上禮拜去環球購物中心 想說去米哥買個麵包吃 米哥旁有座位區 可能百貨公司位置少 有3桌都吃外食 只剩1桌空桌(4個椅子) 那桌空桌 桌上擺著3-4本書 看起來是佔位置的 想說反正麵包也不會吃太久 就先坐下了 過一陣子 一個約40幾歲的女士推著娃娃車 她老公也帶一個小孩過來 然後那位女士就開始摔他桌上的書 動作都很大 又用力的把書放在椅子上 真的是有點被他的舉動嚇傻了 正常人有必要反應那麼大嗎 而且不是只有圖書館才用書籍佔位置嗎? 真是無言了.... 不知道大家遇到這種情況 要如何反應 當下走掉感覺他會很得意阿> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.130.149.119

洪仲丘的父母，去年透過洪慈庸與洪仲丘的買票，曾經到高雄聽過翁立友的大型演唱會，這次透過台中市政府民政局長王秋冬的邀請下，讓洪爸爸近距離與喜愛的台語歌手翁立友見面。
知名歌手翁立友意外出現，也讓喜愛翁立友的洪爸爸相當驚喜，特別與翁立友合唱一首《我問天》。
翁立友的母親也陪同到洪家，並讚賞洪大姊的勇氣，翁還特別藉由機會，送給洪爸爸一張他親手簽名的專輯，並祝福洪爸爸加油。

【綜合報導】一段網上流傳的短片，片中女孩彷彿擁有特異功能，可閉嘴高唱《You Are My Sunshine》歌曲。女孩閉上嘴巴唱歌，當然消耗不少氣力，需要不時張口吸氣，但並未中斷她的唱歌雅興，每唱到高音更會睜大雙眼，表情有趣！
網友驚嘆女孩的異能，但也有人猜測女孩只裝作唱歌，真正高歌的女孩躲在鏡頭後。
無論如何，短片至今已吸引接近240萬點擊率。

| 三星電子股價遭「熊」噬，ITC專利判決補上一腳

 Yonhap News報導，三星電子(Samsung Electronics Co.)11日表示，如果美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)沒有否決美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)的最新判決，那麼它將會提出上訴。ITC 9日宣布，三星部分智慧型手機、平板侵犯蘋果(Apple Inc.)專利權，因此將不得輸入至美國販售。歐巴馬在未來60天內可基於公共政策考量否決上述判決。報導指出，三星可能會在10月出提出上訴。
彭博社報導，ITC 9日裁定三星產品侵犯蘋果兩項專利權。一週前，歐巴馬才否決ITC對蘋果的中國大陸組裝iPhone 4所下達的禁止進口命令。
英國金融時報報導，歐巴馬可基於公共政策考量否決上述判決，但如果他沒有動用否決權，蘋果將可以向美國海關主張三星新品(包括Galaxy S4、平板)持續抄襲觸控螢幕專利、要求相關單位下令禁售。
三星電子上週週線大跌4.35%、連續第2週收低；今年迄今跌幅高達19.19%。三星電子8月9日以1,230,000韓圜坐收、較今年1月2日的最高收盤價(1,576,000韓圜)下挫21.95%，符合技術分析的熊市(下跌20%或更多)定義。
蘋果9日在正常盤下跌1.42%，收454.45美元；盤後上漲0.19%至455.32美元。

| 高通新單轉三星 台積電淡定

手機晶片龍頭高通（Qualcomm）年底推出的低階智慧型手機晶片Snapdragon 200系列，28奈米晶圓代工訂單已轉下韓國三星，台積電失之交臂。
業內人士表示，台積電因不想降價搶單，所以讓三星搶下這筆訂單，雖然可能導致第4季28奈米產能利用率降到8成，但台積電對此十分淡定，因為現在的營運重點已不再是鞏固28奈米市占率，而是要加速20奈米投產速度。
高通針對大陸等新興市場低價智慧型手機量身打造的28奈米低階手機晶片Snapdragon 200系列，預計年底前出貨，由於低階手機晶片市場殺價競爭激烈，主要競爭對手如聯發科、展訊等均已推出28奈米新晶片搶市，高通為了降低生產成本，近期要求台積電降價未果，因此將低階手機晶片28奈米晶圓代工訂單轉下給三星代工，少部份訂單則流入格羅方德（GlobalFoundries）手中。
業內人士指出，三星因為是高通的大客戶，一直希望高通能將部份訂單交由三星代工，但因過去一年當中，只有台積電能提供足夠的28奈米製程產能，高通將近9成的28奈米晶圓代工訂單都交由台積電代工。
隨著三星28奈米產能建置完成，且開出低價吸引高通下單，高通因此希望台積電能夠給予低階晶片更優惠的價格。據了解，台積電內部曾針對此事召開會議討論是否降價，但最後決定不因個案調降，以免造成輝達（NVIDIA）、超微、聯發科等其他28奈米客戶要求比照降價的連鎖效應，而高通因無法取得台積電的降價優惠，所以把低階手機晶片新訂單轉單到三星。
設備業者表示，台積電中科12吋廠Fab15第3期及第4期工程，已建置2條月產能合計達6萬片28奈米生產線，新產能將於下半年陸續開出，其中第4期工程產能將在第4季大量開出，但因台積電沒有爭取到高通低階手機晶片訂單，加上部份客戶調整庫存，28奈米產能利用率可能在第4季會降到8成或以下。
不過，台積電也非省油的燈，既然敢把高通的低價訂單推出去，當然手中有28奈米「備用」訂單等著在第4季投片，以利在關鍵時刻有效拉抬產能利用率。其中，包括輝達新一代整合4G LTE基頻晶片核心的Tegra 4i智慧型手機單晶片，以及超微新一代火山群島繪圖晶片等，當然，聯發科八核心高階晶片也將在第4季在台積電投片。
