中國在陝西西安讀大學的22歲廖靖文，為慶祝完成大學生活，上月28日獨自騎單車，由西安出發，花了16天穿越5省，走了1200多公里，日前終於回到江西宜春老家。

回到家裡，廖靖文才知道父親當日得知自己要騎單車回家，即連夜開車趕到西安，然後跟着女兒的行車路線。期間為不影響女兒的計劃，不時致電了解她當時身處位置，跟女兒保持距離之餘，還可在危急時保護女兒。整個旅程中，父親原來已暗中陪伴10天，讓靖文感動不已。她在一路上也遇到許多支持的好心民眾，累積難得的人生經驗。

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄市一名何姓婦人去年11月搭乘朋友汽車時，隨手拿起友人閒置的彌月賀卡來看，沒想到看到嬰兒的父母親署名，竟然是自己的丈夫孫男（46歲）和車上朋友的同事廖女（36歲），憤而提告2人通姦，高雄地檢署偵查後認為廖女不知孫男結婚，將她不起訴，只起訴孫男。

廖女供稱，前年她與孫男交往時，孫男自稱單身，並大喇喇地把她帶回家，孫家中也無結婚照或女性用品，即使有，因孫男的女兒已經大學，她看到也不足為奇，直到孩子去年8月要報戶口時，她才發現孫男還沒離婚。

孫男也坦承自己與妻子感情不好，所以另交女友，家人也不過問，甚至把家中的女性用品和結婚照都刻意收起來，故意隱瞞他已婚的狀態。

檢察官因此認定廖女雖和孫男發生性關係並產子，但因不知他已婚，予以不起訴；只起訴孫男。
