【綜合報導】西班牙北部火車出軌事故，警方已將死亡數字由原先的80人，下修至78人，並以涉嫌魯莽駕駛罪名，正式拘查火車司機加爾松(Francisco Jose Garzon)。

警方表示，加爾松目前仍在醫院接受治療，無法取得口供，但並未透露他的傷勢詳情。警方已取得肇事火車的行車紀錄器，聽到加爾松大喊「出軌了，我該怎麼辦」，紀錄器內容相信有助調查事故真相。

52歲的加爾松有超速前科，當地媒體揭發他去年3月曾在自己的《臉書》(facebook)上傳超速照片，儀表板顯示時速達高達200公里，還寫道「衝過警察的頭讓他們的警槍吃灰塵，好爽﹗」。

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】中埔分局依據線報，在嘉義市文化路一處廢棄倉庫查獲1257.5公克K他命、神仙水1300瓶、咖啡包及搖頭丸等毒品以及空瓶、封口 夾罐器、磅秤、分裝袋等，將陳姓男子（47歲）帶回偵訊，警方懷疑陳男涉嫌利用廢棄工廠分裝毒品販賣，陳男承認非法持有否認販賣。警方隨後又查獲欲買毒品 的侯姓男子（24歲），偵訊後於昨天將兩人依違反《毒品危害防制條例》移送法辦。
 
 警方表示，一舉查獲1300瓶神仙水，是近來破獲最多的一次，暑假期間不肖者意圖帶進夜店等場所，賣給心懷不軌的人士，呼籲青少年男女不要喝來歷不明的飲品，以免身體財產遭受威脅。
