【李卉婷／屏東報導】日前遭恆春居民檢舉的「墾丁彩虹熱氣球音樂季演唱會」，因用地屬農地，且國家級溼地500公尺內應實施環境影響評估細項，經恆春鎮公所查報、縣府不准營業並要求恢復原狀、環保團體抨擊下，今日竟還架設宣傳音樂季活動的造型拱門，業者執意態度令人難以想像，活動場地仍持續整地中。

  業者今日仍不願多做回應，屏東縣政府農業處長姚志旺表示，將再請恆春鎮公所查報實際情況，一定積極處裡。

【林世雄／台中報導】針對軍方表達要協助家屬辦理洪仲丘的後事，還傳要加蓋國旗、追封中士一事，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今天說，目前家屬還沒有得到比較明確、正面的回覆，報告也沒有出來，家屬還不確定會不會讓軍方來參與弟弟的告別式，如果在八月四日期限之前，還是跟現在一樣的話，我們有禮儀公司可以幫忙，家屬會婉拒軍方的幫忙。

標題[問題] 智慧型手機的新手選擇

小弟最近有打算想要換智慧型手機 因為一些因素主要還是鎖定在SONY 經過幾日看下來 目前是打算SONY TX和L中選擇一枝 然後用中華續約大省 只是後來上網爬文 卻發現L的攝影有災情 而且似乎到目前還沒有解？ 而TX好像待機又太短@@ 變成現在好像本來的選項又要刪掉重新再找 想請叫一下版上的前輩 小弟預估的使用情況 應該還是把它當電話 可能偶爾會上個Line和FB或GOOGLE MAP(送貨有時候找不到路會用) 雖然也很常拍照 但是不太要求像機要多高檔 大約至少500都還能接受 可能會比較常用手機是聽音樂 比較龜毛的是希望電池是可以拆換的 待機時間期望可以至少兩天 預算是希望用大省續約後 單機價格五千左右(正負1000) 老時說看過HTC 但是姑且不論外型 主要還是找不到我想要的平衡 現在看著看著 又想說乾脆不要換好了@@ 但是骨子裡卻又有一點想換(個人覺得應該只是想要趕流行...) 懇請板上的前輩給些建議！ -- I'm no hero. 標題[問題] 筆電硬碟外接

前幾天用了兩年的筆電硬碟突然陣亡 維修的先生建議我買外接盒把舊硬碟當作隨身碟，但也許哪天突然壞了也不一定 平常沒有用到大容量隨身碟習慣，又不知哪時硬碟會壞掉，買外接盒感覺有點浪費錢 只是想把舊硬碟裡面資料存到筆電上 上網查詢，有看到直接購買外接線(感覺買條線應該比買盒便宜...) 不過跑了燦坤一趟，店內人員說只有使用外接盒，沒有單使用外接線這種方法 想請問是否除了購買外接盒以外別無他法呢?另外有需要注意些什麼地方? 不好意思，對電腦真的不是很懂，每次發生問題都好想喊救命 跑一趟賣電腦周邊產品的地方也需要鼓起勇氣，想問清楚再一鼓作氣完成 囧 目前只知道舊硬碟是SATA... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.204.163

【李光濱／花蓮報導】女山友在花蓮砂婆礑山發現人體骨骸、頭顱，警方採證後，發現死者頭顱有五乘五公分傷痕，身上還留有一串佛珠及玉珮，穿著藍色上衣，衣褲、鞋子皆已不見，屍骨算相當完整。

花蓮慈濟醫院神經外科手術醫生陳新源表示，頭顱的白鐵絲應是動腦部手術時裝的，從傷口密合的良好程度研判，死者年紀應算年輕，且該手術應在死亡數年前就已完成。

【羅國甫／台北報導】政大教授徐世榮日前抗議大埔拆遷案遭逮，警大教授葉毓蘭昨在臉書PO文，宣稱警方移送徐教授是「他自己要求的」，葉教授的PO文發引大埔案支持者的反彈，葉毓蘭今上午在她的臉書再發出一篇聲明，她表示所有的資訊都是在警察在總統府會議上所說的，她認為徐老師並不是故意陷害警察，葉毓蘭表示，許多參與社會運動的知識份子有他的崇高理想，也許在實踐崇高理想時需要用一些技巧。
 
葉教授指出，她是警察的老師，在街頭執勤的員警就像她的孩子，在臉書上發文的心情就像洪媽媽為仲丘伸冤一樣，她的PO文無意指責徐老師，只是希望大家多體諒警察的辛苦面。

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄市一名常上網咖的陳姓男子（24歲），某日從小港區的網咖店出來時，看到安全帽和機車坐墊被正被附近的狗狗咬壞，趨前趕狗氣炸。今年2月26日凌晨，陳男又到該網咖，碰巧看到這隻狗被拴在柱子邊，竟報復拿木棍敲昏頭，再將牠懸吊半空中，虐待小狗致死。檢方偵查後依違反《動物保護法》起訴陳男。

起訴指出，當時陳男看到咬壞他坐墊的狗被拴在柱子上，突生報復之心，趁夜深無人將狗帶走，先拿木棒敲小狗的頭，再用狗狗頸部的鐵鍊綑綁牠的前腳和腹部，並將牠懸吊在半空中，將狗狗凌虐致死走人。

隔天一早狗主人起床見到愛犬死狀，報警調閱監視錄影器，陳男惡形惡狀全被錄下，亦拍到他的車號，警方循線逮到陳男送辦。
