| 「她死得太早了」 廉航拒退機票錢

【綜合報導】愛爾蘭廉航瑞安航空（Ryanair）以「死得太早」為由，拒絕退還一名登機前逝世乘客的機票錢。
英國78歲婦人帕森(Beryl Parsons)今年6月獲醫生告知她的癌症已無藥可醫，帕森希望臨終前與兒孫去西班加那利群島（Canary Islands）度假，兒子道格為圓母親心願，訂了瑞安三張10月去加那利群島的機票。
不過，帕森6月底因癌症離世，道格要求瑞安退還亡母230英鎊，約11000台幣的機票錢，還出示死亡證以茲證明，但瑞安竟以帕森死得太早，違反航空公司「起飛前28日內死亡方能退還機票錢」的條款為由，拒絕退款。
道格將瑞安回應通報媒體，還威脅帶母親骨灰甕上機， 瑞安才在壓力下道歉，並退還機票錢。

【顏怡今／高雄報導】高雄觀光飯店競爭白熱化，為了搶食黃色小鴨帶來的商機，君鴻國際酒店(原高雄金典酒店)1樓朱力安餐廳推出60元起的早餐，而包含台式小吃的中午簡餐也只要70元起，8/14至8/16早餐時段及8/17至8/19午餐時段皆推出3人同行1人免費優惠，換算後，早餐每人50元有找，創下五星飯店的最低價。
朱力安餐廳的早餐與午餐菜色較簡單，但在舒適環境用餐，氣氛不是一般小吃店或餐廳可相提並論，君鴻行銷企畫部經理陳怡樺說：「會推出如此平價的早餐、午餐，主要是想吸引背包客。」早餐從7點開始，最便宜的炒蛋火腿英式滿分堡只要60元，麵包裡夾了炒蛋、火腿及生菜，另附飲料，可從紅茶、可可及咖啡3選1。午餐時段則是焢肉飯、炒米粉、擔仔麵等，並搭配1杯飲料，1份也只要70元。

【台灣醒報記者莊瑞萌綜合報導】泰國有史以來首次的政治特赦法案，終於將在國會完成一讀，將繼續交由委員會審查，及進行二讀與三讀，由於法案牽涉到將特赦在2006年起到2011年5月間參加抗議活動遭起訴的罪名，因此，法案審查在泰國引起軒然大波。反對特赦法案的民眾，上街示威要求政府廢除提案，以避免讓前總理塔克辛無罪回國。
泰國有史以來首次的政治特赦法案，稍早在國會以300票同意、124票反對通過，正式交付由35個委員組成的委員會審查，這項特赦法案，是由親塔克辛的議員提出並獲得現任政府支持，法案內容將赦免所有自2006年9月19日政變後遭到起訴民眾的所有罪名。
根據統計，法案一旦通過實施，受惠的特赦對象將多達1800人，但不包括當年發動抗議活動的領導人，以及因發動群眾抗議卻造成人員死傷的相關單位，其中許多人是因為參與抗議政變上街遊行最後被定罪的政治犯。
前泰國總理塔克辛在2006年被泰國軍隊驅逐，並因濫權被定罪2年，但在服刑前便流亡海外，由於特赦法案等同替他「量身訂製」，稍早反對黨領袖艾比希便發動了近3千位群眾欲前往國會外抗議，但被警方圍堵在國會外圍，他仍表示，「我們不是要組成暴民黨，而是要真理讓更多人知道，我們要讓人們知道法案有危機，有隱藏的議題不被公開。」
由於塔克辛在泰國作風被視為專制，許多保守派認為他會造成泰國傳統皇室制度受威脅，因此，泰國歷史學家參威德表示，「如果這些疑慮沒有消除，我不認為問題就會自己消失。」
聯合國人權事務高級專員公署發言人波依則在日內瓦表示，泰國政府應該確保任何特赦法案特赦對象應該排除那些人權侵犯者，並致力將這些人繩之以法。

家人要離開台灣一年多 她的智慧手機綁的門號這段期間沒有要用(有辦網路) 但她手機會帶出國 有想說要不要辦一隻中低階的智慧手機然後用家人的門號 不然都沒在用還是要付錢好像有點可惜 辦一隻中低階的在外面時有需要時就可以看一下網頁查資料看臉書ptt等 因為自己平常幾乎不太用手機 最常用的就簡訊功能 (現在的手機還是按鍵的 月租66而已) 不知道有沒有哪款手機很便宜的 兩千三千之類的? 有聽到有人辦sharp兩千多而已 (想知道空機或要綁約月租等價格 因為綁約如果月租太多我也用不到有點浪費.............) 不知道如果中低階手機可以用ptt嗎 (好像有的不能裝太多app 因為幾乎沒在用所以完全沒概念) 家裡有無線網路 所以想說如果可以不用開電腦就可以看批踢踢臉書等滿方便的 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc)
