【張芳榮／台北報導】新北市1名遭通緝的張姓男子（28歲），逃亡期間遭仇家追殺，6月份張男在停車場被仇家開槍打傷，陳姓女友（22歲）為了救男友，用肉身擋住中彈男友，還1女猛打7男，強悍地用皮包打跑仇家，將男友送醫，張男對警員直誇：「我的女友很帶種！」

警方昨在陳姓女子住處搜出1把貝瑞塔改造手槍，還有些許安非他命，偵訊後依毒品、槍砲罪嫌移送陳女及張嫌。

【許麗珍／台北報導】大稻埕音樂煙火節周六下午登場，北市交通局特別闢駛135路（臺北車站－中興醫院）以及136路（捷運雙連站－大稻埕碼頭）2線煙火專車，從周六17時起，採1段票收費方式搭載民眾往返活動現場。民眾可至臺北車站東3門公車候車亭搭乘煙火專車135路，至聯合醫院中興院區站（近淡3號水門）下車，或者可至捷運雙連站2號出口側，馬偕醫院公車站位搭乘煙火專車136路至民生西路口（大稻埕碼頭）站（近淡5號水門）下車，
 
交通局表示，活動當天現場周邊交通管制，停車不易，鼓勵民眾利用大眾運輸工具前往看煙火，除了煙火專車外，民眾也可由捷運大橋頭站轉乘2、9、215、223、288、302、304重慶線、601及重慶幹線等公車至「民生西路口（大稻埕碼頭）」或「民生重慶路口」站下車。
 
此外，活動當天現場周邊道路從18時30分至23時將進行交通管制，原行經管制區內的市區公車路線也將配合改道行駛。國道客運部分，20時至21時30分忠孝橋因施放煙火配合封閉，此時段往三重方向的路線，也將配合改道臺北橋或中興橋行駛，提醒搭乘民眾注意。

【黃揚明／台北報導】洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸今上午由律師李軒毅陪同拜會立院朝野政黨。洪慈庸拜會民進黨團時說，這件事情已讓所有民眾都站出來，「相信仲丘一定也很感動，他的犧牲可以讓全民的正義站出來，我相信他現在在天上一定很開心！」

針對《軍事審判法》修法，洪慈庸呼籲，希望能盡快通過，讓在軍中服務的小朋友未來不用再擔心害怕，也不會再有更多傷心的父母、破碎的家庭產生，這是洪家和弟弟的最大心願。洪慈庸也對民進黨立委一路支持洪家表達感謝之意。

高雄市長陳菊6日於市政會議後表示，8月9日至14日將率市府代表團赴天津、深圳、廈門、福州等城市，邀請各城市參與9月份於高雄登場的2013亞太城市高峰會，盼透過直接地溝通、接觸，增進城市間相互了解，積極推廣高雄成為亞太地區的國際化都市。

高雄市今年9月即將舉辦2013亞太城市高峰會(APCS)，估計將有超過60座城市參與，為歷年來之最，市府也預計於8月9日至14日，由市長陳菊親自率團前往對岸，正式邀請中國大陸城市共襄盛舉。

今年高雄亞太城市高峰會參與城市不侷限亞太地區，更遍及五大洲，除了國內11個城市，以及高雄友好八王子市、釜山、馬列、波特蘭、西雅圖、小岩城等姊妹市外，更首次有埃及首都開羅、約旦安曼、尼泊爾加德滿都、斐濟蘇瓦等城市報名，展現全球文化多種風貌。

陳菊表示，此次赴中國大陸邀約，是城市對城市的交流，預計前往天津、深圳、廈門、福州等四個港灣城市，高雄目前正積極發展遊輪母港，因此，彼此經驗非常值得相互參照。除邀請各城市參與APCS盛會，交換治理經驗，此行也會舉辦多場高雄推介會，積極向對岸各城市介紹高雄，希望促進兩岸觀光與經貿交流。

陳菊強調，APCS的主題，就是匯集城市間的力量，大家共商當下的重要議題，超越政治與意識型態的藩籬。高雄樂見並肯定兩岸關係和平、對等地發展，及兩岸人民密切交流與互動，透過直接的溝通與接觸，增進城市間相互了解，積極推廣高雄成為亞太地區的國際化都市。
