【綜合報導】日本最近流行一種「出賣大腿」的廣告手法，讓許多女性穿上短裙或短褲後，大腿露出的部分，可以讓廣告商進行「小廣告宣傳」，現在這種手法連歐美人也注意到。

英國《獨立電視新聞》(ITN)就前往日本，拍攝女子的大腿廣告，剛好正值電影《熊麻吉》(Ted)的宣傳活動，可以看到許多女宣傳員的腿上印上熊麻吉的廣告圖案。報導指出，目前有3千多名女性成為大腿廣告宣傳員，日薪約為新台幣2900元，須年滿18歲才能從事該職業。

此外，英國《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)今日也報導該項消息，並提到在2005年有名美國人史密斯(Karolyne Smith)出賣額頭，讓一家賭場在他的額頭上刺青賭場網址，來進行廣告宣傳，當時史密斯獲得約新台幣30萬元的報酬。

【王吟芳╱高雄報導】陳姓男子4年前帶著太太與4歲女兒參加公司旅遊，搭乘高雄客運行經屏東新埤大橋時，因司機緊急煞車致女童跌落在安全門前，陳男夫妻上前抱起女童時安全門卻突然開啟，一家三口摔出車外受傷，經陳男提告求償，高雄高分院審理後認定駕駛與公司應連帶賠償143萬餘元。
 
判決指出，劉姓司機2009年5月3日駕該車行經屏東縣新埤大橋時，因緊急剎車造成車上4歲陳姓女童摔落安全門旁的階梯上，陳男見狀忙上前抱起女童，卻失去平衡誤觸安全門開啟裝置跌出車外，陳妻為拉住丈夫也一併摔出，其中陳男有顱內出血、眼傷、嗅覺永久喪失，陳妻及女兒頭臉挫傷。
 
屏東檢方事後依業務過失重傷害起訴司機後，法院去年以無證據證明司機有何超速、蛇行或緊急煞車等過失，判劉無罪確定。但民事部分，一、二審均認定司機及客運公司有過失，判賠陳家醫藥費加上工作、勞動能力損失及慰撫金共143萬元。仍可上訴。

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨發言人林俊憲上午表示，陸軍下士洪仲丘案，經過桃園地檢署的介入調查，發現消失的影帶有人為的因素存在，形同此案有集體虐殺的可能性大增，完全與軍方之前的說法不同。民進黨也要求比照江國慶案，成立「軍司法聯合調查小組」，也要求在立法院成立「軍中人權冤案調閱委員會」，除了針對洪仲丘案之外，其他相關可能冤死的陳情案，也要進行通案性調查。

林俊憲說，「馬總統，你說你管定了！到底管了什麼？」真相不清楚、疑點沒有答案，而且軍方涉嫌一再說謊；在真相不清楚的時候，最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生，憑什麼說「這是一個人犯案？」因此質疑曹金生的角色，「你是辦案人，還是軍方辯護人？」

他也向馬總統喊話：「馬總統請你像三軍統帥的樣子好不好？請你立即給人民一個交待。」

【綜合報導】台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，今天下午到台大發表演講，演講中針對洪仲丘枉死案，抨擊國防部找替罪羔羊。
 
柯文哲說，「一開始找預官（指醫官呂孟穎），我現在很怕的，它將來是找那個戒護士當替罪羔羊」。
 
柯文哲說，「我跟你講，這是共犯結構，不是一個人，所以不應該找替罪羔羊。」
 
柯文哲說，洪仲丘送到天成醫院，「他就已經休克、深度昏迷了，我比較難過的是，一個人從正常，到深度昏迷，他中間一定有經過一個階段嘛，在過程當中，為什麼沒有人，說好好好不要再修理他了、停了停了，這個是一個集體霸凌，我最感到很難過，人性怎麼會喪失。」

【何孟奎／台北報導】國民黨下午舉行中山會報，身兼黨主席的馬英九總統在會中表示，對於洪仲丘案他非常關心，已要求行政院跟國防部盡速辦理，希望在不妨害偵查不公開的原則下，讓大家了解進度，為大眾釋疑。

與會者轉述，會中有討論民進黨要求國防部長高華柱於立法院臨時會期間報告洪仲丘案一事，多數都表贊成；但對民進黨要求成立調閱委員會，則持保留態度。據轉述，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池在會中說，根據《立法院職權行使法》第46條，調閱委員會「應於立法院會期中為之」，臨時會算不算會期中，這是很重要的問題，此外也須考量偵查不公開等問題，民進黨的提議有待商榷。
