【湯寶隆／高雄報導】鄭姓男子（27歲）昨晚與大他一歲的兄長，為照顧重病父親事宜起口角，男子拿菜刀將哥哥砍得渾身是血，哥哥跑到街頭，被路人送醫，男子自己左耳也受傷，拿著菜刀到警所自首，兩人包紮後都無大礙，警方依殺人未遂罪嫌送辦。
 
鄭男兄長左手臂及頸部劃傷，鄭男自首時原說因爭執砍傷哥哥，事後改口說是自殘時，哥哥搶刀才不小心劃傷，被砍的哥哥不忍心弟弟被法辦，也說是為了搶刀，不小心被誤傷，警方雖同情，但請示檢方後，仍依殺人未遂罪嫌將鄭男送辦。

【林海全╱台中報導】為釐清洪仲丘死因，洪仲丘舅舅胡世和、姊姊洪慈庸昨天在律師陪同下，上午九時許進入269旅禁閉室進行現場重建模擬至傍晚五時許結束，晚間七時返回到家，兩人看起來略顯疲態，針對模擬情形，家屬認為對案情沒有幫助，「好像照著故事演戲讓檢察官筆錄。」

洪慈庸無奈的說， 上次抱著滿心期待去看監視器畫面，希望釐清案情，找出任何對仲丘有幫助的證據，但卻沒看到什麼東西，因此，這次北上模擬重建禁閉室，只帶著「配合的角度」前往，沒有預期會得到什麼更突破答案。

洪慈庸指出，之前有參與禁閉生、戒護士製作筆錄，知道當時他們的說法，因此，昨天的模擬，花了很多時間，果真沒有得到想要的東西，「我相信模擬的和當時的筆錄出入不大，因為可能不是一個真實的真相。」

針對模擬禁閉室過程，胡世和認為有許多疑點，他說，包括班長、醫官、禁閉生每個證人，大家都講對他們自己有利的部份，但每個人講得都很混亂、很片段，而且都不一樣，對家屬來講根本沒有還原。

胡世和質疑，仲丘倒地到送出營區，過程是41分鐘，但每個人講的話，時間點卻兜不起來，「我們覺得模擬有點虛構，因為每個禁閉生講話都很惶恐，軍檢球員兼裁判，似乎還引導他們說話，這部份我有提出抗議，過程好像一套故事，給檢察官做筆錄。」
