【綜合報導】桃園地檢署昨到陸軍269旅禁閉室履勘，查扣相關監視器設備和文書簿冊資料，同時檢方也勘驗禁閉室旁會客室的監視器角度和線路，並首度找來楊梅警分局鑑識人員拍照、勘查，以追查洪仲丘被虐昏迷，急救送醫過程，釐清是誰涉嫌過失致死及湮滅證據。而法醫石台平昨天更明白指出，洪仲丘死因「他為」就是他殺，並非意外，有第三者介入致洪仲丘死亡。

負責洪仲丘解剖鑑定的法醫石台平，昨接受《蘋果》採訪時表示，「他為」就是「他殺」（homicide），他當初選擇用「他為」這個柔軟的字眼，是為了避免刺激家屬，思考多日後才採用「他為」，石台平並強調，「他為」就是有第三者介入，得為洪仲丘的死負責。

【王玉樹／台北報導】大學指考成績公佈，選填志願在即。1111人力銀行今天發佈「上班族回顧選填志願調查」，在網路訪問1086位大學以上學歷上班族後，發現當初上班族填志願有 6成以「選系」為主、4成「選校」，調查顯示當初選系的人現在年收入平均高出選校者2成8，且選填後後悔的比例4成7也比選校者略低5個百分點。

選填志願後主要後悔的原因在於「系所職涯出路不佳」，受訪者坦言，當初選填志願時，6成主要考量「個人興趣嗜好」、其次為「分數落點」、「系所未來職涯發展」。但現在高達6成7上班族表示如果重新選擇會以「系所未來職涯發展」為首選、「個人興趣嗜好」落到第2名。

1111人力銀行分析，大學志願「選系為主」學子，多數對未來職涯有較明確的方向，因此後悔比例較低，年收入也相對較高。

【綜合報導】澳洲雪梨西部一間中學，2001年因校園遭到嚴重污染而關閉，事隔13年，當年在該學校的師生紛紛患上各種癌症，多人身亡。死者家屬和病患共70人近日提出訴訟，要求當局嚴查。

這所被控有問題的卡姆登高中在1995年，首次發現校內土地受污染，師生們經常聞到濃烈的化學品氣味，經調查後發現土壤含有大量化學物，包括揮發油、俗稱山埃的氰化物、致癌物「苯並芘」（Benzopyrene）和多環芳烴（PAH）等。其後再作檢驗，污染物濃度下降，當局認為問題已受控制，但2001年發現情況失控才緊急關閉校園，將學校遷走。

1985年入學的女學生表示，校園在1911年時是煤氣工廠，這名女士現被診斷出患甲狀腺癌，由於家族沒有癌病史，故她相信是當年在校內吸入太多污染物所致。

人類的『返祖』現象時有聽說，具體表現為會長出小尾巴或者毛發生長旺盛，如今印度真出了一位『返祖』男童。據英國《太陽報》7月23日報導，印度12歲男孩巴臘吉後脊椎長出了一條小尾巴，當地人將巴臘吉奉若神靈，紛紛前來朝拜。然而，醫生卻認為長出尾巴只是脊椎非正常發育所致，並非神靈轉世。

據人民網報導，巴臘吉的追隨者們深信他是印度教中神猴哈奴曼(Hanuman)的轉世化身，因而蜂擁前往阿什得·阿里·肯寺( Arshid Ali Khan's temple)朝拜，並留下糖果或錢財以祈求巴臘吉賜福於他們。然而醫生對此卻另有看法。醫生認為，男孩長出尾巴是腦脊髓膜突出的一種表現，是脊椎的非正常發育引起的脊椎分裂所致。

巴臘吉目前與祖父母住在常迪加爾(Chandigarh)。關於自己的尾巴，他說道，『我愛自己的尾巴，它是神靈賜予我的禮物。因為它，人們對我頂禮膜拜，我覺得自己與眾不同。』然而醫生表示，如果不切除這條尾巴，巴臘吉四肢的扭曲程度將會進一步惡化。
