網誌版: http://www.dtmsimon.com/2013/07/huangreichen.html 消費日期:2013/07 洪瑞珍餅店 台中市中區中山路125-2號 04-22268127 這天到舊市區辦事，辦完時候看看時間剛好是麵包店下午出 爐的時候，所以就騎著車來到附近的洪瑞珍餅店。 說起洪瑞珍應該很多人會覺得比較陌生，但如果講到三明治， 我想很多人應該就會有印象囉。 因去到得早，所以很"輕易"的就搜刮了這些戰利品載回家。 因為一口起把所有口味都一網打盡，十個以上店家就會幫顧客 將三明治用紙盒裝起來，送禮自用兩相宜。 每種口味在包裝上都有標明，雖然不是透明的紙質包裝，但也 讓人一目了然。過去只知道原味的三明治，沒想到現在發展出 這麼多元的口味，自己真是孤陋寡聞啊! 當天除了三明治之外，看看店裡有什麼也順便帶回家。 首先是這個之前沒看過的火腿邊，也就是店家拿來做三明治 的火腿切剩的，一包50塊錢，其實挺划算。 手工的煙燻火腿，因為是用不著的邊皮，所以這地方反而煙燻 味道特別濃郁。因為是特製火腿，所以本身味道初期的蛋，不 死鹹，而且火腿肉裡面精肉的比例相當高喔。 剛出爐的古早味菠蘿麵包，不順手帶著兩個回家很不甘心啊。 接下來就是招牌三明治出場囉，比起之前只有招牌原味一種口 味，現在多達七種以上口味真的很不一樣。首先是兩款甜的三 明治，分別是橘子口味跟草莓口味。特製的橘子及草莓果醬， 搭配起司片及招牌鮮奶油組合而成的三明治，適合吃奶蛋素的 朋友們選購喔。 接下來就是葷的三明治，其實口味雖然看起來很多，實際上 只是幾樣材料跟不同口味的吐司麵包在做排列組合罷了。 主要的材料冰箱幫大家拆解結果就是全麥吐司跟一般白吐司， 加上起司片、火腿片、蛋片還有招牌鮮奶油跟沙拉醬。 其實講這麼多，最後來是要回歸到這塊原味三明治才是最經 典。簡單的四半片麵包產生的三個夾層，外面兩層放進蛋皮 及沙拉醬，最中間那層夾入特製火腿片，捨沙拉醬以鮮奶油 取代。沒有錯，就是鮮奶油蛋糕上面那個奶油醬。因為這個 配方的使用，除了讓口感更為滑潤之外，微微的甜，也給三 明治多了一股特別的滋味。 坦白說，他們家的三明治實在是不便宜，不過就因為這特殊的 風味，我們台中很多人家裡都是一家好幾代都愛吃。也許食物 本身沒有真的好吃到可以讓人飛上天，不過那一種經過時間跟 回味淬鍊而成的古早味，我想才是讓人一直念念不忘的好味道 吧~ -- 南北貨俱樂部: FB粉絲團:http://www.facebook.com/dtmsimoncook 電冰箱的吃喝玩樂誌:http://www.dtmsimon.com 線上廚藝教室:http://cook.dtmsimon.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.40.249

【綜合報導】只要將智慧手機解鎖一次，便可有0.01美元(約台幣0.3元)入袋，真的嗎？只要先下載《Locket》這個手機app，還有，用Android系統手機。

《Locket》暫時只提供Android智慧手機使用，使用者下載後，手機鎖定時的顯示螢幕，就會開始顯示與《Locket》合作的公司廣告。使用者每次將手機解鎖，不管是否直接進入手機主頁，還是點進去廣告，都可賺進0.01美元。

當然，這個app也有自己的限制，每小時的解鎖次數上限是3次，也就是可賺進0.03美元(約台幣0.9元)，換言之，如果一年365天、每天24小時、每小時解鎖3次，一年最高可賺262.8美元(約台幣7884元)，其實也不無小補。使用者可以選擇將這些金錢捐給慈善機構、存入購物卡或自己的帳戶中，如果成功介紹其他人使用，每人每次還有1美元(約台幣30元)介紹費。

這麼好康的事情，台灣當然還沒有。這個app暫時只限美國使用者，其他國家要等一等。

【黃仲瑜、李銘宏／台北報導】台北市信義區一處高級住宅社區大樓，在昨天深夜11時許，傳出有人一氧化碳中毒案件，消防隊接獲報案立即趕往現場。
 
救護人員到達現場在警衛的引導下到達現場，進入後發現為1名年輕男子在房間內燒炭自殺，救護人員檢查男子已經無生命跡象明顯死亡，轄區警方立即在現場拉起封鎖線進行鑑識，初步排除他殺，自殺原因還有待警方調查。
