國小的對面喔！ 主要是因為愛評網有推出折價券！ 這麼好康的事情， 仔細看完我的文章你也可以享有這個優惠唷～～～ 『米食 Rice Kitchen 』是由一群不同環境成長的七年級生， 他們共同經營的。雖然年輕，但是卻也堅持著傳統與環保， 將東西洋餐點搭配台灣傳統頂級米飯將主食中西式之間完美結合！ 在一進門這邊就可以看到便當的副食， 有部分食材是固定的，而有部分的食材是變動的！ 只有兩道主廚創意副菜可能會不同， 其餘的蛋捲、沙拉或是水果都不會有太大變化。 這是我今天來到『米食 Rice Kitchen 』的ｍｅｎｕ， 聽老闆說等到七月八日後會全面換新菜單！ 所以我這天來到還是一樣點這一份原本的菜單喔， 種類還算蠻多的，總共有六種不同的選項。 這是七月八日以後換過的新菜單， 單點的部分有些小漲，不過也有些是變便宜。 而且重要的是還多了好幾款之前沒有出現過的新菜色喔！！！ 主要和之前不同的是，便當還有另外分成兩種組合， 一種是舒食便當、一種是米食便當。 舒食便當則是單點價＋２０元升級， 裡面有兩道主廚創意副菜、和風米食炊飯、松露海苔蛋捲。 這樣子的便當感覺還蠻適合女生的， 因為分量不會太多，營養也還蠻均衡的呢！ 另外一款就是單點價＋５０元的米食便當， 主餐的份量會增加25%、和風吹飯米食的份量也增加25%、 還有兩道主廚創意副菜、松露海苔蛋捲、 特製墨西哥培根肉醬、香柚蘋果沙拉或水果沙拉2選1。 這麼豐盛的便當感覺男生吃下來也會十分有飽足感， 飯量和主食份量都有增加！滿足感自然大提升啦 快來跟大家報好康！ 就是愛評網現在有推出這種滿百折百的折價券，真的超划算的！ 而且還有好多店家可以選擇： http://event.ipeen.com.tw/2013/kokolife/#100 像我今天使用這個優惠券， 一個超豐盛的勃根地紅酒燉牛肉便當只花了我３５元耶！！！ 勃根地紅酒燉牛肉便當：１３５元。 這樣豐盛的便當如果沒有愛評網的折價券， 說真的我不會特別跑來吃，因為價格也偏高。 但是在我點完餐後，陸陸續續還是有些客人上門呢， 所以還是有它的顧客群在囉！ 我最喜歡他們的這種米飯，是和風米食炊飯， 吃起來十分有口感，而且感覺特別健康呢！ 只是飯比較偏乾了些， 可以搭配我紅酒燉牛肉的醬汁一起吃會更好吃唷～ 沙拉的部分，我選擇的是香柚蘋果沙拉， 主要還是生菜沙拉為主，還有搭配一些水果， 而且他們的醬汁十分清爽， 等於說是這整個便當就靠這一道來開胃了啦！！！ 松露海苔蛋捲， 這一道吃起來我是覺得比較普通了些， 而且也是有些偏乾， 我覺得我會比較喜歡吃到那種半熟 還會有一些蛋汁的蛋捲啦～～～ 這是主廚創意副菜，應該是每天都會有些不同。 這是泡菜蘿蔔，吃起來十分夠味， 蘿蔔也十分入味，配飯吃剛剛好！！！ 這一道我覺得在便當裡面比較少會出現，就是地瓜！！！！！ 我根本就是地瓜控啊！ 我覺得他們的地瓜處理得很好～ 很甜而且口感很精緻 再來登場的就是我的主餐了「勃根地紅酒燉牛肉」！！！ 其實我那時候在選擇主餐時還猶豫了蠻久的， 因為「義大利青醬雞腿排」我也好想吃啦！ 但是服務人員告訴我如果路途比較遠的話， 選擇「義大利青醬雞腿排」等回到家後可能吃起來會偏油！ 所以只好忍痛選擇了這一道「勃根地紅酒燉牛肉」啦～～～ 「米食廚房精心挑選來自澳洲特級的牛小排， 經過高溫烤出焦香配上大量蔬菜再以小火燉煮， 使牛肉充滿Burgundy紅酒香氣及蔬菜鮮甜味， 美妙的提升食材口味的層次感， 滿足牛料理愛好者的喜好」。 -Rice Kitchen 米食。 紅酒燉牛肉的牛肉沒有很大塊， 我覺得我會喜歡比較大塊一點的牛肉， 因為吃起來更滿足啦！ 但是至少吃起來的感覺知道這個牛肉不是使用調理包的， 而是實實在在的牛肉唷～～～ 只是吃下來會覺得紅酒的味道不明顯， 牛肉的份量也有些偏少 （阿～～～我根本就很難滿足嘛！） 紅酒燉牛肉裡面當然也不能缺少靈魂人物： 紅蘿蔔和馬鈴薯！ 而他們的紅蘿蔔和馬鈴薯都處理得不錯， 吃起來的感覺就是燉了很久，很夠味而且又不失口感。 不愧是耗費燉煮時間六到八個小時所呈現出來的口感。 另外就是還有一朵花椰菜囉！ 在紅酒燉牛肉的這種組合能夠吃到花椰菜就覺得營養更均衡了！ 他們的便當如果是在簡餐店裡面賣我覺得是可以接受的， 而且使用的配料也有一定的水準。 而且吃完以後很滿足，每一道配料都是我還蠻喜歡的呢～～～ 只是如果是以外帶便當的方式，會覺得價格略為偏高， 要常常吃的話可能就較難負荷了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.66.100.136

