【陳韋劭／新北報導】土城區1家電子工廠今天下午時2許發生火警，工廠內員工自行撲滅後，卻發現1名工人失蹤，搜尋後發現該名工人在汙水池內昏迷，警消趕抵現場發現工人已無生命跡象，送往醫院搶救。

文人國防部長楊念祖就任6天，閃電請辭獲准。民進黨籍立委管碧玲6日晚間表示，她幾天前接獲檢舉，但不忍揭發，希望想給第一位文人部長機會，對楊念祖請辭，她深感遺憾。

管碧玲表示，她接獲檢舉，楊念祖涉嫌抄襲中國軍事專家所翻譯的「決展時刻」中一篇中國軍事現代化文章，約三分之二的內容照抄，身為中華民國的國防部長抄襲中國軍事專家的文章，這是非常不得體的事。

她說，質詢楊念祖時沒有把抄襲一事揭露，想給楊念祖一個機會好好整頓軍紀，如今楊念祖請辭，她感到遺憾，但至少楊念祖是個知恥近乎勇的人。2013/08/06

【綜合報導】中國熱浪來襲！長江三角洲及南方多個城市周二氣溫衝破攝氏40度，各地氣象台紛紛發出橙色或紅色高溫預警。

浙江寧波余姚市氣溫最高達42.1度，成為全國最高溫城市。上海徐家匯測到40.6度，追平141年高溫紀錄。而杭州、重慶、福州等地也全部超過40度，部份地區路面溫度達70度。

高溫天氣下，不少民眾外出均撐傘或用濕毛巾包頭，福州則開放防空洞給民眾乘涼。各地出現多宗中暑事件，其中安徽合肥市一名建築工人中暑身亡。

標題[請益] 用過TT面膜請給我一點建議

我的臉是屬於T字油，混合性肌膚 今年25歲，由於臉最近很容易乾燥 而且我有一陣子沒在保養臉了，因為容易過敏又有痘痘 可是這陣子甚麼都不做痘痘過敏也變好了 因此想要惡補一下超級乾燥的臉(尤其是鼻子附近最近脫皮嚴重缺水，縱使用小屈的面膜也無法惡補) 這幾天已經上來爬文一陣子看到網友極推TT面膜 可請教一下我現在皮膚超乾燥是用那款?(因為沒法全買所以只想先買依樣來試試) 然後跟我分享一下哪一個最能惡補我現況? 【陳郁仁／台北報導】印度發生40十多年來最嚴重水患，印北今年6月中旬連日暴雨，使北部水災災情持續擴大，截至6月28日止印度官方統計約1千餘人死亡，死亡人數仍可能持續增加，且至今仍有2千餘人受困災區。共計有1,100條道路損毀，94座橋樑遭洪水沖斷，財產損失估計達500億盧比，災情相當慘重。 

外交部表示，已向印度政府表達中華民國政府慰問與關懷之意，並代表我政府捐贈5萬美元（約150萬元台幣）協助印度災後重建，希望印度災區人民早日重整家園及恢復正常生活。

 【蔡進男／基隆報導】「好噁心喔！公然露鳥！」3名年輕外籍船員，今日清晨疑酒後失控，前往基隆1家速食店欲消費，因當時速食店已休息，正在進行環境消毒，其中1人隨手拿走2個熱銷的展示公仔凱蒂貓玩偶，3人便直接走出店外。

另一店家店員，又看到其中1名外籍船員，當場脫褲露鳥，立刻報警抓人，忠二所警員到場時，3人已爛醉如泥，不願配合調查，警方將3人帶回派出所偵訊時，3人對脫序行為，感到抱歉，訊後分別依竊盜、公然猥褻罪嫌移送地檢署偵辦。

【綜合報導】一架印尼雄獅航空(Lion Air)、搭載著110名乘客的波音737客機，昨天在降落到蘇拉維西島的溝龍塔洛(Golontaro)機場時，因為駕駛沒注意到跑道上有牛隻在散步，飛機的前輪剛好輾過一頭成年的牛，牛隻當場死亡，而班機也因此失速、衝入跑道旁的草地上，幸好機上乘客全都平安。

駕駛員事後表示，在空中他以為跑道上有一群狗，結果沒想到是一群牛。

【綜合報導】一對由洛杉磯移居卡塔爾的華裔夫婦，涉嫌餓死8歲養女，被卡塔爾當局以謀殺起訴，2人還被判不准保釋，等卡塔爾法庭夏季休會完後再審理。

被告黃氏夫婦先後收養了3名非洲兒童，一家五口去年移居卡塔爾。他們8歲的養女格洛麗亞（Gloria），今月一月初被發現死亡，卡塔爾的驗屍報告指，格洛麗亞死前至少4天未曾進食。她的臀部、肋骨、脊椎部份突出，死於脫水和慢性消耗病。

黃氏夫婦稱，4年前從加納收養了格洛麗亞，但她有時數天拒絕進食，然後就暴飲暴食。她又曾深夜離家，在垃圾堆中覓食，或向陌生人討食物。兩夫婦認為她的行為，應是因為在加納的家非常貧窮，養成不良的飲食習慣，曾經試圖糾正。

協助兩夫婦的美國團體則指，卡塔爾的驗屍欠科學性，今次事件純屬種族和文化差異造成。而美方的醫生指，格洛麗亞的飲食習慣，與不少營養不良的兒童相似。
