行政院長江宜樺針對凱道白衫軍所提訴求，3日晚在與行政院專案小組討論後，做出4項決定與回應。江揆同意在行政院成立軍事冤案申訴委員會，除主動過濾有疑義的冤案，也接受社會各界歷年冤案的申訴，只要符合再審、或非常上訴的要件，就會展開法律程序。

此外，江宜樺說，行政院也將全力推動軍事審判法的修法，讓承平時期的軍法，全面移由司法審判。在優先作法上，將優先處理違法的長官凌虐部屬罪、殺人或傷害致死罪、妨害性自主罪等罪，都交由普通法院處理。

江宜樺說，由於未來將進一步研議軍事審判制度的變革，事涉國家重大制度的改變，行政院將審慎為之。對於洪仲丘的往生，江宜樺表示，他已要求國防部、法務部應全力偵辦，軍檢與桃檢也已分別起訴或不起訴。

江宜樺表示，目前基於軍人陸海空軍刑法，軍人犯罪仍應由軍事法庭審理，特偵組也已表示意見，這個案不屬特偵組的範圍，因此，他已要求國防部應針對管教制度、禁閉制度全面進行檢討。

江宜樺在晚間的記者會上，公開肯定1985連盟所發起的公民運動，有超過10萬人自主參加這項活動。

日本三菱重工業公司於今天清晨4時48分，自鹿兒島縣種子島宇宙中心，成功發射搭載無人補給太空船「鸛4號」的H2B國產大型火箭4號機。

據日本媒體報導，約15分鐘後，鸛4號與火箭分離，進入預定軌道。這是自2009年1號機以來，H2B火箭連續4次成功發射。

報導說，在此之前，H2B火箭發射事業一直由日本宇宙航空研究開發機構（JAXA）負責，但為強化延攬商業衛星發射業務等，這次移交由製造商三菱重工業負責。

鸛4號預定於9日抵達高度約400公里的國際太空站（ISS），10日與國際太空站對接。

鸛4號載運約5.4噸物資，包括國際太空站上太空人的食物和衣服、4枚超小型人造衛星、供日本實驗艙「希望號」使用的冷藏和冷凍庫以及具備日語會話能力的人型機器人等。

鸛4號預定9月7日左右，搭載國際太空站上使用過廢棄物，返回地球大氣層時焚燬。

華盛頓州斯蒂文斯湖（Lake Stevens）一家咖啡廳老闆，昨天將糕餅屑掉在地毯的幼童與家長驅逐，並在臉書張貼照片嘲諷客人，結果引來網路罵聲不斷。

消費者蒲爾（Kellea Poore）接受媒體訪問時說，2日早晨帶著年齡分別為1歲與3歲的寶寶，與朋友一起到圖書館，之後又決定到圖書館對面的雨日咖啡廳（Rainy Day Cafe）吃東西。

蒲爾說，坐下來享用咖啡與糕餅才沒幾分鐘，咖啡廳老闆就走過來，指著兩個孩子掉落在地上的糕餅屑，「她說會派工作人員來清理，因為她剛剛花了50美元請人清理地毯，非常不歡迎我們弄髒，她也說下次如果我們要來光顧，不要帶小孩來。」

蒲爾表示，老闆的話讓她非常訝異，立即帶著孩子離開，但隔了數小時之後，卻在臉書發現雨日咖啡廳的臉書專頁張貼了一張由老闆上傳的照片，照片內容是桌子下方的糕餅屑，圖片說明寫著「我們要感謝帶著小孩前來，卻沒有吃得滿地都是的客人。兩位女士今天光顧本店，這是她們的小孩留下來的髒亂。」

她表示，不能認同老闆的作法，因此在個人臉書分享了這張照片。她也說，丈夫是軍人，目前派駐海外，自己平常出門不管到哪裡，都必須帶著兩個孩子隨行。

雨日咖啡廳臉書專頁引來大批批評聲浪，有網友留言「不會再上門消費」，也有網友寫著會故意帶小孩去店裡，故意吃得滿地都是糕餅屑。

雨日咖啡廳老闆麥克杜夫（Lorraine MacDuff）對媒體表示，照片已經移除，她也對在臉書發表這張照片表示道歉。

麥克杜夫強調，自己並不是討厭小孩，而是店家有權拒絕對某些顧客提供服務。
