【綜合報導】中國「愛心商人」陳光標昨日過45歲生日，他向南京中醫藥大學及南京中山陵園管理局等單位捐贈價值450萬元人民幣現鈔(約新台幣2200萬元)的「錢磚」，他說：「過生日時，別忘了感謝這個時代。」

陳光標昨日一身紅衣出席捐贈儀式，他說，自己雖是「高調」過生日，但主旨是要報答社會大眾，「我看過很多富人過生日時砸錢、揮霍，花幾千萬的都有，看到這樣實在很難過」。

陳光標說，他也一樣「花大錢」過生日，但希望把這些錢用在幫助窮人、和協助青年創業身上。

【何哲欣／台北報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘遭凌虐致死，他被關禁閉前的體檢報告，竟然可以在當天取得。國防部軍醫局局長張德明上午受訪解釋，體檢有不同種類，但洪仲丘的體檢比較簡單，就只是一般的檢查，包括血液、尿液檢查、心電圖、X光、血壓等，洪在下午一點多完成體檢，報告在下午4點55分出爐，部隊在6點半就派人取走；如果沒有專人來拿，改用郵寄，大概要好幾天的時間，這次部隊自己來拿，不是很完全正常的狀況，但醫院也不能說不能來拿。

另外外界質疑洪仲丘BMI值過高，不適合關禁閉。張德明說，BMI值要自己計算，他的體檢報告只有BMI值異常，但醫院不會干預部隊的任務內容。

【綜合報導】黑龍江省哈爾濱市中德骨科醫院一名女病患，19日凌晨5時從醫院4樓墜落，陪同到院的家屬發現後，即向院方求救。

醫生一直沒有露面，醫院也沒有搶救墜樓女 子，直到半小時後，她才被黑龍江省醫院救護車接走，但經搶救無效，最終宣告不治。

院方事後解釋，是因院內沒有綜合的搶救能力，醫生恐承擔責任，所以沒有於事發後出面救援。目前家屬正就賠償問題與院方僵持，警方已介入調查。
