圖文： http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32476329 時間：2013/7 中午到鶯歌吃飯，鶯歌有名的小吃就那幾家，大多也吃過了，便在街頭巷尾 隨意找吃的，看到這家老麵攤，便走進來吃碗古早味的湯麵。 太郎麵館比較特別的是紅燒肉絲麵，雖然店小也不甚起眼，但中午用餐時間 還是不少人來吃飯。 嘴邊肉、油豆腐＄70 嘴邊肉份量不少，肉切得大塊，稍微燙過加熱，口感軟嫩帶點彈性，滋味鮮 甜多汁，簡單又好吃的小菜，油豆腐就普通了點。 紅燒肉絲麵（小）＄35 其實紅燒肉絲麵就是切仔麵上加了幾條紅燒肉，很簡樸的一碗麵條，大骨湯 頭裡加了不少韭菜，聞著有淡淡韭菜香氣，湯頭清甜不油膩，麵條為陽春麵 ，煮得頗有彈性。主食紅燒肉倒是普通了點，其實這就是碗很傳統樸實的湯 麵，吃多了油膩重口味的日本拉麵，偶爾吃吃這般清淡古早台灣風味的切仔 麵也是不錯。 太郎麵館 地址：新北市鶯歌區中正一路142號 電話：02-26797166 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.231.6 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 San-Ying 08/09 15:29

【綜合報導】前國防部長楊念祖，因被踢爆著作剽竊而請辭下台，引發外界質疑是高華柱子弟兵的反撲。
《時報周刊》報導，楊念祖擔任學者及秘書長時期，也長期接受軍情局資助，前往大陸與黨政軍界人士進行學術訪談。當時楊念祖在大陸一舉一動，軍情局最了解，《決戰時刻》是否涉及剽竊，傳出軍情局其實早就知情。
楊念祖涉嫌「剽竊」，早在高華柱因病請假期間就有人檢舉，只是消息遭到時任國防部長高華柱壓下。直到近期高華柱因洪案下台，楊念祖順勢扶正，最清楚楊念祖的軍情局，就被質疑是這次爆料的始作俑者。現任軍情局長楊家坤，曾擔任高華柱辦公室主任，更因高華柱的拔擢高升，傳出楊家坤想替高華柱討公道，進而讓「剽竊事件」曝光。

民進黨前主席蔡英文呼籲馬總統召開國是會議，但民進黨中央並未跟進；民進黨祕書長林錫耀表示，執政黨若想化解對立、朝向朝野合作，馬總統最重要的，應該先宣布停建核四。
行政院前院長謝長廷昨天則表示，蔡英文可和馬總統見面，在會談中促成國是會議；總統府已主動邀請蔡英文，蔡沒有必要拒絕，這樣的見面很自然，「很多政黨也跟他國、跟大陸在會談，怎麼彼此不見面呢？這是很怪的。」
謝長廷說，朝野無法對話，導致很多問題無法解決，人民焦慮不安；朝野若可對話，人民才能安心。林錫耀表示，民進黨中常會去年底就已通過要求馬總統召開國是會議，今年初「一一三火大遊行」也曾提出訴求；社會已嚴重對立，政府失能、僵化，經濟停滯，民心不安，執政黨第一步就是要先展現誠意，馬總統應該拿出最大的智慧，先宣布停建核四，因為這是全民高度共識的一件事。
蘇蔡「不同調」也引發黨內討論。民進黨中執委洪智坤直言，蔡英文的呼籲很好，台灣早應該召開國是會議，若馬英九不召開，民進黨應該全面展開不合作運動，但此事由蔡英文率先提出呼籲，「最尷尬的人還是擔任黨主席的蘇貞昌」。

新交通罰則？網路所傳純屬虛構

近來網路猛傳新交通罰則，包括「罰很重，紅燈右轉罰5400元，三次馬上吊銷駕照」、「超速由1200元到2400元，調高到6000元」等，引起網友議論，市交通大隊9日在林美燕、林燕祝、黃麗招、曾培雅4名市議員查證時，表示網路所傳純屬虛構，民眾不要信以為真。
林美燕、林燕祝、黃麗招、曾培雅等議員指出，包括網路、ＬＩＮＥ等流傳，自8月20日起，交通警察準備向全國違規人徵收年終獎金，除紅燈右轉外，闖紅燈將由1800元漲到3600元，提高一倍；超速則調為6000元，每超速1公里再加罰100元；駕駛一般道未繫安全帶調為1500元；單獨留6歲以下兒童在車內罰3000元；紅燈越線也要處900元罰金等。由於調幅頗大，網友互傳和罵聲不斷。
網路傳言真的？假的？南市交通大隊長呂青霖澄清說，現行道路交通處罰條例並未做上述修正，以紅燈右轉為例，罰金為600元，闖紅燈機車罰1800元、汽車2700元；市區超速20公里以內機、汽車各罰1200、1600元，每多20公里加收200元；紅燈越線、單獨留幼童在車內罰金也維持原狀。
林美燕等議員強調，交通違規罰金只是一種手段，主要在提醒駕駛人注意交通安全，希望網路謠言到此為止，不要再繼續以訛傳訛。而網路警察也該適時發揮功能，主動介入調查了解防範。
