【突發中心╱台北報導】紅豆餅堪稱台灣平民甜點，民眾常一次吃3、4個解饞，《蘋果》日前挑選晴光、同心圓、板橋楊家、泰山萬丹等4家知名紅豆餅送驗，發現同心圓每個含糖約25.33公克、泰山萬丹為22.55公克，吃2個就會超過營養師建議的每日糖分攝取量45公克，專家表示，紅豆雖營養，但紅豆餅富含糖分，食用應適量。

請問一下 因為希望我的手機也能上網 台灣大哥大的3G上網比較便宜 所以我本來想買預付卡 一個月300/通話150和上網1g的方案或是上網一個月180/1G 想說用完了就沒了，就像澳洲的方案一樣，不錯 結果去台哥大，店小弟跟我說，最近有個新的方案 他真的很煩，一直說這個好好好，一直吵吵吵，結果我就辦了這個 orz 單辦行動上網門號綁約優惠 特色是 超低月付169起/內含傳輸量+50%+綁約期短 12個月 月費169享1.5g免費傳輸 但他還跟我說，這個其實有搭月費200的方案，以秒計費。 他說有打才會收費，不然帳單只有上網的169 ==>我的疑問是，這是真的嗎? 因為我自己本身有中華的門號了，不需要這個 我門號隨便選了一個，想說我只是用網路，結果今天都有不認識的打給我 = =" 而且今天還收到簡訊，說我的行動達鈴服務已開通 我沒有申請這服務 第一次用台哥大, 請問這是送的嗎? 我記得像中華電信以前送，前三個月免費，後面不想用還要自己取消! 不然他就繼續收錢... 請問台哥大會這樣嗎? 謝謝喔............ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.78.244

美國貿易代表傅洛曼今天表示，蘋果公司（Apple）將可繼續進口和銷售若干較舊款平板電腦iPad和智慧型手機iPhone，推翻了美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）先前發布的在美禁售令。

美國國際貿易委員會於6月4日裁定，蘋果公司的若干產品侵害南韓三星電子公司（Samsung Electronics）一項專利權，並諭令蘋果停止銷售這些受歡迎裝置。傅洛曼（Michael Froman）今天否決了國際貿易委員會祭出的這項禁售令。

傳洛曼在宣布這項決定時表示：「這項決定是基於本人對各種政策考量的檢討評估，因為它們攸關對美國經濟競爭狀態以及對消費者的影響。」

ITC先前表示，蘋果侵害三星一項專利，此專利得以讓各種裝置透過3G無線技術，同步且正確無誤傳送多重服務。

iPhone銷售占蘋果公司營收將近半數，雖然蘋果未披露個別款式智慧型手機和平板電腦銷售數據，但當前版本iPhone，一向占iPhone出貨量最大部分。iPhone的年度出貨量超過1億支。

法新社發自華府的報導說，美國當局今天採取罕見行動，推翻準司法機構ITC對若干蘋果產品祭出的禁售令，此舉讓蘋果的競爭對手三星電子受到打擊。

報導又說，美國貿易代表傅洛曼於致ITC宣布反對此舉的信函中表示，他決定「不贊同」這項禁售令。

這是自1987年以來，美國政府首度否決ITC祭出的產品禁令。

ITC於6月對蘋果生產的若干產品祭出禁售令，對去年在與對手法庭爭訟中遭受重大挫敗的南韓三星電子而言，是一項勝利。

這項禁令主要涵蓋在美國市場不再熱銷產品，包括供應AT&T的iPhone 4、iPhone 3和3GS，及亦由AT&T銷售的iPad 3G、iPad 2 3G等。

【綜合報導】桃園地檢署今天公布陸軍269旅監視器黑畫面，因電力中斷致黑畫面，非人為因素，同時也比對通聯確認供詞。

桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮指出，監視器損壞時間不一，非外界稱80分鐘，經勘察1872檔案、3840小時影片，16支鏡頭中，主要損壞為1、2、9、10、13、16等監視器，共有70次影像遺失，7/1、7/3監視器的黑畫面最長有106分鐘、最短56分鐘。

【陳明旺／台北報導】為阻擋國民黨立委運用人數優勢，在今天立院臨時會院會，強勢表決通過核四公投案，民進黨立委昨天傍晚5點2分即搶進立院議場，展開徹夜守備，要讓今天院會開不成。國民黨團昨傍晚緊急會商，深夜發出動員令，通知立委今清晨4點半到立院集合。4點15分，立委張嘉郡一臉素顏趕到，隨後邱文彥、李鴻鈞、羅明才等20多名藍委陸續趕到，由總指揮官、將軍立委陳鎮湘做勤前教育，要搶回主席台。

陳鎮湘在勤前教育時將藍委分為三批，第一線「接觸」，第二線待命，第三線休息，目標是在主席台附近搶佔一席之地，但儘量不發生衝突。4點40分藍委兵分二路前進議場，進入議場後，藍委直攻主席台，而此時綠委早已議場內座椅堆起阻礙，要力守主席台。

藍委廖國棟等第一線人員在排除障礙時，陸續與綠委發生推擠衝突，姚文智、費鴻泰、陳歐珀、林鴻池等人推擠拉扯成一團，現場「你不要推我」之聲不絕於耳。綠委林淑芬痛斥藍委進議場還帶媒體來是作秀，還說演夠了，「馬英九都看到了！」推擠2分鐘後，場面恢復對峙，綠委仍保有主席台，形成對峙。現場媒體也立即被請出議場，待正式開會時才開放採訪。
