| 老大哥無所不在 法國也傳監聽

【綜合報導】繼美英爆出監聽國民和他國情資後，法國世界報(Le Monde)也踢爆政府也有法版的稜鏡計畫。
報導指出法國外國情報局(Direction Generale de la Securite Exterieure)有系統地收集國內電腦和電話的電子資訊，包括所有電郵、簡訊、通話和臉書及推特的發文等，這些資訊被存放在情報局地底碉堡裡，不過情報局收集的是通話或簡訊傳送的時間、地點和對象，而不是內容。
這個資料庫估計多達數千萬GB，法國所有情資單位都可進入，這套監聽系統是透過間諜衛星，竊聽法國領地或是前殖民地的站台，並利用海底電纜收集情資。
情報局方面對此項指控尚未回應，不過法國議員表示法國的監聽系統，和美國比簡直是小巫見大巫。

| 讓 YouTube 自動播放 HD 影片

 現在網路頻寬愈來愈大、螢幕愈來愈大，拍攝影片的解析度愈來愈高，實在很難想像為什麼YouTube預設的影片播放解析度還是360p。難道要享受HD高畫質，每次都得手動調整嗎？只要裝上這款 HD for YouTube 擴充功能套件，就能讓YouTube自動以HD畫質播放影片哦！

1.原本開啟YouTube影片時，預設的畫質自動選取會以360p或480p為主。
2.連至「http://goo.gl/3wkPk」，點選頁面右上角的〔加到CHROME〕，下載並安裝「Auto HD For YouTube」擴充功能。
3.安裝完成後，會出現捐款畫面，可以隨喜捐款給作者，或直接關掉頁面。
4.在右上角擴充功能列的 圖示上按滑鼠右鍵，並從快速選單中點選【選項】。
5.接著可以在設定頁面中指定預設的播放畫質，選好後關閉頁面即可。
6.再度開啟YouTube，就會根據我們剛才設定的畫質自動播放HD畫質的影片。

| 國共論壇 8 月下旬南寧舉行

【何孟奎／台北報導】中共總書記習近平上台後的第一次國共論壇將於8月24日在廣西省南寧市舉行，除國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄率團參加外，新黨主席郁慕明、親民黨秘書長秦金生等人也將與會；中共方面則由全國政協主席俞正聲領軍。
國民黨內人士表示，第9屆兩岸經貿文化論壇已確定於8月24、25日在南寧市登場，吳伯雄8月23日率團前往，26日返台；除了兩岸相關部門主管同行，黨中央也邀請專家學者、出版、影視、金融、旅遊、文教等業界代表出席，預料會中將就兩岸服務貿易協議以及和平發展等相關議題交換意見。

【周昭平／高雄報導】高雄市勞工局訓練就業中心產訓合作訓練班上午結訓，水電裝修實務班唯一女學員陳沛蓁是全場焦點，她因擔心父親畢生心血水電行後繼無人，放棄原本業務員、務農等工作，決定當水電工，一度因學習辛苦落淚想放棄，但在親人鼓勵下完成訓練，已考取丙級水電證照，希望五年內能練就如父親般的好功夫，還立志成為全台最美水電工。
