【石明啟／桃園報導】范佐憲庭訊時供稱，6月24日得知洪攜帶照相手機，副連長劉延俊要他召開士評會，當天許多士官幹部休假，因此改隔天召開。

開會時人事室已準備懲處相關資料，會中有人提議禁足處份，但他說士官只有罰勤，沒有禁足，他還說會前有問機部營士官長李誠偉，得知攜帶照相手機可處罰禁閉7天，有這樣案例，范否認主導洪關禁閉7天處份。

【綜合報導】從美國知名影集《慾望城市》(Sex and the City)全球走紅以來，醫學界就發現，女性因為陰蝨而求診的案例明顯減少，有人說這是因為影集中的女主角們對於比基尼除毛(Bikini Wax)的風潮「都推了一把」。

事實上，比基尼除毛因為將女性私處的毛髮幾乎全部清掉，讓陰蝨無所遁形，沒地方可窩藏，幾年流行下來真的讓許多地區衛生單位接獲的「陰蝨案例」通報趨近於零，十分有貢獻，但也衍生出一些以前很少發生的問題，甚至出現會讓女性致命的感染。

根據統計，進行過比基尼除毛的女性中，有愈來愈多人遭遇持續性的疼痛，甚至可能致命的感染，畢竟女性私密部位的皮膚大多細緻，經過「蜜蠟除毛」的粗魯手法處理，容易發炎敏感，上個月在美國才有一名女子，因為進行比基尼除毛，陰部竟然因為皮膚細菌入侵，併發蜂窩性組織炎，高燒40度15天不退，險些喪命，醫院使用了極高量的抗生素與止痛藥，才救回一命。醫師表示，當時她的蜂窩性組織炎在無法控制時，一度還曾認真考慮要截肢保命。

也因為愛美的女性愈來愈多，進行比基尼除毛的診所也愈來愈多，甚至開始有削價競爭、良莠不齊的各式醫美中心都主推這項業務，隨之出現的就是「術後感染」的情況也急遽增加。加州大學的研究者就發現，許多女性在做完比基尼除毛後，紛紛改到大醫院求診，因為發現自己的外生殖器受傷、過度擔心而求診。

五四二旅副旅長何江忠今晚在軍院羈押庭，坦承有行政疏失，但對於為何堅持將洪仲丘送入悔過室，他強調是連長徐信正主動要求，並指稱徐信正告訴檢方他說「洪仲丘是囂張跋扈之人」，「是徐信正講的，不是我講的」。

至於徐信正曾稱，何江忠要求「如果不關他（洪），我就關你」，純屬玩笑話。

何江忠說，自始都是徐信正要關洪仲丘，他與徐信正、士官長陳以人沒有私交，「他們私交比較好，應是私交好的人串證可能性高」。

他說「他們拿我當墊腳石」，語畢又問審判長「這句可以拿掉嗎？」

陳偉殷表示，以前就很喜歡魏導的電影，可以從他的電影中感受到「努力不一定成功，但不努力就一定不會成功」的道理，這跟棒球的道理也很類似。

【綜合報導】桃檢偵辦陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，今天公布洪死亡的7月3日當天操練影片，當天由戒護士陳毅勳負責上午操練、李念祖負責下午，畫面中只見洪仲丘已經被操到體力不支，李念祖還用腳踩住洪仲丘受傷腳踝，逼他把50下仰臥起坐做完，接著還要他們做伏地挺身。

當天上午陳毅勳將洪仲丘操到體力不支，還不給水喝。下午在禁閉室烈日下，洪仲丘遭李念祖繼續操練，洪仲丘動作緩慢明顯已經非常不舒服，操練完後洪仲丘開始喘氣，走到寢室後就身體不適摔倒，送醫後不治。
