【綜合報導】英國推特(Twitter)之前出現有網友寄恐嚇和性威脅留言給女性網友，包括有2名女記者受害，目前警方也已經逮捕2名涉嫌寄恐嚇文的嫌犯。對此，英國推特總經理王湯尼(Tony Wang)公開道歉，並發表新規定來防堵網路暴力。

這個新規定包括推特會在頁面上設立一組按鈕，來讓網友直接匯報辱罵行徑，而不必透過客服中心投訴謾罵或網路暴力行為。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】今年36歲蔡孟時有四個從2歲半到7歲的兒子，秉持孩子健康的理念，都是採用親餵哺母乳的方式養大孩子，甚至生完老二母奶量還可以供應台中市母乳庫，總計捐出6250cc的母乳給其他母乳量不足的寶寶使用，她說四個孩子成長過程中都曾感染腸病毒最嚴重的71型病毒，老三甚至出現重症的抽搐現象，但都因長期喝母奶抵抗力大，四個都從重症全身而退，鼓勵其他媽媽餵哺母乳，孩子健康，自己才放心。

台北一名王姓女子日前因車禍造成手部骨折，手術後又因骨頭移位，由醫師置入骨板，數月後竟發現骨板斷裂，便向國泰醫院求償100萬元，2日高審認為此為國泰醫院疏失，判其賠償王女31萬多元。

王女於民國96年1月初發生車禍造成手部骨折，至國泰醫院進行手術，術後不久又發現其骨頭移位，便重回國泰醫院打入骨板固定。據《中央社》報導，數月後王女任職於水餃店期間，又發現自己手部打入的骨板斷裂，發現右手歪、腫、無力等現象，向國泰醫院求償100萬元，當作工作損失。

而國泰醫院認為王女過度使用右手，才造成骨板斷裂，強調骨板為審核許可的進口器材，應無瑕疵，法院一審也認為國泰醫院無過失責任，判王女敗訴。

而今日高審表示，國泰醫院未證明王女術後有過早負重活動、再次受傷等事實，加上衛生署並未查驗過每個骨板的品質及安全，判國泰醫院應賠王女31多萬元，國泰醫院表示，尊重司法。
