前幾個禮拜趁康是美買一送一貪小便宜買了這款防曬 是說都真的沒有曬黑 平常大概就是上班騎車20分鐘會曬到太陽 不太穿外套 其餘就是一般坐在辦公室很少外出 出門不會特別撐傘或是穿外套 但實在是很乾又泛白 還有點咬手 想要趕快用完買別的 爬文之後才知道物理性防曬似乎比化學性防曬好 所以就一直瘋狂蒐尋各款防曬心得 順便研究一下物理性防曬成分 赫然發現這款很難用的防曬乳的主要成分如下 2-Ethylhexyl 4-methoxycinnamate 9% 紫外線吸收劑，可以阻隔 UVB 290-320，為防曬成份，目前全世界被廣為採用的化學防曬 成份。衛生署限量10%。 防曬成份，油性化學性紫外線吸收劑，危險指數為 2/5(越高越不好) Titanium Dioxide 1.998% 二氧化鈦 防曬劑(紫外線散亂劑)、色料，透過反射方式，為物理性粉體防曬成份。可以阻隔 UVB 和部分的 UVA(需要在高濃度下才能完全防禦UVA)。通常若欲達到較高的 SPF 時，會添加 過高濃度的二氧化鈦(5% 以上)，常造成擦起來白白的，而且皮膚乾燥、易脫皮，因為它 不僅吸附油脂，也會吸附水分。具有高度遮蓋力，及高吸油吸水特性 low temperature burned zinc oxide 15.39% 氧化鋅 紫外線吸收劑，利用反射方式抵抗 UVA、UVB，為物理性粉體防曬成份。白色六角晶體， 不溶於水，但可溶於酸性物質[1]。因為它不僅吸附油脂，也會吸附水分，使用後會造成 皮膚乾燥，具收斂性，針對面皰具有部份制菌、乾燥功效，並具有中度遮蓋力。 幾乎可以阻隔掉所有波長的 UVA、UVB，但是因為塗起來會白白且粘粘厚厚的一層，所以 限制了它的實用性，因此有些廠商發展出粒子較小的氧化鋅分子，即所謂的 Z-Cote，使 用上塗在皮膚是透明的，改善了上述的缺失，同時仍可達到防護效果。 氧化鋅成分高達15.39 據我目前的了解 這樣應該算是很高的比例吧 ? 想請問大家這款防曬乳這樣的成分算是很好的嗎 ? 還是說我根本會錯意了? 因為爬文之後發現這款評價沒狠高沒甚麼人討論其中的成分 感謝大家!! -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.208.57

蒙面歹徒上門攻擊　男子遭割喉身亡

【綜合報導】新竹縣湖口鄉一名胡姓男子（34歲)，早上7點多出門上班時，一出門口就遭蒙面歹徒用電擊棒攻擊，胡姓男子反抗與之扭打，一路扭打到附近菜田後，被歹徒用利刃割喉身亡，據了解，胡姓男子為清潔公司老闆，家屬也不清楚為何會有蒙面歹徒上門行兇，而新竹縣警方目前正在調查中。

埃及政變　外交部列紅色旅遊警示

【陳郁仁／台北報導】埃及發生軍事政變，我外交部發言人高安今宣布，我國已將埃及列為紅色旅遊警示，呼籲國人沒有必要不宜前往，現在該區情勢非常混亂，外交部會密切關注相關情況發展。若民眾於埃及遇到緊急事故，可與外交部駐約旦代表處聯絡：+962-79-555-2605、+962-6-55444-26；或可與開羅台灣貿易中心聯絡：+20-2-24184170、+20-2-24184941。

高安說，在埃及的亞歷山卓港有五、六十名台商，開羅也只有少部分台商，但因為我國在埃及沒有代表處，所以請外貿協會在開羅設立的台貿中心負責建立與國人的聯繫管道，隨時通知相關情況。《蘋果》詢問目前是否有台灣旅行團在埃及？高安說這是交通部觀光局負責，外交部不清楚，還要再聯繫。

一般的顯卡操了幾年後 通常不是直接換新就是給他超頻一下 如今我這張7900已用了5年多 也超頻至極限 玩個遊戲 溫度都直接破表到105度 超級有感~~!!! 呼呼呼 好像快爆炸!!! 風扇全速滿跑!!!!!! 那如果我想繼續死撐 等哪天超到壞後再買張2手升級 所以我現在該買哪種顯卡散熱器CP值比較好? 上網查了很多 似乎很少人在改顯卡散熱的 不是直接買新的 就是開側板拿風扇吹 再不然就是買個USB小風扇直接放在顯卡下方往上吹 麻煩推薦適合直接裝在顯卡上的散熱器風扇 我的顯卡是7900gs 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.97.23

埃及西奈半島遭攻擊　至少1死3傷

【綜合報導】埃及西奈半島軍方檢查站今早遭不明人士武裝攻擊，造成至少1名軍人死亡，3人受傷。

安全人士說，攻擊者向西奈亞拉里士機場(El Arish)外的3個軍方檢查站發射火箭推進榴彈。

亞拉里士機場靠近埃及與加薩走廊、以色列之間的邊界，這個地區向來法治蕩然，今天的攻擊事件是連串安全事件中的最新一起。

汐五高架火燒車　賓士車全毀

【呂品逸／新北報導】今天晚間9時許，一輛賓士車行經汐五高架北上21公里處，車頭突然冒出濃煙，隨即起火燃燒，駕駛趕緊將車停靠路肩並打電話報警。警消獲報後隨即趕往現場，火勢10分鐘後撲滅，並未造成人員傷亡。
