【陳偉周／基隆報導】臉書PO文罵同事「賤種狗」遭起訴！基隆市35歲謝姓男子今年5月19日上班時，接到客訴電話批頭痛罵，謝男被罵的一頭霧水，一問之下才發現，原來是1名男性陳姓同事銷售冰箱給客戶，未依約完成裝修作業，所以客戶才氣得打來抱怨，害謝男成了冤大頭。

謝男被客戶罵後越想越不爽，當天晚上在臉書上PO文發洩，直接指名道姓罵陳男是「賤種狗、狗雜種」。隔天晚上10時許，陳男看見文章認為受辱報警提告。

檢方前天偵結，認為謝男指名道姓，臉書又屬公開平台，依妨礙名譽罪對謝男聲請簡易判決，仍可上訴。

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院臨時會今排定處理核四公投案，朝野依舊處於對峙態勢中，民進黨團目前正齊聚議場內主席台前開會，國民黨則由政策會執行長林鴻池召集在台下開會，雙邊各自推演下一波動作。

稍早，國民黨秘書長曾永權也到立院，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池表示：「曾永權只是禮貌性拜會，了解議場狀況。」林說，國民黨不排除舉行第三次臨時會，力拼8月底讓核四公投案送出立法院。　　

林鴻池說，核四公投已是糾纏20多年的議題，不能總是內耗，一定要處理；而且現在討論是將核四是否續建交由人民決定，並不是公投「核安」，不懂民進黨為何要阻擋？林強調，國民黨絕對會堅守「沒有核安，沒有核四」的立場。

洪仲丘案在押四人今晨都交保，洪母胡素真今早痛批，事情發生近一個月，從一開始心痛，到現在對軍方、軍檢已經失望透頂，在這一段時間，我一直選擇用非常理性、和平方式來面對，希望軍方能主動交代真相，但是卻沒有。

洪母不斷哭泣，她說，好好的孩子交到軍中，卻是這樣回來的，「把他們四個放回去，是不是準備讓他們回去串供」、「他們說那不是重罪，難道我的小孩就該死。」

洪母痛哭，以前我的心是滿滿的，兩個孩子都那麼孝順、乖巧，讓我有了奮鬥的目標，但現在我整個心是空掉的，不知道奮鬥目標在哪？一個孩子沒了，另一個孩子為了追真相，每天吃也吃不好、睡也睡不著，我的弟弟為了幫外甥討公道，生活也受到影響，公司也被騷擾。

【黃仲瑜／台北報導】今天清晨4時許，台北市消防局接獲一件救護，救護人員到場發現是一名約一個月大的男嬰，在現場檢查男嬰無生命跡象，救護人員立即給予CPR急救並立即送往醫院救治，截至目前為止，警方表示嬰兒還在醫院急救，至於小嬰兒為何窒息，警方已經介入調查。

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市男子呂哲明今年6月與未成年黃姓女友涉共同對黃家縱火，造成黃父嗆傷住院插管，呂男與黃女投案後，黃父4名同事與黃女叔叔在警局踹打呂男洩憤，均被依妨害公務送辦。新北地檢署認定5人並未故意攻擊警員，以嫌疑不足為由將5人均不起訴。

呂男與黃女犯案後逃往嘉義，第3天投案一起被押解北上。黃女叔叔等5人守在警局，見呂男下車就衝上前踹打，警員奮力阻擋架開，隨即逮捕5人送辦。

黃女叔叔等5人都認錯，經檢方訊後各交保1萬元。但檢方查明5人踹踢目標都是呂男，沒對警員動粗或嗆聲，警員也沒受傷。呂男在警詢表示不追究黃女叔叔等5人涉傷害責任。
