【劉昌松／台北報導》新北市議員何淑峰的小叔張孟郎，為了避免父親死後留下的新北市新莊土地產生鉅額遺產稅，刻意用已經敲掉房舍，改種蔬菜、果樹的空照圖，向國稅局申請依《農業發展條例》，免徵農地遺產稅3195萬多元。高院審理後認定張以詐術逃漏稅，判刑1年，減為6個月，得易科罰金，案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。

至於張孟郎的哥哥，議員何淑峰的丈夫張登凱雖被以共犯起訴，但因法官調查後認為，沒有證據顯示張登凱知道弟弟用假的空照圖去逃稅，因此判決張登凱無罪定讞。

亞洲股市24日漲跌互見，MSCI亞太指數自一個月高點回檔，反映市場憂慮中國7月製造業採購經理人指數（PMI）初值下滑至11個月低點，顯示中國經濟放緩趨勢尚未觸底。

MSCI亞太指數小跌0.1%，報137.14點，扭轉盤中稍早上揚0.2%的漲勢。截至昨日，該指數已自5月20日締造的今年高點下跌4.9%，因市場擔心美國聯準會（Fed）將因經濟好轉而開始縮減購債規模，且跡象顯示中國經濟成長放緩幅度正在加深。

IG市場公司首席市場策略師衛斯頓說；「我們知道中國成長正在減緩，至於成長率是否會低於7%，我們不知道該相信誰說的話。新興市場在內的全球股市已較能冷靜面對寬鬆政策退場，不致有重大負面影響。」

日經225指數下滑0.3%，香港恆生指數上漲0.2%，上海綜證指數挫低0.5%，首爾Kospi指數和澳洲標普ASX200指數都收高0.4% 。

印度股市盤中下跌1.2%，新加坡股市挺升0.6%，馬來西亞股市小漲0.3%，泰國股市下跌0.6%，印尼股市挫低1.5%。菲股收紅，漲幅0.9%。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，資深藝人劉燕燕疑似因日前要求著名角頭李盛淵讓兩人兒子認祖歸宗不成，憤而服藥尋短，所幸另一名資深藝人郭美珠收到劉燕燕自殺簡訊，趕緊報警將其送醫。

郭美珠表示，李盛淵不願認子對劉燕燕打擊很大，且由於劉燕燕表示她兒子近日有自毀傾向，在雙重壓力下才讓她選擇絕路，向郭美珠傳送簡訊要求幫忙收屍，郭美珠原本在打牌想置之不理，後聽友人勸說才放下麻將火速由台北市松山區趕往劉燕燕中和住處，經警消協助開門後，發現劉燕燕已嘴唇發黑，趕緊將她送往雙和醫院急救。

【綜合報導】喜歡用茶包泡茶喝的人要注意了，英國調查國內量販店販售的自家品牌茶包顯示氟化物的含量嚴重超標，成人每天建議攝取量為4毫克，但這些茶包的氟化物含量，最高超標120%。
 
研究人員調查國內Tesco、Asda和Sanisbury’s量販店，它們銷售的自家品牌茶包，通常是賣場內最便宜的，不過卻也是氟化物含量最高的，平均來說一公升的茶，就含有6毫克的氟化物，適量的氟化物有助保健骨骼和牙齒，但長期攝取過量的話，將造成氟中毒，破壞牙齒琺瑯質，損傷肌肉或關節。
 
專家建議政府應規定，在茶包的營養成份表上，也應註明氟化物含量，以便消費者安心飲用。

政大地政系教授徐世榮因抗議苗栗大埔案而遭移送法辦，徐世榮今天下午到立法院舉行記者會，呼籲政府高層尊重基層警察，不要動用國安單位的力量影響警察執法。他也希望政府針對台灣農村陣線提出的「道歉賠償、地歸原主、徹查弊案、立即修法」4點訴求，能在8月18日前給予正面回應。

20位刑事法教授聯合發出公開聲明聲援徐世榮。中原財經法律系副教授徐偉群宣讀聲明指出，國安局指揮員警逮捕民眾，已違反特種勤務條例規定；警察逮捕和平抗議民眾，也濫用刑事訴訟法的強制處分，要求檢調機關立即偵查起訴濫行逮捕民眾的國安人員及警員。

【綜合報導】一名菲律賓鎮暴警察疑因心力交瘁，在街頭值勤時突然崩潰痛哭，連原本朝警方嗆聲示威群眾看了都不忍心，上前擁抱安慰，照片在網路傳開，這名「哭泣警」暴紅。
 
菲律賓總統小艾奎諾周一下午在眾議院發表國情咨文，為防止民眾滋事，警方2天前展開監控並設置路障，果然在他演說數小時前，大批示威者與鎮暴警察對峙，棍棒石塊齊飛，警民共約60多人掛彩。
 
混亂中同情群眾的外籍人士，以激烈口吻質問警官塞維亞（Joselito Sevilla）為何阻擋民眾，氣不過的塞維亞告訴對方，「我是警察，職責是維持治安」，話沒說完居然崩潰大哭。
 
這名老外繼續朝塞維亞吼叫，後者越哭越傷心，原本與警察對立的群眾動了惻隱之心，頻頻安慰他，成為激情抗爭中的溫馨插曲，一名記者拍下照片，「哭泣警」（cryingcop）在網路迅速傳開。
 
塞維亞解釋為何痛哭，他說，「我們已被派在這裏2天，又餓又累、心力交瘁，還被民眾仇視」，滿腹委屈。菲律賓警方發表聲明，稱塞維亞請休15天。他和
妻子羅坦出城散心。
