【楊忠翰／台北報導】天底下竟有如此巧合的事！本月4日清晨4時許，台北市1名20歲陳姓男子與友人在西門町吃完消夜後，騎乘贓車欲返家，突見警方巡邏心虛欲逃遭攔下盤查，陳男只好坦承騎乘贓車，警方隨即將陳男帶回警局偵訊並通知失主。

陳男向警方表示，數周前曾在三重三和路4段巷內撿到1串鑰匙，並試圖開啟周遭的機車，沒想到果真讓他矇中。警方訊後依竊盜罪嫌將陳男移送法辦。

等待美零售數據公布，亞洲匯市周一(15日)美元漲勢暫歇，中國大陸公布第2季國民生產總額數據之後，澳元走高。

伯南克上周說明量化寬鬆退場不會立即執行，美元指數稍跌，上周五美元兌日元、歐元出現升值。本周三(17日)及周四(18日)伯南克將赴國會作證，可望透露更多寬鬆退場細節。

紐西蘭銀行貨幣策略分析師 Mike Jones 表示，美國經濟似乎有走向復甦的趨勢，而這股趨勢推高美元，也讓我們期待量化寬鬆的退場會在今年出現。

彭博社調查經濟學家預期中值，美國商務部6月份零售銷售上升 0.8%，數據將於今晚公布。

大陸國家統計局發布中國今(2013)年第2季及上半年GDP，第2季年增7.5%，上半年年增7.6%，符合《路透社》經濟學者預期。大陸GDP數據公布之後，澳元走高。

台北時間 10 時 12 分，美元兌日元報 99.25 元，兌歐元報 1.3063 元。歐元兌日元報 129.66。

澳元兌美元上午彈升 0.5% 至 0.9095 元，上周五一度下跌 1.5%，創一個月最大單日跌幅。

交通部觀光局今(15)日公布去(2012)年來台旅客消費及動向調查結果，去年在「多元行銷‧布局全球」策略及靈活觀光行銷手法下，全年觀光外匯收入達117.69億美元(約新台幣3485億元)，年增6.36%，並創歷史新高，其中，購物花費以陸客每人每日約新台幣4700元最高、來台滿意度也最高。

觀光局指出，去年全體來台旅客平均每人每日消費額為234.31美元(約新台幣6998元)。在主要市場中，以日本旅客每人每日平均消費308.65美元最高(約新台幣9218元)，大陸旅客265.26美元(約新台幣7922元)居第2位；而就消費細項觀察，購物花費以陸客每人每日157.37美元(約新台幣4700元)為最高，日本旅客71.36美元(約新台幣2131元)次之。

另一方面，95%旅客對來台整體經驗表示滿意，年增2個百分點；就主要市場觀察，除韓國市場滿意度為84.8%外，其餘各市場滿意度均達92%以上，又以大陸旅客對來台整體滿意度98.1%最高，其次依序為紐澳98.0%、歐洲97.4%、港澳96.1%、美國95.4%等，不過，與前年比較，以韓國旅客滿意度增加12個百分點為最多。

為瞭解來台旅客旅遊動機、消費情形、滿意度及意見，觀光局歷年均在桃園國際機場、高雄小港機場和松山機場辦理「來台旅客消費及動向調查」去年計抽訪有效樣本6015份。

PCB上游銅箔廠金居開發銅箔(8358-TW)2013年第2季營收達到10.58億元，但初估第2季的營運在本業呈現虧損，其第2季的虧損金額一併連第1季的628萬元的稅後盈餘都被侵蝕無遺，法人估計，金居銅箔在第2季的虧損金額將在2000萬元以上。

金居銅箔2013年6月營收下滑到2.71億元，較上月衰退37.61%，但較去年同月的2.32億元成長17.01%；金居開發銅箔在6月的出貨量明顯較5月縮減。

金居開發銅筍在2013年5月營收以4.35億元創下12個月來新高，但在金居斗六二廠的5月底火警受創產能恢復進度較預期緩慢的影響，及CCL業者季底盤點因素而降低進貨意願雙重作用之下，金居在6月出貨量大減至1000公噸，單月營收跌破3億元大關，僅有2.71億元的水準。

金居開發銅箔的斗六二廠原設有6條產線，總設計產能也達到每月1000公噸，但5月底火警受創產能恢復進度較預期緩慢，主要是因載重天車受到火損，必須先完成整修天車之後才能吊動機具，依照其最新進度估算，到本月底，金居斗六二廠的產能將恢復到原有的70%。

金居開發銅箔在5月的出貨量達到1300公噸，5月營收以4.35億元創下12個月來新高，但目前估計6月的出貨量可能僅及1000公噸，而6月的單月營收也因此跌破3億元大關。

金居對於在5月27日晚間遭遇火警侵襲斗六二廠廠房、設備及營業中斷期間都已有投保，目前在勘驗結果計算損失清單，將向保險公司申請。

金居2013年1-6月營收21.4億元，較去年同期的23.52億元衰退8.99%。
