（中央社記者劉世怡台北22日電）媒體報導，洪案的黑畫面疑是監視器遭黑布遮蓋，高檢署襄閱主任檢察官郭文東今天表示，全案仍在偵辦期間，尚無具體結論。

報導指出，偵辦陸軍269旅政戰主任陳毅銘被控湮滅證據案件的桃園地檢署檢察官，昨天漏夜針對洪仲丘案的禁閉室監視器畫面進行勘驗及解讀，懷疑造成「黑畫面」應該不是監視器的訊號線遭拔或是拔掉插頭，不排除是有人故意用黑布遮蓋，不願惡整行為被錄下。

郭文東表示，昨天是依高檢署檢察長陳守煌指示，帶領高檢署電腦犯罪防治中心執行祕書、檢察官陳傳宗及桃檢檢察官等人前往軍高檢針對湮滅證據方面協調並調閱相關證物，高檢署立場為督導及協助桃園地檢署。

對於「黑畫面」疑是監視器遭黑布遮蓋，郭文東說，這部分桃檢當然會查，屬於偵查範圍必須釐清調查，基於檢察一體，桃檢若有問題，隨時可與高檢進行意見交換；若案件有重大發現或是有具體結論，桃檢也會回報，不過，目前仍在偵辦期間，尚無具體結論。

據了解，監視器主機目前仍在調查局資安鑑識實驗室，調查局日前發函給軍高檢的是解讀報告，因此，桃檢不排除將赴調查局勘驗並解讀監視器主機。

法界人士指出，如果掛黑布為真實，只是嫌犯「凌虐他人」的犯罪手法，就像是電影裡，拿個超厚電話簿壓在嫌犯胸口，再以鐵鎚重擊電話簿，這樣的犯罪手法，不符湮滅證據的構罪要件。1020722

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘的家屬今天到軍事檢察署中部辦公室觀看相關監視畫面，看完洪仲丘在天成醫院急救的一百一十分鐘畫面後，舅舅胡世和表示，前五十五分鐘只有檢查、打點滴，後來才將洪仲丘送進去插管，醫官及兩名班長都在場，「看起來軍方完全沒作為」。

洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸也說，從營區到天成醫院這段軍方救護車上沒有監視器，家屬只能看在天成醫院急診室的畫面，弟弟送進急診室時已呈昏迷狀態，除了打點滴外，沒有特別的急救動作，就家屬而言，弟弟根本是被丟在急診室，「好像沒有人在乎這條生命，任憑他在那邊昏迷，沒有人有積極作為，家屬看了蠻傷心的。」

現場媒體記者詢問：「是否會認為弟弟是被丟在急診室等死？」洪慈庸說，應由專業去評估。洪慈庸並表示，下午只看了這段畫面，晚上還會針對其他畫面繼續觀看。

【徐毓莉／台北報導】3C產品結合真人布袋戲偶行銷引發話題，有網友在網路上貼出照片，照片上是真人穿時裝版的霹靂布袋戲主角素還真，出現在台北捷運戴著頭套的素還真穿西裝，腋下夾著筆電鍵盤，手上拿著平板電腦操作，還有素還真與他的三名化身在同一輛公車上出現亮相，還有潮男素還真化身天踦爵在街頭講電話的畫面，吸引不少路人目光。網友指這幾名素還真正在代言3C產品進行廣告拍攝。
實際比對照片中的產品，極似華碩變形系列的手機與筆電，不過華碩與霹靂今天都未證實。據悉，這次廣告應該是華碩與霹靂合作的行銷，霹靂布袋戲臉書粉絲團上也有部分照片，https://www.facebook.com/#!/dapili?fref=ts。有網友留言在路上看到這樣還蠻恐怖的，也有網友讚蠻潮的。
