【張欽／台北報導】廣告鬼才葉兩傳被控與同居女友賴郁芬共謀以辦展覽為由侵占比利時珠寶商27顆鑽石，牟取上億元不法利益，兩人昨天凌晨遭北檢聲押，下午台北地院裁定2人各200萬元交保候傳，並限制出境、出海。
 
葉兩傳女兒先籌到200萬元父親辦保後，晚間七時半許離開法院，獨留女友賴郁芬在法院候審室等待消息，直到深夜10時許，葉的女兒再度帶200萬元返回法院，為賴女辦理保釋，台銀人員點完鈔後，賴女於10時40在葉女及律師陪同下離開法院。

《彭博社》周四（15日）報導，印度陷入 20 多年來最大危機，經常帳赤字惡化、資金瘋狂外流，該國政府正盡全力挽救狂瀉不止的盧比匯率。

印度央行行長 Duvvuri Subbarao 周三晚間宣布，印度公司海外投資占淨值比重將從400% 降到 100%，個人匯往海外的資金限制也從每年 20 萬美元大幅下調至 7.5 萬美元。

雖然該國從 7 月開始，已縮緊現金供應、限制黃金進口，同時積極吸引資金流入彌補經常帳缺口，但仍無法抵擋盧比跌勢。

印度央行 7 月 29 日已嚴正表示，穩定盧比匯率是首要之務。

過去兩年盧比已重挫 28%，為該國自 1991 年以黃金儲備作保證交換國際貨幣基金（IMF）貸款的最大跌幅。

今年迄今盧比對美元已貶值逾 10%，盧比更在本月 6 日跌至歷史低點 61.8；周三央行發言後，盧比匯率出現小幅回升，即期價格從 1 美元對 61.443 盧比上揚至 1 美元對 61.32 盧比。
 
與此同時，盧比重貶也墊高了進口成本，推高印度通膨水準；印度商務部本周公布報告顯示，躉售物價指數已經從 6 月的 4.86% 升高至 5.79%。
 
研究機構 Credit Analysis & Research 首席經濟學家 Madan Sabnavis 表示，目前印度經濟問題相當棘手，而且沒有快速的解藥，當務之急是穩定盧比，但若干預持續較久，恐怕就會拖累成長復甦。

【鉅亨網編譯陳育忠 綜合外電】

在國內利率下滑及為了滿足追捕性需求(pent-up demand)之際，日本投資人上周持續大買外債。

根據日本財務省今(15)日公布的數據顯示，日本投資人在上周六(10日)為止的當周裡購買了1.6兆日元(160億美元)海外債券。

該周購債規模也創下2010年8月中旬以來最大紀錄，並連6周呈現淨買超，創下自秋季以來最長周數紀錄。

東京SMBC Nikko Securities策略師Makoto Noji指出，需求來自於銀行部門，因國內殖利率已往下走跌，但美國殖利率則已上升。

自本(8)月初起，日本政府債券(JGB)殖利率就一直處於0.8%以下。

根據美國財政部的統計，日本持有美債規模排在全球第2名位置。

Noji並說，由於持有美債的獲利會被用來滿足美元資金需求，因此不會對匯率造成任何影響。

分析師亦指出，日本投資人在6月底為止的第1財季裡大量拋售外債。那意味著，目前存在著很大的購買需求。

在第1財季裡，日本投資人外債拋售規模高達7.7兆日元。

今天凌晨0時許，板橋區萬板路上發生一起火燒車意外，返家途中的林姓機車騎士，突然聽到一旁的計程車司機在大喊他的車著火了，他趕緊停靠路邊，發現他才買不到3個月的黃牌大型重型機車底盤著火，火勢蔓延的很快，車主逃生後趕緊報警，消防隊到達現場火勢立即撲滅，但是這台大型重機也已經燒的只剩下骨架。
