【王智勇／台南報導】威力彩開獎了，台南一位男網友竟在臉書ＰＯ了一張他中了這期威力彩｢０１，０２，０６，１２，３０，３６｣第二區｢０３｣的彩券，讓不少網友十分驚艷，這位男網友也突然收到不少不認識的女網友傳私密給他，要和他作朋友，讓這名男網友不知所措。
不過蘋果記者連絡上這位施姓男網友，這位施姓男網友証實，他純粹只是開玩笑，想一圓中獎夢而已。
至於這張中獎彩券到底怎麼來的，施姓男網友說，他這期買了幾張威力彩，在台彩開出中獎號碼後，他又再去投柱站買了一柱這期的中獎號碼，把二張彩券接在一起，就變成這一期中獎的威力彩，他這麼做純粹只是好玩，想搏網友的開心，也讓自己一圓中獎的夢，沒別的意思。
只是好玩的是，施姓男網友ＰＯ網之後，真在網路造成轟動，還有網友分享他的中獎照片，還有女網友看到之後，立即展開人肉搜索，立即私密給他，還想和他交朋友，讓施男受寵若驚。

【綜合報導】朱茵與黃貫中喜獲愛女黃鶯，她為了紀念這段懷孕、產女的溫馨記憶，將過程記錄下來，推出首本散文集《6磅10安士》，分享與黃貫中由2人行變3人行的故事。散文集日前已出版，朱茵興奮地在微博發文：「我的著作⋯⋯好開心呀！」昭告天下她已晉升作家之列，她還和女兒分享辛苦結晶，只見黃鶯一會兒煞有其事的端坐閱讀，一會兒又將書翻轉把玩，讓網友不禁大呼卡哇伊。

| 二審開庭 林益世全家拒認罪

台灣高等法院審理前行政院祕書長林益世貪汙案，今天下午二審首度開庭審理。被告林益世一家五口通通否認犯罪，堅稱沒有貪汙、洗錢，林益世甚至否認一審認定他利用立委職務對他人恐嚇得利的犯罪行為，辯稱只是選民服務，幫民間公司喬合約。

被控涉嫌收賄、索賄的林益世下午兩點多，跟妻子彭愛佳牽手抵達法院準備開庭。
由於一審認定，林益世的行為不算貪汙，今年四月底宣判時，合議庭用「公務員利用職務恐嚇得利」和「財產來源不明」兩罪，合併判處林益世七年四個月，其他四名被告：母親沈若蘭、太太彭愛佳跟兩名舅舅都獲判無罪，引發外界議論，檢辯雙方同樣不滿判決結果，均提起上訴，現在二審首度開庭。
檢方認為，原審判決有適用法則不當與違誤，還自行創設見解與不同的判斷標準，更不採信檢舉人陳啟祥的證詞與錄音檔，所以做出有利被告的判決結果。
而林益世與家人也都否認觸犯貪汙、洗錢甚至是恐嚇。林益世辯稱，當初是以選民服務的心態替陳啟祥請託，絕對沒有為錢，之後也沒想到會有錢；沈若蘭辯稱她不是共犯，也沒有犯罪，對於中鋼的事一點也不知情；彭愛佳則說，她無法接受檢方指控她洗錢。
