【綜合報導】阿根廷中部城市羅賽里奧(Rosario)當地時間周二早上10點，一公寓大樓因天然氣爆炸，造成至少5死50傷。
爆炸威力之大，將大樓牆面整個炸開，從遠方就能看見濃濃白煙不斷冒出，現場一片慌亂，警消趕往現場搶救，緊急疏散鄰近居民，並關閉5條街以內的學校，消防人員費時3小時才終於將天然氣管線關閉。

小弟現役的機殼是聯酷K62 因為有在玩相機，RAW檔還滿吃硬碟空間的 等日立RMA送回來，手中會有5顆硬碟，就會暴倉了…囧 剛好11月要搬家，想趁機換一咖較輕，沒有LED風扇又安靜的機殼，硬碟至少能裝6顆 3.5 預算4~5K，目前鎖定聯力PC-9FB及聯酷PC-K9WX，不知道有沒有其他能推薦的 謝謝 -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.67.171.46

| 滬深午盤─低開震盪上揚 上證指午升0.48% 報2056點

截至上午收盤，滬指報2056.64點，漲幅0.48%；深成指報8164.59點，漲幅0.85%。
◆早盤簡述
早盤，兩市小幅低開，隨後震盪上行。開盤後，題材個股較為活躍，而昨日表現良好的權重板塊則表現平平。而受此影響，大盤也是在上行不就便展開回調，隨後一直處於震盪態勢，臨近收盤，銀行、券商強勢拉升，股指順勢翻紅上行；海關總署今天發佈今年7月份我國外貿情況，數據出來後，大盤快速向上拉升，外貿增速企穩回升由負轉正增強了投資者信心。創業板方面，早盤明顯強於主板，開盤下探後即刻拉升，進而展開震盪上行走勢，個股也因此活躍非凡，場面十分熱鬧。截至上午收盤，滬指報2056.64點，漲幅0.48%；深成指報8164.59點，漲幅0.85%。
板塊方面，電信運營領漲，蘋果概念、生物疫苗緊隨其後；此外，醫藥、稀土永磁、環境保護以及倉儲物流、元器件等漲幅居前，而船舶、互聯網、證券類等領跌。
◆重點要聞
八部委部署全國稀土「打黑」 稀土價格或飆漲
工信部、公安部、國土資源部等八部門，即將組織開展打擊稀土行業違法違規行為專項行動，該行動將圍繞打擊稀土開採、生產、流通環節違法違規行為。自6月中旬，贛州開展了2013年上半年稀土開採和經營秩序專項整治行動後，稀土價格從7月初開始飆升，7月份大宗商品價格漲跌榜中，有色金屬板塊環比上升的商品有16種，其中價格上漲5%以上的商品共10種，佔該板塊被監測商品數的33.3%；漲幅前三名的商品分別是鏑鐵合金上漲79.31%、氧化鏑上漲78.57%、鐠釹氧化物上漲25.93%。
14省市規劃上報發改委 多項政策推進功能區建設
目前已有黑龍江、河北、天津等14個省份向國家發改委上報省級層面的主體功能區建設規劃。國家層面將完善多方面相關政策，包括引導優化開發區域提升國際競爭力、促進重點開發區域加快新型工業化城鎮化進程、提高農產品(6.80,-0.01,-0.15%)主產區農產品供給能力、加強禁止開發區域監管、健全生態補償機制。
上交所啟動個股期權模擬交易
8月6日，券商收到上交所下發的 《關於啟動個股期權全真模擬交易準備工作的通知》，通知稱：上交所將正式組織開展個股期權全真模擬交易，為該項業務正式推出做好市場準備。分析人士認為，這意味著A股市場又將出現新的做空工具。
7月外貿增速企穩回升由負轉正
海關總署最新公佈的外貿數據顯示，7月我國出口總值1.15萬億元，同比增長5.1%，進口總值1.04萬億元，同比增長10.9%，貿易順差1097.7億元。

| 鬼門開 七月流火替好兄弟引路

【王中聖/金門報導】今天農曆七月一日是鬼門開的日子，民間家戶傍晚都會端出牲果祭拜「好兄弟」，離島金門民眾除了祭拜外，還有加掛「俗稱為七月流火的普渡燈」的習俗，民間傳說有「七月流火」的普渡燈，就是要替難得「出來透透氣」的好兄弟們引路。
當地文史工作者許維民說，懸掛普渡燈的由來已久，相傳是為了讓農曆七月份到陽間的「好兄弟們方便走路」而流傳下來的習俗。此外，普渡燈上書有詩經「七月流火」的字句除了代表著農曆七月入秋天氣轉涼的氣候現況，也蘊含著先人在七月點火照明一語雙關的智慧。

【綜合報導】又有巨嬰誕生！旅居西班牙的40歲英國女子馬琳(Marin)女士，昨日在當地一間醫院產下一名重達約6200公克的女嬰，是一般女嬰平均體重的2倍。
育有3子的馬琳，全程自然分娩，而這名女嬰是西班牙自然分娩下、出生的嬰兒中最重的一位。
而在上月德國東部一名女嬰潔絲琳，出生時體重達6110克，是目前德國最重的新生兒。
