| 醫學院男大生 跪地偷窺女廁遭逮

【陳偉周╱基隆報導】基隆市一名醫學系男大生上周六到圖書館溫書，竟尾隨一名長腿正妹到廁所，然後趴在地板，透過門縫偷窺正妹如廁，正妹察覺後不動聲色報案，警方調閱監視器才發現男大生二十分鐘前也以同樣手法窺視另名被害人，其母獲知兒子犯行，趕到派出所痛摑兒子三巴掌，怒罵：「書都念去哪裡了！」
警方表示，何姓男子（二十三歲）上月從大學醫學系畢業，剛考取北部某大學生化系研究所。
上周六晚上六時許，何男在基隆市文化中心圖書館見許姓女大生（十九歲）相貌可愛，竟尾隨她到廁所，見四周無人，先將背包放在廁所門外，再趴跪在地，爬了幾步，低頭從門縫偷看女子如廁。
警方說，何嫌被捕後矢口否認，直到出示監視畫面才坦承犯行，其母到警局獲知兒子竟成偷窺狼，氣得連呼三巴掌，怒斥：「書念這麼多，都念去哪裡了！」何母告訴警方，兒子個性內向，沒交過女朋友，可能是念書壓力大才會犯錯，警方偵訊後依《社維法》裁罰。

※ 引述《gioiechang3 (!!!!!!!!!!)》之銘言： : http://mag.udn.com/mag/edu/storypage.jsp?f_ART_ID=464392 : 2013/07/04 【聯合晚報╱記者嚴文廷╱台北報導】 : 公益平台基金會董事長嚴長壽今天到國際經濟商管學生會青創大會演講，他警告，如果台 : 灣學生不改變學習的方式，缺乏創新能力，工作將會被國界之外的人搶走；並強調，只要 : 具備英文能力，上網也能學到史丹佛或麻省理工學院的開放式學程，不見得非念大學不可 : 。 : 不敢長時間離家 年輕人失去「面對大海的勇氣」 : 嚴長壽更有感而發，現在的年輕人失去「面對大海的勇氣」，只敢短時間到國外交換或擔 : 任國際志工，不敢真正的到國外挑戰自我，包括念書或找工作，而且一窩蜂的考公務員或 : 老師，不是想要貢獻所學，而只是圖一個安穩工作，躲在「舒適圈」裡面，這種現象才是 : 台灣的警訊。 如果大家都只想躲在舒適圈 那怎麼會有一堆年輕人不辭辛苦 大老遠的跑去澳洲當苦勞，做一堆超苦的工作 講白一點就是因為這群慣老闆不肯給錢 才會逼得他們出走台灣，去找肯付他們薪水的人 只能說這群慣老闆真的很王八蛋 在大家念書的時候，他們聯合政府一起洗腦人民 叫你要盡忠報國，做一個忠心為國、為公司的好忠臣 結果自己卻跑到大陸出賣台灣，跟中共換取利益 尤其是KMT，在以前國編本的時代寫一堆愛國的課文 結果現在每個狗官都搶著去舔中共LP 搶著出賣台灣人來換取自己黨團跟財團的利益 大家為了這群垃圾拼死拼活的工作，值得嗎? 會對大家講這些話都只是為了讓你乖乖當奴隸 可以訓練出一群不會反抗又會乖乖聽話的狗 這樣他們才會有便宜的奴才可用 如果還乖乖聽這群出賣台灣又叫你努力工作的王八蛋的話 等於是被人賣了還在乖乖替他數鈔票一樣傻 再參照一下這幾天被操掛的成大義務役事件 就可以發現台灣真的是鬼島無誤 青少年的時候就被課業壓榨 早上六點起床，晚上九點補完習才能回家 全世界根本就沒有這麼命苦的學生 結果好不容易念到大學的時候 卻因為廣設大學的關係讓學歷不值錢 等於你花了十幾年的時間都是浪費時間、浪費生命、浪費金錢而已 接著背了一屁股學貸之後還要進垃圾堆當兵 能不腦殘的活著出來就算你走運 一堆人都因為當義務役的關係讓自己跟白癡沒兩樣 最後出來工作還要被慣老闆不停壓榨 每天工作12個小時以上竟然還變成常態 一堆人都只能領著微乎其微的薪水過苦日子 根本還不到退休軍公教領的月退俸的一半 而且很多人根本不知道自己為什麼會工作的那麼辛苦 結果拿到的實質薪資卻越來越薄 甚至還比十幾年前的薪水還不如 有的人還懷疑是不是自己的生產力變弱了 但實際上根本不是這樣 事實上勞工的產值絕對超過以前許多 只是因為大家的產值被剝削了才會領到較少的報酬 舉個簡單的例子來說 本來工作之後可以產出一單位食物 結果某人仗著政府權勢說這食物他也有份 就跟你剝削了一半的食物 雖然你的產值是一單位 但經過剝削後卻只剩一半的食物 之後這群仗勢欺人的人越來越多 對你的剝削越來越嚴重 到最後你能獲得的食物就越來越少 這就是為什麼實質薪資會越降越多的原因 這些東西不會有任何教科書，任何新聞跟你講 因為講出來之後會讓大家都想離開台灣 到時候台灣衰退的速度就會急速惡化 不過留在鬼島真的只能等死 與其到時候被搞到去大陸工作 不如趁現在有機會去澳洲或其他國家的時候先過去 可以的話還是找個產值等於薪資的地方移民會比較好 這樣可以活得比較自由，過著比較像人在過的生活 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.245.65.185

【王覺一／桃園報導】中華職棒下半季開打，上半季冠軍義大犀牛由勝投王林晨樺打頭陣，挑戰Lamigo桃猿洋投雷力。犀牛高國輝在3局上滿壘時敲出清壘二壘打，5局下再轟出本季第8支全壘打，助犀牛打完前5局以5比3領先。
林晨樺先發5局被敲5支安打，失3分，目前是勝投候選人，有機會挑戰本季第11勝。雷力同樣先發5局被敲9安打，失5分，其中3局上由於林智勝失誤，單局失4分，其中2分是非自責分。

| 中國即將恢復國債期貨交易

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】中國證券監督管理委員會今天表示，中國國務院已核准國債期貨交易計劃。而中國證監會網站發出聲明，同意中國金融期貨交易所開始交易國債期貨，需要約2個月時間準備。這是中國18年來第一次恢復國債期貨交易，主要讓投資人增加避險工具，同時提振固定收益市場交易。

【綜合報導】埃及國防部長塞西(Abdel Fattah el Sisi)宣布軍方版藍圖，莫西發表聲明指控這是軍方政變，呼籲民眾堅守憲法，不要接受軍方策畫的政變，並表示國家所有自由人都會拒絕政變。
軍方單方面宣布莫西下台，並成立臨時政府，不過執政的穆斯林兄弟會尚未有任何表示，支持莫西的民眾也恐將掀起另一波抗議，埃及局勢混沌不明，美國駐羅馬大使館宣布撤離所有非必要人員。
