美債跌不停　債券天王搬40年資歷安撫投資人

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美債近期賣壓沈重，10年期美國公債殖利率今續創近2年新高。美債跌跌不休，讓以美債為主要投資標的的「債券天王」葛洛斯（Bill Gross）倍感壓力，搬出40年操盤經驗，為近2月操盤基金績效不佳辯護。
 
太平洋投資管理公司（Pacific Investment Management Co.，PIMCO）創辦人葛洛斯面對旗下基金遭投資人贖回大失血，近日力圖安撫，周日在個人推特留言：「1~2個月績效僅是40年績效的一小部分，PIMCO著眼長線投資。」
 
美國10年期公債殖利率今一度衝上2.76%，續創2011年8月以來新高，距離市場視為重要心理關卡的3%不遠。

進入酷暑戲水高峰期　勿輕入危險水域戲水

【余思維／台北報導】目前已經進入暑假期間，有不少民眾攜家帶眷戲水消暑，台北市近郊外雙溪流域是熱門地點，但河床底均為大石塊且暗流相當多，加上經常午後雷陣雨，可能引發溪水暴漲增加危險性，台北市消防局呼籲民眾注意天候變化，配合當地救難人員指揮。

台北市消防局每年6到9月的例假日，都會在至善路3段173號對面、楓林橋及碧溪橋等3個地點設立警戒站，並請臺北市義勇消防總隊第四大隊水上救生中隊等民間救難團體的志工，協助防溺勤務警戒及勸導在危險水域戲水民眾，也不定時加派人車在重點時段前往巡邏及宣導，以防止溺水事件發生。

消防局呼籲民眾，夏天戲水應選擇有安全設施及救生人員的地方，戲水前做好防護措施及暖身動作，並觀察水域了解周邊環境，切記不要穿著長褲或牛仔褲入水等，並提醒家長應注意家中子女外出遊憩安全，避免發生危險。

一早搭公車到署桃。 上車時撲鼻而來一股濃烈的屎味， 坐在前方的阿姨跟司機先生說「有人踩到狗屎了，好臭」 果不其然，走道上都是慘烈地大便痕跡， 一直延伸到後座地板上。 (以後我都不敢放背包在地上了......) 車上依舊瀰漫著濃厚的屎味，有乘客按捺不住臭味，想往後坐。 我趕緊出言制止「不要再踩到了~你的腳又踩到狗屎了!!!!」 天啊~才這麼說著，那位先生只是無奈地將已採到大便的腳隨地抹了抹， 又坐回原位。 司機先生無奈地中途停車。跑去後車廂拿拖把，上來拖地。 現場景象慘絕人寰，真是恐怖， 為什麼這麼大坨屎沒有察覺， 就把它帶上公車，污染大家的身心靈呢~ 司機邊擦邊循著可疑的足跡，鎖定一名老伯伯 「就是你踩到狗屎的，快把腳放到拖把上踩一踩......」 老伯伯起先不願意地看了看他的腳跟， 後來才心不甘情不願地抬起他的腳。 恐怖的汙染事件還不算落幕，車上始終瀰漫著淡淡的屎味， 連剛上車的同學、阿桑都感覺到有股不對勁的氛圍，紛紛摀住口鼻。 下車前我向戴著口罩的司機道了謝， 感謝他沒讓我的鼻子遭受太大的折磨， 也很同情他要忍著屎味開完這一班車，清洗被汙染的拖把....... 最後提醒大家，要上車之前，請記得你檢查的腳， 不要踩到了狗大便。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.124.167
