hTC One mini即將現蹤?宏達電官方部落格貼出一張很可愛的資訊圖表，藉由小動物如何 創造大力量來隱喻一台智慧型手機所擁有的強大功能，要如何實踐在小小的機身上，許多 讀者都認為這是在為One mini舖梗。今天，hTC官方發表的這張照片更加明確了，口袋一 角露出了疑似hTC One mini的蹤影。 這張照片是來自hTC英國官方推特所發出一則推文，寫著"We have a ‘little’ bit of news tomorrow. 《匯市》柏南克稱升息將令美經濟急挫，美元走貶

美元相對於英鎊、巴西里拉、印度盧比17日走貶，因為美國聯準會(FED)主席柏南克(Ben Bernanke)表示美國經濟經不起升息的衝擊。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至17日紐約匯市尾盤為止英鎊兌美元升值0.38%至1.5211、連續第2天走升。美元兌巴西里拉重貶1.22%至2.2259。美元兌印度盧比貶值0.05%至59.290、連續第2天走貶。

法新社報導，柏南克17日出席眾議院金融服務委員會半年度作證時表示，如果FED緊縮貨幣政策的話美國經濟將會急速下挫。他補充說，如果美國經濟增速不如聯邦公開市場操作委員會(FOMC)目前的預期，量化寬鬆貨幣政策(QE)甚至還會持續進行下去。

柏南克17日還重申，只要失業率持續維持在6.5%以上、通膨維持在2.0%或更低水準，聯邦基金利率(0-0.25%)都將維持在低檔。他說，上述失業率、通膨目標都只是參考值，不代表一觸及立即就會升息。

彭博社報導，美國10年期公債殖利率17日盤中最低跌至2.46%、創7月3日以來新低。柏南克將在美東時間18日上午10點整(台北時間同一天的晚間10點整)在美國參議院發表半年度證詞。

英國央行(BOE)最新公佈的會議紀錄顯示，總裁卡尼(Mark Carney)上台後主持的第一個貨幣政策會(MPC)決策會議一致決議維持量化寬鬆貨幣(QE)計畫規模在3,750億英鎊不變。在此之前的5次會議，前BOE總裁Mervyn King以及兩位MPC委員Paul Fisher、David Miles都主張QE規模應擴增250億英鎊。BOE短期內無意擴增QE規模、激勵英鎊走升。

台股盤前 外資連7買 指數震盪趨堅挑戰8439點

【陳建彰／台北報導】台股日K線連7紅，且外資在昨天台指期結算後持續買超，已連7買，加上美國聯準會主席柏南克周三重申，如果有必要，會持續量化寬鬆政策，預料指數將維持震盪趨堅格局，維持在8200點以上高檔震盪，如果量能持續增溫，有利往8439點高點邁進。
 
日盛投顧表示，隨著20日均量開始上揚，人氣回籠有利後市，且月季線均上揚，短期支撐約在10日線附近，壓力為今年高點8439點，就技術指標而言，10日RSI本波最高達66大於60反彈轉為回升，KD開口仍向上，短期觀察台股是否能守穩在季線及10日線之上，成交量能否保持在20日均量之上，盤面焦點股可留意開始減產的面板、傳聞獨吞iPad mini2訂單的鴻海（2317）、今天召開法說會的台積電（2317）、生技展相關族群及7、8月產能滿載的宏全（9939）等。

不及格母親　把幼嬰丟向警察拒捕

【綜合報導】美國佛羅里達州23歲女子萊特（Ashley Taylor Wright），被發現在商場「順手牽羊」總價值261美元（約7830元台幣）商品。
警察獲報跟隨她到停車場準備逮人時，她不但拒捕，還把3個月大的嬰兒舉到胸前，說：「你必須要開槍射穿小孩才能抓到我」，接著竟把嬰兒像沙包一般丟向警察後拔腿就跑，幸好嬰兒未受傷。這位行為不及格的母親最後也被逮捕。

萊特把自己的幼孩丟向警方拒捕。

美8歲女童目睹母親被前男友殺死

【綜合報導】美國俄亥俄州警方周二表示，女子奈森（Teresa Nelson）的前男友曼斯無法接受分手，持刀闖入她家將她活活刺死，之後再自殺。奈森的8歲女兒全程目睹，飽受驚嚇。

根據警方公布的命案電話錄音，奈森打電話報警，在電話線上驚叫：「喔天啊，他抓住我頭髮！他持刀刺我，他正在刺我！」接著電話斷線。警方接線生再撥回去，奈森的8歲女兒接起哭說：「我認為她已經死了。我不要我媽咪死掉。」當時在屋內除了女童，還有奈森的母親，兩人幸而毫髮無傷，但心靈飽受衝擊創傷。
