台72線東西向快速道路苗栗縣公館鄉河排路口，今天下午2點50分發生油罐車追撞預拌混凝土車事故，油罐車車頭因撞擊變形扭曲，范姓司機被困在車內，雙腿受創嚴重，40分鐘後被救出送醫。

預拌混凝土車邱姓司機說，當時他正在路口停等紅燈，不料後方的油罐車突然撞上。

受困的范姓司機雙腿骨折、撕裂傷嚴重，但意識清楚，救援人員動用前、後兩輛重車拖拉，下午3點半將他從變形的車頭內救出送醫。

【綜合報導】余祥銓之前才因當業務兼搬運工，工作超過五個月，贏了與網友的牛排賭注，現在卻傳出他才剛轉任醫美診所擔任經理1個月，卻因院方發生醫療糾紛，母親李亞萍火速退股，讓他又失業了。

據今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，余祥銓七月才轉職加入愛爾美醫美診所擔任經理1個月，但院方卻在一個月內就爆發出醫療糾紛，母親李亞萍也因與經營診所的鄭陳麗香摩擦不斷，決定要退股，鄭陳麗香卻嗆不會退還她投資的三百萬股份，而余祥銓為了不再被牽扯，也向院方請辭工作，據悉鄭陳麗香還有不少醫師的材料貨款、網路費用全推給余祥銓，讓余祥銓背債。

余祥銓在接受《壹週刊》訪問時也表示：「她不退我媽錢是真的，但很多貨款，現在廠商還跟我要。」李亞萍也無奈嘆：「她惡劣到極點。」鄭陳麗香則反駁：「是她自己要退股的，她可找別的股東進來啊。」但對貨款、薪資未付被告到衛生局等疑問卻暴怒回應：「沒這件事。」

【孫友廉／新北報導】85歲婦人疑遭遺棄加拿大，經外交部、加拿大政府協助送回台灣，去年8月27日，新北市社會局基於她已無法自理生活，安置在仁愛之家，至同年9月30日止，安置加上醫療費用已達2萬餘元，新北市政府向老婦的2個兒子、1個女兒追討該費用。
 
長子陳男表示，他已近70歲，且2002年父母就離婚，母親從未拿錢回家，也未盡到扶養責任，因此今年和弟弟向基隆地院提出扶養義務不存在訴訟，已獲判決免除並確定，因此無須給該筆安置、醫療費，向新北地院提行政訴訟要求撤銷處分。
 
新北地院判決指陳男扶養訴訟雖在今年5月30日確定，但判決未確定前，仍要盡扶養義務，故判陳男需支付母親去年前的安置、醫療費，可上訴。
