【劉曉霞／台北報導】中油承德路地上權案今日上午 舉行招商說明會，不少建商、壽險、旅館業者都到場了解。承德路地上權案位在承德路三段、近民族西路口，土地面積約378坪，權利金底價約2.76億元。

負責招商的高力國際估價及諮詢服務部協理林雅悅透露，包括南山人壽、國泰人壽、台灣人壽等壽險業者都到場，部分三星旅館業者也到場。

由於中油承德路地上權案在承德路三段，交通非常便捷，近花博公園、兒童育樂中心、中山足球場等大型開放空間，將可開發為旅館、商場、辦公室、健診中心、坐月子中心等，業者分析，相當適合團客居住，旅館業者興趣相對比較高。

【經濟日報記者邱展光／25日電】美國南路易斯安那甲醇(SLM)計畫投資13億美元，在路易斯安那州的聖詹姆斯教區新建一套北美地區最大的甲醇生產廠。 該廠將於2013年底開工，2016年完工投產，能將456.4萬立方公尺的天然氣轉化為日產5,000公噸甲醇。台灣甲醇生產廠商是中油、李長榮化工，兩家公共同投資中東卡達甲醇暨甲基第三丁基醚（MTBE）公司。

【綜合報導】彰化芳苑國中二年級男學生林立庭，家境不富裕、穿的運動服還有破洞。他前天上學途中撿到10萬元現金，拾金不昧送至警局，讓掉錢的失主破涕為笑，林立庭當時未向失主收取任何報酬。

林立庭昨天到學校時不斷受到師長及同學稱許，他說，「不是我的東西，不能佔為己有。」失主昨天仍包紅包給他當作獎學金，以獎勵他的誠實義行。

標題[閒聊] 早上的高雄晨光

這幾天每天都很早起，五點就醒， 夏天的五點，天早亮了， 想說就出門閒晃， 去百年鐵道看看光線的變化， 發現大家都超早就起床運動的， 花海上一整排都是蜜蜂，跟下午的數量差好多， 單車道也很多人， 一點都不像是清晨五點多的樣子， (我也不知道清晨五點應該是什麼樣子...) 到了西子灣那邊還有一群老人們一大清早海泳當成運動， 開了眼界，渡船頭的釣客數量比下午還多人， 以前早起都在家裡上網，現在覺得出門閒晃更有意思， 早上的高雄光線很漂亮，比起夕陽海景不惶多讓， 把這兩三天拍了一些照片整理了一下， 讓比較少早起的朋友也感受一下高雄晨之美。 http://ds1441.pixnet.net/blog/post/32505811 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.19.206

【吳國仲／新北報導】昨天晚間9時許，傳出一名男子從華江橋躍下自殺，警消獲報趕緊從華江碼頭下艇搜救，家屬在一旁等候焦急不已，雙手合十祈禱趕快找到人。
 
警消搜救行動一直持續到今天凌晨0時許，但尚未找到跳水的曾姓男子(40多歲)，針對自殺原因，家屬都低調不願多談，打撈行動預計今天早上8時繼續進行。

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案偵結起訴，呂姓醫官是否涉及業務過失，軍檢表示將送專業單位鑑定。台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲認為，醫學系學生畢業後1個月當兵，就要擔任醫官，實力跟實習醫師差不多，「能期望他怎麼樣？」

台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版蘋中信發表《被謊言淹沒的國家》一文中指出，洪案從禁閉的申請到醫療後送系統建立，問題重重。就算洪仲丘「中暑」，急送民間醫院與軍醫院，但「哪家醫院有處理中暑的能力」。

柯文哲認為，「面對」是解決問題的第一步。誠實面對問題，進而改進，這是一個正常國家該做的方法。可是，政府卻是矯情的讓國防部長下台，但「真相還不知在哪？」，洪案只忙著找替罪羔羊，不然就是一直說謊、掩飾、拖延，最後馬總統還出來保證「管定了」，但「馬英九的保證很早以前就沒有信用了」。

柯文哲表示，洪仲丘案讓他發現「我們國家都被謊話淹沒了」。一下影帶畫面消失，一下洪仲丘的大兵日記不見，為什麼？因為在這個國家說實話，不會被原諒，甚至大家會把所有的責任倒給你，所以大家只好說謊話。

洪案最大後遺症是這個社會從此更沒人要說實話，如果洪仲丘是因為離營座談放砲而被惡整到死亡，以後所有的父母對於要去當兵的子弟一定會一再吩咐，去當兵就是裝傻裝笨。所以到目前為止，我還沒看到這個案子對台灣社會有任何正面意義。
