標題[請問] 一個記憶卡跟硬碟的問題

【石秀華、林聰騰／高雄報導】高市西子灣海域下午二時許傳出有民眾溺水，海巡署及警消接獲通報前往救援，發現1名老婦人漂浮海面上，救生人員跳下海，將溺水老婦人救起，施以CPR急救並送醫，急救後一度恢復心跳，但最後仍宣告不治！

 警方在老婦人身上找到證件，發現老婦人姓吳、高齡90歲，正調查落海原因。

【綜合報導】法國旅遊城市貝爾福(Belfort)發生罕見的野貓襲人事件，一名女子蹓狗時遭到6隻野貓襲擊，她跌倒在地被亂咬亂抓，甚至咬穿動脈。警方呼籲旅客要小心，不要接觸或餵養流浪貓。

31歲受害人的媽媽，事後描述這起發生於周日(21日)的攻擊事件，指女兒被野貓集體攻擊，「牠們先撲到她身上，想要將她推倒，又咬她手腳，連動脈都被撕裂」。女兒送院治療，注射了狂犬病等多支防疫針。女兒的狗也被送到獸醫處治療。

警方形容這次襲擊事件「十分不尋常」，引起高度關注。專家表示，野貓情緒失控，可能是因為近日熱浪高溫，令牠們變得比平時暴躁。警方呼籲旅客不要隨意接觸和餵飼野貓。

【綜合報導】拉脫維亞的卡茲旦加鎮26日發生一起手榴彈爆炸事件，至少4人受傷。拉脫維亞軍方立即派出一支拆彈處理小組，初步確認發生爆炸的是一枚的二戰時期的德國手榴彈。

這起爆炸案發生在一處房屋拆除工地，4名建築工人當時正在工作，其中一人發現一枚手榴彈，但他不以為意並隨手丟棄，不料發生爆炸。械彈處理小組將繼續對該地區進行檢查，看是否還存在其他未引爆的爆炸物。

狂犬病議題延燒，彰化縣員東醫院1天內就有2起被貓狗咬到的民眾緊張掛急診，頻詢問需不需要打疫苗；各遊樂區紛祭出禁止寵物入園規定，往日對動物很友善的九族文化村，宣布即日起謝絕遊客帶寵物入園，7月起為寵物開設的「狗狗冰淇淋車」昨起暫時停業。

員東副院長吳肇鑫表示，要防範狂犬病，民眾及家中寵物都要避免被野生動物抓傷或咬傷。若被咬傷，處理傷口不能掉以輕心，若傷口特別大，醫護人員會以紗布塞住傷口，不讓傷口馬上癒合，需塗藥觀察幾天，讓紗布吸附細菌，確定傷口沒有化膿才會讓傷口自然癒合或縫合。

他說，狂犬病初期症狀有發熱、頭痛或咬傷部位異樣感，數天後出現異常亢奮或恐懼現象，然後吞嚥困難、咽喉部痙攣，患者常因呼吸麻痺而死亡，病毒潛伏期約1到3月，一旦發病致死率接近百分百。但飼養貓犬有狂犬病機率極低，民眾不必過度恐慌。

九族決定昨天起謝絕遊客帶寵物入園，禁止範圍包括日月潭纜車，冰淇淋車只能跟著歇業。南投縣清境農場禁止寵物入園，在青青草原入口處設了40多個狗籠供遊客置放寵物。
