【綜合報導】美國名嘴歐普拉，先前傳出在瑞士名牌店逛街時，疑似因種族歧視，遭店員嗆買不起，拒絕把價值台幣約114萬的名牌包給她看，現在這名不願公開身份的店員，接受媒體訪問表示：「根本不是這麼一回事，歐普拉說的太扯了。」
 
店員描述當時情況，歐普拉表示想看擺在上方架上一款黑色鱷魚皮包，店員告訴她那個包包就和自己手上的包包同款，只是價格貴很多，店員表示她絕對沒有不願意讓歐普拉看那款皮包，她甚至還主動詢問歐普拉想不想看一下那個包。
 
不過接著歐普拉沒有再說什麼就和同伴離開，她們待在店裡的時間不超過5分鐘，店員表示她根本沒說過「太貴了，妳買不起。」這句話，但是面對有頭有臉的歐普拉在電視上聲稱遭受歧視，被指控的店員感覺很無力，店員表示有客人想買貴的包，她當然很樂意推銷，因為她也能獲得獎賞，她沒有侮辱歐普拉的意思，她願意和歐普拉道歉，只希望這場惡夢趕快結束。

【綜合報導】愛爾蘭廉航瑞安航空（Ryanair）以「死得太早」為由，拒絕退還一名登機前逝世乘客的機票錢。

英國78歲婦人帕森(Beryl Parsons)今年6月獲醫生告知她的癌症已無藥可醫，帕森希望臨終前與兒孫去西班加那利群島（Canary Islands）度假，兒子道格為圓母親心願，訂了瑞安三張10月去加那利群島的機票。

不過，帕森6月底因癌症離世，道格要求瑞安退還亡母230英鎊，約11000台幣的機票錢，還出示死亡證以茲證明，但瑞安竟以帕森死得太早，違反航空公司「起飛前28日內死亡方能退還機票錢」的條款為由，拒絕退款。

道格將瑞安回應通報媒體，還威脅帶母親骨灰甕上機， 瑞安才在壓力下道歉，並退還機票錢。

【綜合報導】浙江樂清市李先生6月與太太出國遊玩，臨行前將3歲女童交由保母照顧。不過夫妻外遊回家後，發現女兒只跟隨二人，不願意和保母在一起，還經常半夜哭鬧，但李先生當時都未有在意。

直至日前李先生翻看女兒房內的監視器錄影畫面，竟見8月2日當晚，女兒在床上不停哭鬧，躺在旁邊的保母不耐煩地打了幾下，隨後見女童沒有停止，就向背部連踢三 腳，將她踢到了床下，之後還拿起枕頭往她的身上扔。幾分鐘後，保母圖為女童換褲，就從地上抽起女童，往床上一掉，最後又將毛巾甩到孩子臉上並呼她巴掌。

李先生看過短片後怒不可遏，翌日即質問保母，對方解釋是心情不可所致。李先生即時解僱保母，但未有報警，只有上傳視頻，希望其他家長留意子女安全。