代替我姊發問的 她不會用PTT 我姊目前28/私立資管、企管畢 在高雄市一家小公司上班 因為公司很小~有時候老闆老闆娘會有一些情緒化的發言 或許公司小不太懂管理學、帶人吧? 她每次被念完就會打開104.1111去看看工作 (純粹只是看) 每次看完以後就跟我說~~外面工作好差喔~~ 我姊的工作是線上業務 但不用每天跑外面 需定期拜訪客戶(台北) 每個月薪水約31K 周休二日 朝九晚六 但她說最近看工作 高雄都是22K 然後責任制 月休4-6天 或者周六要輪班 不知道32K以上的工作在哪裡..... 我姊沒辦法接受隔周休，也沒辦法接受22K，可是又有點想換工作 在高雄的女生大家有辦法找到比較高薪的工作嗎??大概是什麼性質呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.207.114

| 上午高溫午後有陣雨 未來一周持續悶熱天氣

【張勵德／台北報導】今天各地天氣與昨天類似，白天持續高溫炎熱，午後可能有短暫陣雨，中央氣象局預估，台灣西半部地區高溫約攝氏34到35度，東半部地區約攝氏33度，沒有下雨的時候仍然相當悶熱，提醒民眾外出要記得做好防曬準備，並適時補充水分以免中暑。預估未來一周全台各地都會持續這種天氣型態。
氣象局表示，今天中部以北及宜蘭、花蓮地區都有出現午後雷陣雨的機會，降雨區域仍以山區為主，但也可能往平地方向擴散，降雨時間可能持續到入夜之後，尤其對流發展旺盛時，很可能出現局部性大雨，請民眾留意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風甚至是冰雹。

| 莫西稱軍方政變 籲民眾抵抗政變

【綜合報導】埃及國防部長塞西(Abdel Fattah el Sisi)宣布軍方版藍圖，莫西發表聲明指控這是軍方政變，呼籲民眾堅守憲法，不要接受軍方策畫的政變，並表示國家所有自由人都會拒絕政變。
軍方單方面宣布莫西下台，並成立臨時政府，不過執政的穆斯林兄弟會尚未有任何表示，支持莫西的民眾也恐將掀起另一波抗議，埃及局勢混沌不明，美國駐羅馬大使館宣布撤離所有非必要人員。

| 《千軍破2》搶攻今年暑假檔期 前作原班人馬傾全力打造最正統的國戰遊戲

崑崙遊戲日前宣佈，他們即將在 2013 年下半季推出使用 Flash3D 研發而成的國戰策略網頁遊戲《千軍破2》，且本作由《千軍破》原班人馬研發而成，讓玩家打開網頁就能體驗最原汁原味的續作。
 
《千軍破2》將進攻今年暑假檔期
《千軍破2》以漢末三國時代群雄並起的歷史為背景，官方表示為了描繪出三國戰場的逼真場景，也特別邀請電影製作團隊參與遊戲設計，將大量經典戰役融入其中，讓玩家體驗到與三國名將、史實梟雄、謀士鬼才並肩逐鹿沙場的快感。
羽扇綸巾，談笑間，強虜灰飛煙滅
遊戲繼承前作的設計，承襲前作戰棋式國戰玩法的同時，也大幅提升了畫面品質和遊戲策略性，並讓 PVE 的玩法有更進一步的提升，而遊戲中的每名武將都有獨一無二的造型、表情、武器和盔甲，其他像是勢力陣營、全新的武將部隊、奧妙無窮的攻城掠地戰、全新的獨門武器都是這次《千軍破2》將帶給玩家的新內容。
前作在亞洲各國都取得不錯的成績

| 首例 監委彈劾監院秘書長

【吳家翔╱台北報導】監察院今以該院秘書長陳豐義擅自銷毀檔案，嚴重違法失職，通過彈劾，創下監院先例。陳不服氣，搬出院長王建煊認為他是「被害人」，陳還指控調查委員在審查會前不避嫌在飯店餐敘，誤導其他委員，已失公正。主辦餐敘其中一位監委葉耀鵬回嗆：「風馬牛不相及，扯這很沒品！」
監委李復甸、馬以工調查指出，院內未逾保存年限及需要永久保存的調查案與行政案卷，竟在陳豐義主導下被銷毀，高達161.5公尺，相當於火車站前新光大樓高，違反《檔案法》，監院今以6比4票數通過彈劾，全案移送公務員懲戒委員會；涉刑事責任部份，監院司法委員會將開會決定是否移送法務部。
監委記者會將結束時，王建煊機要秘書竟來到會場宣布，陳豐義要在辦公室舉行記者會，李復甸當場砲轟：「什麼時候監察院通過彈劾案的記者會還沒結束，就公開宣布被彈劾人要召開記者會。」

【姚瑞宸／綜合報導】中華青棒代表隊今天在LLB青棒賽中，以13比1大勝地主菲律賓隊。
中華隊今天排出的先發陣容為1棒張皓緯，2棒林承飛，3棒森育彬，4棒范國宸，5棒王則鈞，6棒張凱倫，7棒黃逸鑫，8棒陳約瑟，9棒林鴻偉。先發投手為袁芳群。
中華隊每局都有攻勢，也都有攻下分數，5局上，中華隊野手在雨中獲得3次保送攻佔滿壘，中華隊以1支安打和范國宸轟出的滿貫全壘打，半局內攻下5分，取得大幅領先。
中華隊已完成第1輪賽事，取得3戰全勝，明天即將進入第2輪的賽事，總教練江柏青表示，選手都已經調整到很好的狀態，接下來的比賽也將全力以赴，目標前進美國。
