陸軍洪姓下士一案發生迄今已2週，相關新聞每天佔據媒體(含網路)大量版面，每每看到都令人不捨及感嘆。不捨，是因為一位年青有為的青年就這樣殞命；感嘆，是事件陷入各方都選擇「只相信自己所相信」的困境。

回到幾個爭議的問題省思，難道大家不會覺得奇怪嗎？例如，禁閉(悔過)前體檢之體檢報告為何需時一周，難道急診室的檢查報告也要一周嗎？其次，提到所謂退伍前「慣例」一事，難道屆退老兵理應享有特權或「福利」嗎？古人不是教我們當一天和尚敲一天鐘嗎？大家不是要求國軍要軍紀嚴明，怎又如此矛盾？

再者，有關禁閉(悔過)室質疑。Thomas C. Schelling在《武備的影響力(Arms and Influence)》提到「監獄是一種強而有力的限制，假如設置監獄目標是藉著禁錮來矯正其行為偏差，則成功與否將以關了多少犯人作為評量；假如監獄的目的是用來威脅使其不再犯錯，則成功與否不在於被關在監獄的人數，而在於使大眾瞭解行為偏差的後果。」同樣地，軍中設置禁閉(悔過)室有其功效，是否廢棄仍待討論。然就此案而言，問題應非是禁閉(悔過)室該不該設置問題，而是管理問題。

人命關天，大家都能體會家屬要真相的心情，也能理解國人對國軍的期待。同理心而語，國軍各級人員都不希望也不願意發生這樣的事情。國防部在此案已深切檢討有程序、適法及管理等問題，秉持不隱瞞、不護短、詳查肇因、釐清真相、杜絕類案」積極應處。

此時此刻，國軍比誰都希望真相早日釐清，好挺起胸膛面對國人。

【綜合報導】李毓芬最近衰運上身，除老傳和「Dream Girls」團員郭雪芙不合外，還因和邱澤半夜約會被逮而被唐嫣粉絲痛罵。最新傳出她為了轉運，疑出入整形診所修臉，還被爆靠買屋換好運。

據今天出刊的《壹周刊》報導，李毓芬6月14日下午與助理出現在台北市忠孝東路四段的整形診所前，疑似想透過整形改變運氣，而她也聽從經紀人建議，疑將買下內湖遠雄興建的成屋，一坪開價百萬元，成為Dream Girls中第一位有房產的藝人。

對李毓芬進出整形診所，經紀公司Amanda說：「那天是帶她去開會，原本打算和診所做置入行銷的合作案，根本沒做療程。」

【綜合報導】警方日前在新竹湖口營區附近破獲一處大型應召站，20多名未成年少女曾在該處賣淫，其中1名16歲中輟少女當媽後，每天無照騎機車往返桃園市與湖口間，下海賣淫，被逮時還懷有身孕，不知是老公還是恩客「播種」。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，警方調查，賣淫少女大多來自失能家庭，家中長輩無力管教，又為跟同儕間比行頭而下海，透過網路、手機通訊軟體LINE等發出應召訊息。

16歲小媽媽說，「接客其實不太累啦！最累的是騎車的路程，遇到大雨或躲警察，就真的很痛苦。有幾次淋著雨到公司，連一個客人都沒接到，下班時碰到警察，還被開紅單，真的很衰。」

【綜合報導】英國一名19歲男子皮佛德(Matthew Pickford)向媒體投訴，指本月8日他前往當地麥當勞點了一份大麥克餐，正在大口吃漢堡時，卻驚見一隻蟲蟲躲在漢堡裡。

皮佛德說：「當我正吃漢堡、咬下番茄片時，發現有一隻蟲就在裡面。」當下他覺得相當噁心，就沒再繼續吃漢堡，並馬上通報當地衛生機關。隨後衛生機關對麥當勞發出廚房檢測通知，而麥當勞也對皮佛德道歉及負責相關賠償。
