【專欄】我在軍中被黑的日子

我是志願役軍官，2003年下部隊在陸軍104旅，接營部作戰訓練業務，這是個惡夢的開始，旅部訓練官非常喜歡玩營部幕僚，常集合各營訓練官，有時我不懂他在講什麼，多問一句就挨來一頓罵。有次半夜交資料給他，他不收資料還訓了我一頓，叫我回營通知各連長去開會，官威非常大！後來他更變本加厲，即使重要的業務資料要交給他，他也以各種理由不收，而等他需要收資料時，卻又故意挑各種毛病，像說公文主旨的一跟二沒有對齊，兩者之間要空白幾公分等等，弄到過了繳交期限，又要我附懲處人令加檢討報告才願收，非常可惡！

我每天半夜在辦公室趕業務，睡不到3小時，但軍中業務永遠做不完，而碰到跟他相關的業務，他不是故意神隱起來，就是在業務資料裡雞蛋裡挑骨頭，他期別很老，各連連長都很怕他，我那時才少尉而已，再加上大家說我個性老實，遇到他只有被玩得更慘。後來我擺爛，才被換了情報業務，遠離被他玩的魔掌，軍中生活才好過些。

2006年，砲兵部隊下基地，當時來了一個新營輔導長，感覺人很好，常找人聊天。但日子一久，他狐狸尾巴就露出來了！有一次，我背紅色值星帶，當值星官要負責營上大小事，士官兵睡覺之後，還要規劃完明天行程後才能睡覺，某天營上幾個士官兵出公差，過了晚餐時間還沒回來，我打了好幾通電話連絡他們，都聯絡不上，因餐廳晚上還要開會，只好把飯菜給收拾乾淨，結果出公差的士官兵回來了沒飯吃。營輔導長知道了，在士官兵面前數落我的不是，還跟士官兵說：「今天晚餐吃的都算我的，錢我出！」隔天，他卻打電話給我：「陳排，昨天那些士官兵的晚餐錢可以給我嗎？」我是他下屬，當然乖乖雙手把錢奉上，真想不到《笑傲江湖》的岳不群出現在營上。

除此外，連上連長也常凹人，曾經半夜要我去故障的販賣機生出幾碗泡麵來，因為生不出來，隔天扣我假單，軍中這種人作威作福，只能說退伍才是真的，其它都是假的，尤其是那一堆有夠假的業務資料。

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案雖然真相未明，但今天父親節洪姊洪慈庸仍貼心地安排家人和洪爸最喜歡的歌手詹雅雯一起用餐過節，並到玄門法師總會參拜，洪父透露還是女兒貼心，過去洪慈庸會送父親節禮物，洪仲丘還沒收入只負責吃飯，記者當場拱洪媽獻吻，洪爸當場羞紅臉說：「我們是鄉下人啦。」

洪爸說以前的父親節洪慈庸會買衣服、手機等禮物送他，讓他很喜歡，而洪仲丘因為還沒出社會，沒有收入，所以只負責吃飯，但會跟他說「父親節快樂」。記者當場拱洪媽獻吻給洪爸，但洪爸害羞地說：「我們是鄉下人，沒有那種...沒有那種舉動啦。」

【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市新店區上午驚傳工安意外！1名從事波浪板鋪設的楊姓工人，因固定用的繩索不明原因鬆脫，導致施工攀降鐵梯倒塌，使楊男從3樓高的施工位置墜落，導致雙腿疑似骨折，所幸仍有意識，警消人員趕緊將他送往醫院急救。
 
這起意外發生在新北市新店區安康路1處板模工廠，當時楊姓師傅在屋頂進行鋪設波浪板的工作，同事去買便當請他下來休息，不料用來攀降的用的鐵梯因為固定繩索鬆脫而倒塌，使他從三樓高的位置跌落，造成雙腿有疑似骨折的現象，所幸意識仍清醒，救護人員立即將其送往新店耕莘醫院急救。

【陳建緯／台北報導】昨早北市士林區有釣客發現，河床樹上有名男子上吊自殺，但男子身上並無任何身分證件。警方採集指紋追查，終於找到男子家屬前往認屍。
 
據了解，自殺男子的唐姓男子，獨居在松山區套房內，家屬表示平日與唐男鮮少聯絡，只知道他工作不穩定收入微薄，家中也未留遺書。檢察官相驗後，將遺體交由家屬處理後事。
