標題[請益] 新租的房子牆壁被第四台業者弄壞?!

這個月租了新房子 因為是新大樓剛蓋好 租房子的時候 沒有附第四台 所以上星期 請第四台來裝(新視波) 通常新社區大樓 都已經在客廳牆壁上裝了第四台的接孔 我們是申請數位電視 不知道為什麼星期六的時候 師傅來裝 硬是把牆壁上第四台的接孔拔開接線路 造成接孔周圍的水泥脫落 不知道水泥脫落的部份可以跟第四台公司申訴嗎 還是要跟房東講呢 最後如果真的要自己補跟油漆 要怎麼用啊 感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.220.64

【綜合報導】西班牙北部聖地牙哥市(Santiago de Compostela)，當地時間24日晚上8點42分，一高速通勤列車，從馬德里出發前往法洛(Ferrol)途中發生脫軌事故，目前死亡人數增加到35人。

列車上估記載有238名乘客，現場目擊者表示「先是聽到一聲爆炸巨響，接著看到火車出軌。」

在現場採訪的記者表示「所有車廂都出軌，部分車廂翻覆，地上滿是覆蓋毯子的屍體。」

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】28歲的王大維今參加yes123求職網記者會，分享從電子工程師轉行賣冰淇淋的經驗。擁有交通大學電信研究所碩士學歷的他，在退伍後在外商公司擔任電子工程師，年收入100萬元，但他卻覺得工作辛苦、並不愛這份工作。原本就喜歡烹飪的他毅然決定辭職創業，自創「公爵」品牌冰淇淋販賣，僅管旺季一天要工作15小時，他認為：「既然都很辛苦，不如做自己喜歡的工作吧！」

當初想轉行賣冰，王大維的家人並不支持，認為他以碩士學歷賣冰很不值得，他只好慢慢溝通說服家人。最近博士賣雞排、碩士賣拉麵，時常被外界質疑浪費教育資源，王認為：「學歷不只是那張文憑，而是學到研究和創新的精神。」他笑說是用做IC設計的精神做冰淇淋，寫程式控管食材甜度，把做冰淇淋就像是在做實驗一樣。
 
目前他靠網路銷售，夏天1個月可賣4、5千杯冰淇淋，營業額達35萬元。他說，未來希望可以再擴大營業規模，讓更多人吃到他精心研發的12種口味冰淇淋。

【綜合報導】中國北京動物園有名遊客昨日發現，園內有一隻梅花鹿血流滿面，仔細一看，發現是鹿角慘被割走，僅剩被劃有白線、不足4公分的角。其他梅花鹿在欄內活動，而被割角的梅花鹿就瑟縮一旁。

有遊客見梅花鹿慘況，無不表示出同情之心，質疑梅花鹿為何突然被割角，直呼對動物太殘忍，令人不安，認為園方不應繼續公開展示受傷動物。
