【曾雪蒨、鄭敏玲／台中報導】李國修2010年3月動大腸癌切除手術後4月到中國附醫接受化學治療並定期追蹤，不料大腸癌復發且出現肝臟轉移，2012年1月二次腫瘤切除手術再接受化療與放療，但仍不敵病魔，今天凌晨約三點辭世。

遺孀王月與子女出面說明並播放李國修遺言：「希望大家細細品味我留下的劇本，感謝大家對我的支持!」兒子李思源說「父親說時候到了不要留我，我感覺我正在豪華的郵輪上正待起航,不要辦悲悽的追思會，大家要開心告別,並請曾國城當告別式主持人，只有一個要求，要逗大家笑!告別式當天大家穿紅色來,欣賞屏風最後一場演出!」

【賴又嘉╱台北報導】丁姓婦人今年3月與兒子逛台北市忠孝東路ZARA服飾店，丁婦欲坐店內椅子時，疑因失去平衡而向後傾倒，兒子見狀上前救母，本想扶住母親，但當時他手上拿著衣架，卻不慎刺傷丁婦左眼，導致丁婦眼角膜破裂，丁婦控告當時ZARA負責人羅禮文業務過失傷害。

但台北地檢署認為店內椅子設計沒瑕疵，將羅男不起訴處分。

檢察官依據店內證人及現場照片，認為丁婦坐的椅子，在設計、擺設或使用上都沒有瑕疵，可能是因丁婦未確實坐在椅子上，或忽略椅子高度，導致重心偏移才傾倒。且丁婦眼傷，是兒子要扶丁婦時，不小心戳到她眼睛，與ZARA無關，事發後，該椅子已撤走。
